I went there to do a quick job stocking some visa cards. The employee was really nice and the store was clean. A little busy. But any business thats busy these days is a great thing.

When I need to go to the super market this is my go to store. Their staff is nice and they are always well stocked. Plus if you are a member of their app they have great deals and you accumulate points not only for free food, money discounts but also for gas discounts at Chevron. A must visit supermarket.

Helpful staff and great service ...hot bread right out the oven into bags for all of about 8 people standing by for fresh out the oven bread buns...grrrrreeaaat

Albertsons in Highland Ca is clean and always fully stocked. Employees are helpful & friendly. Produce department has a nice fresh selection. Deli department has some of the nicest people working there.Love their Friday deals :) & reward system.

They have some great hot wings and mash potatoes thats all ready cooked. And for a decent price

Wow, I did not realize shopping and paying good money here required me to bag my own groceries at 7am on a Sunday, when I was the only customer. Store was well organized and clean. Employees on the floor stocking were helpful and nice. Employees at register and front area: no greetings, not very helpful and no goodbyes. I felt like I was working, trying to be nice and helpful for my own sake! Thank you all for the wonderful food. I know it is Sunday morning but a little bit of hospitality goes a long way.

Very nice supermarket, a little on the higher over all price of items. If you use the Albertsons app. the prices workout somewhat better, but most of the time you get what you pay for. In this case it is the shopping experience, clean, helpful staff, knowledgeable. The fruits and vegetables, along with the meat counter all on the higher quality side. You cant go wrong shopping here, if youre willing to pay a bit more.

Fast checkout at both the pharmacy and grocery store

One of the best supermarkets in the Highland area. Right off Boulder Ave, its a very convenient and great place for your grocery and produce needs. Gets pretty busy during the weekends so expect long lines when checking out at the cashier. A little more expensive if you compare it to Walmart or Food 4 Less or even Stater Bros but they usually sell quality products comparable to Target.

This is my favorite Albertsons in the area!! Its super clean, someone is always pushing a broom around or cleaning surfaces/carts. I adore the floral department, the live plants are beautiful and healthy and a great price.

I like this store more than Stater Brothers there produce and bakery is nicer then Staters. It cost a little more but it is worth it to me.

After purchasing more than $100, and having my leg broken, just to be treated like trash and was told by store manager to wait somewhere else at 1: 00 am I end up waiting for 4 hours for a taxi. Even though the security who was very purchase told me to wait in a secure area due to high crime and fraud because of pandemic and law enforcement not being present. Felt like there isnt one person there who would help the customer to make sure he gets its very discouraging to know to realize some folks enjoy seeing people struggling and have to go through some unpleasant experience. Thank you Albertson your commercial should be spent $100 at our store and enjoy the aftermath on the streets🙏

I shop at this Albertsons when visiting my BFF. Its a smaller store with the best staff. Everybody is very friendly and accommodating. I never feel like a bother when asking a question. Its so nice that good customer service stores still exist.

This store is clean and well organized. However, if you are going here to use WIC, go somewhere else. Their options for bread, rice, oatmeal, juice etc, are limited for WIC customers. I literally could not buy bread because they didnt have the right size and type available.If you arent a WIC user and dont mind paying top dollar for things you could get anywhere else, this is the place for you.

I really enjoy shopping at this Albertsons. They always have great deals. Sometimes, I buy two bags of chips for the price of one, and these kinds of deals can be found throughout the store with many different items. The bakery has a healthy selection of meats and salads, and they even serve hot food like fried chicken. The staff are some of the friendliest people you will encounter throughout your day. This will become your go to super market if you live in the area!

Parking lot is a pain. But place seems better than the last time I was there.

Find that the stores layout is a little more difficult to find items if a first time vistor, due to larger floor layout than competitors in the area. On the plus side wide open isles, easier to keep your distance in times like these with COVID being a factor. Store is very clean, staff very friendly. Only complaint is there is always a wait to check out, every single time I have been in there, lines back down the isles, mainly due to COVID distancing, but still a wait .... All in All, a good store with a minor annoyance.

I went to your store today because I was looking for bread sticks and when I checked online it said that you carried then, I looked around for a while and saw an employee with a name tag that said supervisor and asked him where they might be, he said, I dont think we carry them, I told him that I just checked on line and it said that you did, he then said, then you can help yourself and walked away from me. I have worked in three different types of retail and never treated a customer like that. This is not how you treat a customer especially coming from a supervisor.

I went to pick up cofeemate creamer on sale but they did have any sugar free on sale.

The best experience from a grocery store...they make you feel welcome and are very helpful,I go sometimes for the WU and there customer service is great a fast . Also the manager marquis is a great worker iv seen him in multiple occasions at the store working above and beyond kindly and thats the experience you want when you do something as lil as shop for dinner.

I love Albertsons. They make sure everyone has a mask on, the floors are marked as to the directions to go, and the checkout s are marked in 6 feet increments. And everyone is so nice and patient.

I like that the produce department is always clean and organized. The produce is always fresh. Plenty to choose from.

It was horrendous! They have no handicap line anymore. Myself and my friend are both disabled and we asked for assistance, while in a very long line that ushered customers to the next available cashier, to no avail. I was directed to check out 3 while the customer behind me was directed to check out 7. The problem? I was standing just before #7 but was sent all the way to #3! I will never go there again! 0 Stars!!!
