Always out of SIM cards, the employees act as if they are bothered by customers walking into the store to give them business ended up walking out and going to the one down the street at White oak shopping center instead
The MetroPCS on Airport Dr. was very helpful with my needs. They treat me like a person then trying to rush me out. I recommend them highly. They are getting better every time I come in. They are there for you. So go and visit them.

Everytime I have come to this location, the employees are extremely nice and very helpful. I had an issue with my cell phone and a brand new one was ordered for me right away, the girl also informed me how to avoid the $15 fee for transferring devices.

Terrible service!I went in on a Wednesday, asked for a phone and told them that I was coming from Verizon. They have plastered on their website and on their front window about how if you are coming from another carrier and bring your number than you could get two specific free phones. Jeffery (sp?) did not mention this at all. I asked him about porting my phone number over, and he said that he couldnt do it. I should have took my business elsewhere right there. However, I endured him helping me and four other customers all at the same time, while talking about his hobby of race cars and shooting things. Not professional at all. I came back the next day to have the phone returned, but there was a different man there who was apparently a warm body that was just there to make sure the store didnt get robbed. He was helping a customer in front of me, but to do so he was being directed on how to do his job by the MetroPCS help desk. He wasnt going to help me initially, because he told me he didnt know how to do so. He did end up calling the help desk, because I didnt want to hold onto a cellphone and plan that I wasnt going to use. Good for him. However, upon returning today to get the desired and advertised free phones, the same guy from Tuesday (who apparently is the manager) said that the phones would have to be purchased with the $50 plan, which isnt stated ANYWHERE on the advertisement. Though he was the manager, he could not change the owners policy, and corporate MetroPCS just agreed that the advertising doesnt state the restriction but it is up to each store. Corporate MetroPCSs solution is to go to another authorized dealer. REALLY?Nevermind. Ill look somewhere else and give them my money.
