Eric is a rock star! I called Eric after calling every store close to my house looking to have repairs done to my sons trombone only to be told that turn around would be at least two weeks. Granted, it is the busiest time of the year for instrument repair as school goes back in to session, but my high school student can’t be without his instrument a day let alone two weeks. Eric told me he was busy but to come by the next day (the start of the Labor Day weekend) so he could look over and advise. After assessment of the instrument and asking when we needed it, we explained our desire to get it back as soon as possible. Without hesitation he asked us to hang out a few minutes. Thirty minutes later my sons trombone is repaired beyond our satisfaction! Eric’s location is a one round trip for us, but I will not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to others. Five stars!!!

Mr. Edward is the best instrument repair man in the DFW area. I have been going to him for the past 3 years and his work has never disappointed me. I originally took my 10 year old Blessing trombone to Music & Arts where they told me that I would have to wait a couple of weeks for the repair guy to come in. After the repair guy saw it, Music & Arts told us that it was un-repairable and that we would have to buy a new trombone. I then took it to Mr. Edward where he fixed my horn with no problem. Me, my private lesson teacher, and other kids in my section have taken their instruments to Mr. Edward before and have always had great success with him. I highly recommend his service.

I had an emergency repair I needed to get done urgently, and no later than two hours after Eric had already immaculately finished the repair and somehow found the time to also touch up some odds and ends on my horn for no extra charge. It was a pleasure to take my two vintage trombones to Mr. Edwards today for repairs and upkeep.I am a touring musician, and my instruments sustain a lot of wear and tear from being on the road (and from being played for something like 800 hours per year!). I dont often have time to visit repair shops, but thankfully Eric made himself available on my day off.He did a thorough evaluation of both horns, then completed all the repairs that Id asked for and more. Cleaned the horns, aligned the slides, removed cosmetic damage, fixed leaks, cleaned up my tarnished mouthpieces...the list goes on. I think he even vacuumed out my cases, they look suspiciously clean! Frankly I was amazed at the slide action and the overall improved playability and appearances of the horns after theyd been serviced. And for the time he put in and the quality of his work, Erics pricing was very reasonable.Mr. Edwards is a true professional and an excellent craftsman. I highly recommend his services to any musician living in or passing through the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
