Prices too expensive. No up to date costumes

The little teenage girls working tried to take my very small back pack from me after 15 minutes of shopping. There were several other women walking around with much larger hand bags, and they had no issues.Im a 30 year old woman, and I will NEVER surrender my purse with all of my credit cards, cash, ID, etc, to a couple of teenage girls on a power trip. Ive worked in the service industry/ customer service my whole life. I handed them the items I was going to purchase, and my husband and I left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

A worker followed my friend and I around the store and pretended to be stocking stuff to seem inconspicuous. super weird, won’t be coming back

Overall a good store with good employees. However, the manager yelled at employees for ABSOLUTELY no reason in front of customers. Tonya couldn’t wear her mask over her nose. Faith and Kaine are great employees. “Y’all come on,” isn’t a great way to tell customers to check out after yelling at your cashiers.

Stop following people around the store losers

Had a horrible experience dealing with this store and it’s ghetto manager Tonya! I was told that if I needed to return anything from my purchase that I would have to take it to the store in Lewisville! To add to the problem it appeared that she was stopping people with bags and demanding to look through them! Unbelievable! Tonya was very unprofessional and was screaming at her employees in front of all of us customers! This company will lose lots of business having people like this in charge of their stores! I hope someone from the corporate office sees this and terminates her employment immediately!

Was asked to leave because of too many teens in the store. I would understand if it was at max capacity, but I think its odd for being a teen.

Helpful workers

There was an employee here who helped me early in october pick out a red riding hood dress. She and the other employee working were both super sweet! Made me feel welcome and helped with any questions I had. Made me want to go back to this spirit halloween for any additional halloween purchases. I wish I caught her name so I could give her a shoutout and positive feedback through the stores feedback system. I definitely would reccomend this Spirit! We plan to go back to purchase my boyfriends costume around payday

They stole $80 from me, then lied about a faulty POS machine.

Kicked us out because of “too many teenagers”. Was looking to buy something too.
