They are charging our cheer team $10 for shipping when Denton is 20 minutes away. They say its due to covid19 however they are allowing me drop off shorts them at need something added to them. If thats the case just have me pick up the order. Place it outside while I stay in my car and there is no contact. Ridiculous!!

Flipdog sportswear has been an amazing partner for all of my printing and custom apparel needs. I have worked with them on scouting, cheer, charity, family and fun event apparel. They are fast, professional, creative, and honest. Their quality is very high. They are also very active community sponsors for several non profits I work with and work to help them in their missions.

Their customer service is horrible. My daughter received shirts that were very tight on her. She won’t be able to cheer or Practice in them at all. Their only deadlines was in should just order new ones in a larger size and pay for them. What will I do with shirts that are way to small. I would never recommend this company to anyone.. They could of at least tried and met me half way and made sure my daughter will have a shirts that actually can be worn.

EXCELLENT! Professional team that is the easiest to work with! Flipdog Sportswear outfits my entire cheer squad. My girls love the clothing, the quality holds up for the entire season, and they can take my ideas and make my ideas come to life!I will work with this group for as long as Im in the industry :)

Flipdog is an awesome company! They are easy to work with and accommodated all of my requests. They have the best designs that my middle school cheerleaders love. Their products are great quality too!

Will not give you ETAs for when your merchandise will come in. I have to keep following up with them. Ordered lacrosse uniform but only received one item that was ordered same time as the others. 🙄UPDATE: Just received my order from January 3rd on Feb 6th (a full month) and the order is WRONG. The sizes are wrong there is no name on the jersey. Their service is bad. Not a good experience at all and I have let the Flower Mound organization working with them know. I hope the mistreatment towards me and my son is not malicious.
