HORRIBLE ASSISTANT MANAGER AND STORE MANAGER, LARRY OR LORENZO, WHATEVER HIS NAME IS !!! THE STORE MANAGER WOULD NOT RESPOND TO YOU EVEN IF YOU CALL 800 # TO FILE COMPLAINTS. I CALLED TWICE ON THE SAME MATTER AND STILL NO CALL AFTER 4 WEEKS. The assistant store manager just walked away from me when I was filing a complaint in store/person and told me to call 800#. WHAT????2. WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR CURB-SIDE PICK UP, AND NOTHING... I LEFT AND CALLED 800# AGAIN. NO RESPONSE FROM STORE MANAGERWhen it comes to store management, this is the worst one anywhere. I had some issues at other Wal-Mart. I raised my concerns and the store managers called back. I discussed the issues over the phone and sometimes come in-person. They are resolved, NOT AT THIS WAL-MART.

Great store with a semi-annoying amount of changes in the isles. The isles change it seems like every year. It gets hard to go on a scavenger hunt to find the poorly signed location of my item. The store is great other than that though. There is a ton of cash registers, and self checkouts as well. Ive never had a bad experience at this store other than this, so dont be afraid to give this place a try.

I live in Flower Mound, and this is the Walmart which I used to go to. First its a supercenter and its super clean. Very well situated inside a proper business community where you have other shops like tjmaxx, home goods, Petco, DSW etc. along with some restaurants. Availability of items are good as well. They do have curbside pick-up as well. So far the employees are helpful and courteous. Hope that stays as it is. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

READ THIS REVIEWI have a medical condition that is not specifically on the CDC COVID-19 immuno-compromised list for a booster shot. But, the infusion medication I receive does compromise my b-cells. And I should be qualified to receive the booster. Walmart could not or would not budge on their position of not providing me with the booster shot.I went to the closest Walgreens and easily received the booster. Great folks at the Walgreens at 2360 Justin Road!

This Walmart is epic! It is one of my favorites! Its always clean, its very high class, and there are tons of things to choose from. I also love the layout. I havent found one similar to this at all. So its worth the drive for me.

Clean and tidy. Employees have been helpful as much as they can, trying to provide whatever information they can. Bike section - Bought 2 bikes from here..No complaints at all. .. as usual...Not all bikes are assembled equally So you have to check if the wheels align properly, brakes, etc....But compared to other places I feel this location does bike assembly a level or two higher..

My wife went to the bakery 3 separate days to try to order a cake for our 5 year olds birthday. He loves Sonic and Walmart holds the license. There was only one person at the bakery on her first trip, and that person said they couldn’t place the order because they didn’t know how. When my wife asked when the person who could would be back she was told, “Probably tomorrow.” She went back, nobody working the bakery at all. She did this again the next day, same outcome. She called, nobody would answer the line, just continued to ring. Ordered the cake from Market Street and purchased our own edible cake print.Zero customer service or care at Walmart Bakery.

I really like the way this local Walmart is handling the pandemic. They’re doing a good job of keeping the store clean and stocked. Someone is counting people in and out so it doesn’t get too crowded. You can get in, get the stuff you need, and feel safe about it.

This Wal Mart has been here for as long as I can remember and has been so clean and well put together. One of the nicest Wal marts Ive ever been to.Well stocked, spacious, clean and has pretty much everything you can think of. The outside parking area and the front of the building is also beautiful with a walking and sitting area in the middle.

Very disappointing for a Walmart super center. Employees very helpful, but didnt find things we find at our Walmart in Ponca City, OK. Big store lots of stuff, just not what we were looking for: caffeine free diet Dr Pepper and Marukan seasoned rice vinegar, sweet and tangy, and frozen yogart.

The bakery use to be amazing. I ordered my sons 3rd bday cake a month ago. The cake was scheduled to be picked up on Saturday, 2 days from now. They just sent an automated text cancelling the order. No reason why. I called 10 times over 40 minutes, nobody will answer the phone in any department. So now I have 48 hrs to find a birthday cake for a 3 year old. Thanks for the stress!

I love this Walmart. It is clean, stocked and has friendly staff. The parking lot is easy to find parking and isnt cluttered trying to go in or come out.

The mask mandate instituted today is poorly communicated. A letter size notification in the entrance is not easy to see. An masked employee with muffled instructions was at the entrance and was difficult to understand. I was unable to find any press releases other than employees must wear masks. It says nothing about customers. Better communication!Please

Went there for a prescription and the pharmacy staff were very nice so thats why Im giving 2 stars. But then we saw fresh fruit in the same case as raw meat. I know this is a food safety violation. I wouldnt recommend buying food here, especially produce.

This is a huge Walmart, one of the biggest ones Ive been in. Its always well stocked, the aisles are organized and kept up with, the employees have always been nice and very knowledgeable. The bathrooms are actually extremely clean, or have been every time I use them and they even smell good. This is a great Walmart to explore and I would recommend it to anyone for any and all of their shopping needs.

This is one of the better Walmarts Ive been too. It has wider isles and the store is usually fairly clean. The restrooms are not well kept. Only a couple of check out lanes are open unless you want to use the self check out.

This Walmart is amazing it has all my needs and more! I only gave it a 4 star because of the lack of workers, but I went on Sunday so there could be more on other days. Overall a good experience.

Today while shopping at Walmart some girl name Samantha(working at electronics) was very rude and very flirtatious towards my bf in front of me, she was very disrespectful towards me and after telling her several times i was his gf she continued to flirt and make me n my bf feel very uncomfortable, not only was that extremely disrespectful towards both me n my boyfriend but very unprofessional of her, she should take accountability for her actions and I believe she shouldn’t be working there any longer due to the fact that it is very unprofessional and she was on the clock. I really hope next time I go up there to shop I don’t see her or I’ll take actions into my own two hands....If anyone knows who I’m talking about please let me know what her full name is. She is a white female, had a bun, long hair for sure, not dark hair.Thank you.

Very clean wide isles! More staff than customers all very polite and helpful. Very well stocked. Much wider variety then any other wal mart Ive seen and lower prices as well. That was a bit of a shock. No lines. Shockingly pleasant experience honestly.

Ive been trying to get my sons senior pictures since January, but theres a supply issue with printer ink for the photo center. Its not just this Walmart, but all of them in the area. The associates are just as frustrated, so please remember that and dont take it out on them. The ONLY reason that this review is as high as it is is because of the associates trying to be helpful.

We had driven every where. To find one particular item. We had no luck finding it. And, by accident we pulled into this location. And, We found the item that we had been looking for. The Store is Very Beautiful And So Very Clean. The Young Man In Electronics Department Is 5 Star Superb In His Customer Service Skills. Thank You Wal-Mart For Having What Wed Been Looking For.

Getting back to BBQing. Local store had no product. Went to its big brother and bam. There it is. A gold foil wrapped ham for under 5 bucks. Instant cart item. Went for the trimmed brisket. Lot of shops. Inside dinning, good food and warm in winter and cool in summer. Rides are cool.

The Walmart itself is really nice, and it generally has a good assortment of items at really competitive prices. The store, though, is consistently very understaffed. Its not uncommon to see only two checkout lines attended at peak shopping hours, and their delivery service is often unavailable due to low staffing. This has gone on for an extended period of time, and its not exactly like theres a shortage of people looking for work, so I can only assume that this is an intentional decision to sacrifice customer service in the name of trimming expenses. If I could give 2 1/2 stars, I would, but thats not an option: 3 stars because the store is solid, prices are good, and the (very few) people working there are nice.

Food was great. Staff was nice. Service was slow. Had to wait for beverage refills, had to ask for silverware, etc.

Visiting our kids in Village Oaks and we think this has to be one of the nicest (and largest) W-Ms weve been in. The floors were clean, produce and groceries were fresh, and good slection of craft beers and wine. Recommend.

Very unhappy with customer service. Came to do a return and they wouldn’t give me my refund in cash when I paid in cash. Literally kept trying to force it to put it on a gift card when I didn’t want that. Makes no sense to not be able to get your money back on the form of payment that you used.

I love this walmart - always very clean! Since I am retired and usually dont go on the weekends (which Im sure is very different) but they always seemed to be staffed appropriately.

Came here on April 2nd and did the drive thru pick up. Not only did I wait for 2 hours but 4 vehicles that got here 50 minutes after me got there order before me. The worst possible thing is when I stopped and asked one of their employees for help they said let me check and never saw them again. This place needs a better system and employees

This is a really great store! Of course it has great prices and an amazing selection like all other Walmarts. What sets this location apart is the really interesting design and landscaping. Outside they built a really cool picnic area around a beautiful old tree. Also inside it all is very open with light streaming in from huge windows. One of the nicest Walmarts Ive been to for sure

The Highland Village store used to be the primo one in the area. Yesterday (8-24-21) at 2pm it was unorganized chaos, dirty with empty produce bins & shelves. It appears I am now also an unpaid employee & not by choice, with self-service check out. Bring on HEB, please!

The cold weather flooded my bird feeders with many winged visitors the last two days.Thank you Walmart for the stocked sheves on Wednesday evening. My bird ford was low, andI was able to pickup two 20# bags of wild bird seed, some suet, and nuts.Nothing like watching the feeder from the dining area window. The different smaller birds sharing the feast. A red breasted woodpecker at the hanging cage eating suet.A group of hungry black birds stopping by to eat some almonds on the back fence rail, with the Blue Jays picking up the fallen fallen nuts on the ground.rs

I wish this Walmart would work on customer service. The employees who pull stuff for online customers are horrible. They are oblivious to in store customers and make zero eye contact as they block you or cut in front of you with the carts. This is just one issue with the customer service. Customer service is still important.

I have been very pleased with the grocery pickup up until recently updating the Walmart app. Today when I went to pick up my groceries the app didnt work, there was no place to let the store know when I had arrived. Please Walmart fix your app or I will be shopping elsewhere
