I have been looking for dehydratedor freeze dried fruit for snacks and they had tons. I spent 104$ and I wanted to buy a Nightmare before Christmas shirt but the lady never charged me for it🤨 . I guess I saved 7$. Maybe next time. I asked a lady for help she looked really busy she went beyond and helped me. I explained to her about my recent gall bladder surgery and how I cant digest most foods. She found all sorts of stuff for me. The dried strawberries are the bomb. I recently bought some in San Diego and asked my friend to send me more but they are so popular.

My in store experience has always been fine. Never had a problem,Recently I purchased a couch, I was given a choice of two delivery services one that I could call and make arrangements with, the other was with their Guy Carlos who I decided on because Big Lots would make arrangements for delivery of new couch and pick-up of old couch.I needed a delivery by Wednesday, but Carlos could only do it by Friday, I was given his number, but he, Carlos called me first to get ok I told him I needed delivery by Wednesday he agreed but it would be later between 3and 5pm. Delivery never happened so I called store because Carlos never picked up my calls. I was told he had an emergency, but could deliver on friday... very convenient for Carlos he wanted $100 in cash.I canceled his services,Then I called Big Lots other option who were able to deliver and pickup next day price about the same. But it was charged to my card not cash... although my area didnt have an arrangement with city dump for this company to discard old couch. So it was $69 for delivery. The two delivery men brought in the couch I had to ask them to unwrap from packaging, which they did, and took off out the door leavingPackaging on floor I had to go after them and asked them to take the packaging . They said we dont do that.They are only to bring inside and leave, no setup/clean up.... I have to put legs on couch myself!!BEWARE!!!UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO PICKUP, SETUP, AND DISPOSE OF OLD YOURSELFDELIVERY SERVICE IS BADSIGNED 69YR OLD DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN in Highland ca.

Im a full-time security guard work 7 days a week then start all the days back over Monday through Sunday again and my mom is a Big lots shopper she loves shopping there for furniture I dont know why but she gets all our furniture from Big lots can you believe it

The customer service I have received for over a year in this store is exceptional, I bought couches here around a year ago and kept forgetting to write a review. Vanessa I hope I got her name right she works in the furniture department has been the best employee I have ever had a pleasure to meet. Every time I shopped there she was so pleasant and helpful! I have recently moved to Moreno Valley and have unfortunately experienced very poor customer service which makes me just not go at all or go all the way to Big Lots in Highland just to avoid bad customer service and go to the great Big Lots that is truly and only great not only because of the deals but because of such wonderful employees, thank you for all you do Vanessa you do make a difference and deserve a raise and bonus !

I would give 5 stars if the merchandise had prices marked. They are truly neglectful in that area. The employees are extremely helpful and try to compensate for the lack of pricing. The store is clean and the cashiers spray the table between customers, unlike other nearby stores.

My family and I have always loved going to this place after they took over Pic N Save. One employee especially has given great customer service each time shes rung us or me up. I feel bad because too many no shows from seasonal hiring and thought about applying even because of that kind of ridiculousness from people who dont want a job apparently. Either way, great deals, I wish you had outdoor battery operated lights, but alas none there, but this last time instead I found the seasonings all for $1 each, so I stocked up.

Its a good store, many items and different things to choose from. Food to furniture, you make it, all on sale. This seemed slow initially, but they were just a bit overwhelmed with what needed to be done, so it appeared understaffed. After 5 minutes or so, that resolved, and everybody got helped. Clean, friendly staff members. Thanks Makayla, for helping me and being a great employee.

Over times things keep getting more expensive. Not much of a discount store anymore.

Check their website now, they have buy 1 get 1 free on several things ranging from $5 to $13... Hot sauce gift packs, cheese n crackers, mixed drink sets, etc... Its worth it.

Great customer care!! I was approached by a store staff and asked if I needed any help. Had the staff Scan a few items that didnt have a price tag, staff took several items to check the price even though the staff was busy stocking some merchandise. Great prices too.

I love biglots, they have tons of snacks Ive never tried, but sometimes their system says they have an item (like 4-8 of them even) and it turns out they dont and that can be very frustrating

Terrible customer service!! I went in and the cashier acted as if I was a disease or something! Being ridiculously extra with not coming in contact with the customers. Absolutely and completely disrespectful! I wont be doing my shopping at this store ever again!

My visits often find MOST staff always very friendly and helpful. Cost of some items are competitively priced. Highland Big Lots neighbors new charter schools but virtually unaffected by their traffic. Unfortunately, the store location suffers from a small amount of displaced persons from time-to-time.

Good outlet of Big Lot chain shops. They have most of the necessary goods for home & house. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The only reason Im giving it a three star because they dont have variety options for regular bought kitchen & electric items to choose and buy from and they should take care of their restroom!
