Possibly the worst managed pharmacy I have ever dealt with!
I came here to quietly shop to get my mind off my dad’s death. I guess its a great place to go if you would like to be harassed!I was asked if I needed help 10 times within 20 minutes, repeatedly by the same employees.I quickly felt like I was being treated like thief or something of the sort. It was quite a disgrace since I usually shop here without being constantly harassed, or treated like a teenager ripping things off the shelves!!!Will probably never enter this facility again.
I came in to ask questions about problems with printed pictures and Amanda was SO helpful! My 4 month old decided to have a fit and stressed everyone in the store out, but Amanda tried her hardest to get him to calm down and then a customer offered to rock him. Then Amanda asked if she could help edit my pictures so I could focus on getting my baby settled. I just came back up here to pick up my pictures after having to go home and calm down my little guy and was almost in tears thinking about how kind and thoughtful Amanda was. Thank you so very much for all of your help. Tiesha (sorry if I spelled it wrong!!!) and Daena helped me this evening and they were super friendly and chatted with me while I was waiting. Thank you ladies for making this mama have a much better day!
Jeff, in photo dept, has assisted me many times. He has always been very cordial & professional (hes also VERY knowledgeable w/ downloading & printing photos, of cell phone, etc).....makes the process SO much easier for us, less than electronically savvy folk. I watch him bounce back & forth, btw many customers @ 1 time. Im not sure if hes a member of management, but he SHOULD be. Excellent customer service, always.
There is no point in making an appointment to get a vaccine they will just stick you at the back of the line that is already there. I would call ahead and make sure there is no line.
Im giving this location 3 stars due to a specific cashier who works in the evenings, she has worked there for sometime. She is rude and treats customers as though everyone is beneath her. If it were one or two occurrences, it likely would have gone unnoticed. Its apparent other employees are put off by her demeanor. She just seems angry all of the time. This is unfortunate because all other employees at this Walgreens have great customer service, always ready to help and do so with a smile. This location would have otherwise gotten 5 stars.Thank you to all other team members and Im sorry to be giving 3 stars. The attitude of the evening cashier is just something that is hard to ignore.
PLEASE update your hours! I was unable to get my moms seizure meds because the hours weren’t updated. UPDATE YOUR HOURS. other than that- no problems with this pharmacy.
I have had 2 issues with this pharmacy in the last month. Today I went to pick up my son’s prescriptions, and the girl said my insurance doesn’t cover any of it. She told me that Gerber soothe probiotics was going to be $63, and I said I thought that one was over the counter and the other was prescription. She continued to argue with me, so I told her okay I will take both. Then she tells me they don’t even have either of them. I asked if there was another Walgreens near that does have the prescription I need for my son. She told me I needed to call around and find the one that has my prescription, and have them call me. I have NEVER had to do that. I call the next closest Walgreens and the guy was so nice and helpful. He didn’t have it either, but said he could see the Walgreens in his computer that does have the prescription. He transferred me to the place I needed to go to. That guy was extremely nice, and told me the Gerber probiotics was over the counter and I didn’t have to pay $63 for it. I was also able to get my prescription without having to call more pharmacies. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with that girl at the drive thru in the last month because she just didn’t want to help, so I will be switching pharmacies. I would’ve been more understanding, had they have been busy when I was there.
I recently purchased some vitamins and I went back because of the wrong price they charged me. When I went back to tell them a very rude lady and co worker just told me I was wrong and bought them in the wrong section of the store which I was very surprised they stated that. When I know where I got them from when I purchased them. I feel that as costumer I will not be going back after I know I was right.
AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. Rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Waited a good 45 minutes in drive thru. If the lady would have just listened to what I had to say from the get-go all of the hulabaloo we went through could have been avoided. Instead she berated my family and I for wanting to get our prescription saying that my medication wasn’t as important as the cars behind us. My prescription is also a maintenance medication that I need.
Walgreens has been in business for years and they still can’t figure out customer service. They make you wait in lines. They have different rules for everyone. I’ve seen the left lane go 3 cars faster than the right lane. Why have two lines? Why don’t you tell the person waiting for 15 minutes to come back? I’ve called and they have said that my Roger would be ready in 15 min. You get there and it’s not. I’ve called the store looking for something and they tell me they have it and I drive 10 minutes to get there and they don’t. Unfortunately Amazon, will displace them. What are the execs doing?
It’s the first time a pharmacist has stated, “I hope you feel better soon”. I keep going back for the great customer service!
So let me get this straight! The WORLD is in a healthcare crisis, and you (walgreens) have decided to take it upon yourself and close early! As a registered nurse that works long hours, I was unable to make it in time for the NEW close time. So now my wife, and I get to suffer from her cough all night long! Great work Walgreens!
This Walgreens needs to educate its front cashier employees on its return policy. The young lady working the register was rude and nasty! A: Items purchased at Walgreens may be returned to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. With original receipt, items will be returned for the full purchase price and refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Educate your employees!
Everyone here is so helpful, respect, nice and friendly. There is always a cheerful employee there with a smile on there face who is ready and willing to help. Ive been going there for 6 years now and never had a bad experience.Thank you for have a staff of employees with such great customer service!
Always helpful and friendly. I’m in there at least once a week, and it’s my “go to” spot for last minute things/ in a pinch. I’ve not seen or experienced the negative things posted, and I’ve been a customer since they opened.
The particular pharmacy really sucks. They consistently mess things up + not usually very friendly. The one and only reason Ive continued to use this pharmacy is the location (conveniently very close to my house.)
A blonde woman, who I believe is a manager or has some other supervisory role, named Amandalee (unsure of the spelling) called the police on a little girl for shoplifting. Amandalee was slightly overweight and was wearing a weird white thermal cut out shirt. The little girl started crying, which is understandable. In total, there were three police cars and at least 3 police officers involved. I dont know why all that was necessary for a little girl, and I dont know why the manager couldnt handle the situation herself. She seemed very smug with herself too. Personally, I wont be shopping here anymore and I kind of hope the blonde woman gets fired or something.
First time because insurance changed ridiculous hopefully they prove me wrong. Took 2 attempts and 2 hours to get my oldest son script filled. First impression stinks.
Easy experience
