The manager here is awesome and patient and made the return process for my item super quick and easy! The other girl working at the desk with glasses was patiently working with a customer but made sure to notify me that I would be helped soon, which was also great service since it made me feel acknowledged. I had a great experience due to the great service!

I went to FedEx to return a pre-labeled, soft, poly mailer. I had to tape it closed with clear packing tape and the lady behind the counter said “we can’t take that package because we have higher standards than that, you need to take it to PostNet”. Really?? Okay then, I will take my business elsewhere.

The manager of this location is wonderful. I was there for about an hour working on a link the project to print, and I just got to witness her in the background taking care of everyone. She was so patient and kind, and to be honest, we are a pretty demanding bunch of patrons in this area. She treated everyone with so much dignity and respect even if they were rude or short with her. She is super efficient and fast, master multitasking; it was amazing to see her at work.

Horrible experience. Staff is rude and under-educated in shipping International to Canada. After 15 minutes of the runaround, drove to the Flowermound location and was in and out in 5 minutes with zero hassle. Take the extra couple minutes drive to Flowermound, worth it.

They have the most incredibly rude staff in this store. They refuse to take shipments most of the time unless you pay for their packaging and stuffing. They insist your package comes in open so they can see what it is you are shipping. Horrible customer service and it is clear they are only in it to make a buck. The FedEx location down the road has an amazing staff that doesn’t even compare to this store.

Don’t bother calling if you don’t want to deal with 5 transfers to actually talk to a human.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! THEY TRY TO SCAM CUSTOMERS ON OVERPRICED SHIPPING MATERIALS!!They will try to deny your prepaid packages bc they want you to buy their ridiculously overpriced $14.00 boxes. i custom box/label everything beforehand to save on shipping fees for my customers and they will not accept them because they arent well supported.lol so I advised them i would be going to the Denton location from now on, where i have never been harassed, like they repeatedly do in Highland village. Apparently the manager decided to call Denton Fedex before i got there and told them not to not accept my packages that i prepaid over $60 in shipping fees for on ebay. After i reminded them that I can ship UPS for about the same price and alot more convenience. The lady would not allow me to take my packages back and said they would accept them this one time.THANK YOU FEDEX,-You Long Lost Customer

This location is not customer friendly in the least. Try a different location. They go thru employees like water. Ask you intrusive questions which has nothing to do with your package. Make you add unnecessary packing materials for fees. Stay away

They refused to ship my box unless I paid extra for some paper for them to put inside. This paper would make it so 100 pound boxes dont crush it. Paper.I worked in shipping and receiving for 3 years. The box was packed just fine. Stop trying to squeeze dimes out of people.

Mike and David are awesome. I am not very tech savvy and theywere able to help me get my flyers printed. Did not see what othershave left. They have always been polite and professional to all customers the times I have been in there. David was multi taskinghelping others today when my flyers were printing out. Would not go anywhere else for printing and shipping. Thanks!!!

I took a flash drive containing a layout for my daughters 13th birthday. The young man assisting me with the print job was wonderful. He was personable, friendly and even offered a quick formatting suggestion that really benefited the overall appearance of the print. 100 percent will return.

I had to ship out a package return that I received. I came by here and sent the package to the return address. The Personnel working in the store were very helpful and processed the package without any issues for me.

Wish I had read the reviews before going here. Waited forever and then he started taking care of people behind me after beginnjng to work on my shipment. After that, he got the information wrong. Horrible service. They know how to run off business. I will give them that. Wont be back.

I go to FedEx to print my Graphic Design assignments for school. They have a nice selection of paper sizes and weights. The staff is always friendly and I get my prints quickly.

One particular employee seemed incredibly uninformed -- or at least intent - to charge clients unneeded fees when it came to shipping approved containers for a variety of items which were presented in their legal, Fed Ex approved shipping containers. Namely, he insisted in charging an additional $90 for packaging an empty semen/nitrogen shipper -EMPTY. Also he questioned the use of GEL PACKS to ship refrigerated items. What an incompetent employee. Shipping several hundred dolllars worth of such items each month, Ill be going to the local pack and mail or another Fed Ex office.

Horrible service, dealt with customers that came into store after us. If you have anything unusual such as printing a return label, they direct you to one of their rental computers with a weird interface. Fedex website sucks in trying to find anything unusual. Would not recommend the service at this location if your needs are not plain vanilla. Fedex at this location could use some more training in customer service. It cost me $2.27 just to create a Fedex id. Seems like a ripoff.

Look beforehand what you can do at self kiosk and how to work it because employees don’t acknowledge or bother to help. Most card readers don’t work here
