I truly enjoyed doing business with Granite & Tile Outlet. They made the process of purchasing counter tops smooth and trouble free. From purchasing to the final installation. Salesman was very informative and professional. All appointment were on time from measuring and the actual installation not to mention all employees were pleasant to work with. What a great company to do business with. I highly recommend Granite & Tile for any improvement or new projects you may be thinking of doing.

Did a full kitchen remodel with Granite & Tile Outlet II in Highland Village. All of their contractors were friendly, punctual, and did great work. Their pricing is some of the best around. I would definitely use them again. My only minor complaint is that they could do a little better with communication. I had to call/email to find out about contractor scheduling.

I LOVED working with Larry and Jeff. They were helpful, gave great advice and were always quick to respond to questions. The contractors sent for the granite and tile work were AMAZING!! Alejandro was phenomenal and the work he did was absolutely beautiful! Definitely will use them in the future.

Regarding Review from customer White: This is Jason Jones the Manager at Granite & Tile Outlet 2This was a cash and carry tile only sale. We were not involved in the installation of this tile. This individual has issues with her contractor vs us, and should direct any reviews toward him. This customers contractor made this purchase and ordered to much material. Customer White came into our store to return excess material that her contractor ordered.We advised her that she should get a refund from her contractor since he purchased too much material and she said that was not possible and wanted us to return the material. We advised her that this was a special order and there is a 20% restocking fee that the tile manufacturer charges us to return material. We have signage in our showroom that states there is a mandatory 20% restocking fee on all returned orders. This post is the first time we heard any information regarding a shade difference. We tried to work with her to resolve even though she should be working with her contractor.We appreciate our customers feedback and strive to make our customers completely happy.

I could not be more pleased with the way our kitchen quartz/backsplash turned out!Cheramies customer service was exceptional. She is knowledgeable, hard-working, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results. She is a rare gem and I cannot say enough good things about her design capabilities and work ethic! Being new to the area, I appreciated her references for painting and hardware as well.Jose was so patient as I looked at slab after slab. He helped guide me as I made decisions on the template. He was great!The crews arrived on time and did great work. They protected our new hardwood floors while working and spent hours ensuring their work was perfect.If youre looking for a place that does excellent work, is reasonably priced, and provides unparalleled service...this is your place!

Lets talk about customer service, or the total vacuum of cutomer service. Bought tile here, nice enough at first. But, contractor had to drive down to the warehouse facility and pick it up himself, two different days. No customer service there. 13 x 17 ready on one day, 17 x 17 ready on another. TWO DIFFERENT SHADES. Bullnose tile delivered another day.THIRD COLORED SHADE. One box of bull nose, never opened. Two boxes of 17 x 17, never opened. This used car dealership refused to work with us on the three different colored shades or give us ANY credit back on the three unopened boxes. Buyer Beware. Crooks are located here.You might think they have a nice showroom, they might show their pearly whites to you, but will turn their backs on your needs. I never heard of a tile store that would not stand behind their sales, but here is one. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Have used these guys a many jobs. They go above and beyond to help choose product that is right for the job, expert installers and personal service makes this my only choice.
