Flat out lied to about new phone purchase. Jamar helped us over 2 years ago and was great getting our whole family new phones. Came back to upgrade, and was told there wouldn’t be any extra cost to upgrade. After the phones ship in sales guy was tacking on 600-700 extra dollars for “setup and taxes.” Huge waste of my families time.

I purchased a device online for in store pickup on the same day. They never filled the order. Never notified me. It took 4 days and a cumulative 4 hours on hold with their customer care line to get the order canceled and shipped to my house. They never picked up their phone the 5 times I called on Thursday. Go to literally any other verizon store.

Luckily Marcus answered my call & was able to quickly & easily resolve what 5 calls to Verizon customer service could not resolve. Great company so it sounds. I was an existing Verizon customer that bought a JetPack (mobile hotspot) at their Highlands Ranch location and had to decipher my bill to figure out they auto added Insurance (12.00 a month), financing (told me I paid out of pocket) and the Verizon rep validated their mis-guided actions, you can do better guys.

Just a quick note to let everyone know how grateful I am for the help Savon provided me today. I am an older person, and THOROUGHLY ignorant when it comes to matters of ANYTHING technical. He was the perfect person to help me with the many problems I was having—verification problems, being locked out of the phone, just to mention two. He also guided me on which new phone to buy (since I lost mine last month), set it up for me, and explained how to use it. I want to share my experience regarding the Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer located at 9567 So. University Boulevard, Unit C-4 in Highlands Ranch. This location/store is awesome. Every time I have gone there for the past four or so years, I have always had a positive experience. I have been greeted by friendly, courteous and helpful personnel. My last experience was as of June 30, July 2 and July 11. All three times I was assisted by Andrew, who also sought assistance from Jamar and Bronson. They could not have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciated their help, particularly Andrew and I highly recommend this location and its staff. To this date, I have not been disappointed and the staff worked very hard to resolve my phone problems. Very satisfied customer. Thank you guys.

Jamar was so helpful! As soon as I walked in he had a smile and helped me figure out what a 30 min call to customer service and another Verizon store could not! I was about done with Verizon but now that I met him this will be my new store I do everything at. Customer service was very good. However, sold me a bunch of stuff I didnt need and then didnt tell me I cant pay my phones off early because it then eliminates the buy one get one deal. Did their job, though, and pulled one over on me. Shouldve paid more attention. Well played. Got our next upgrade directly through the Verizon web site.

I never leave reviews but I just had the best customer service experience at the Verizon store in Highlands Ranch on University. I needed an upgrade and was served by Jemar. He was incredibly patient, especially with some indecisiveness on my part. He took a great deal of time to explain all of the options, show me how to work my new phone and saved us a significant amount of money per month in the process. Highly recommend going to the store and especially getting help from Jemar. He is excellent!

I have been a Verizon client for over 12+- years. I always by the latest IPhone. We have currently 1 IPhone X, and 2 brand new IPhone 11’s. The last 2 IPhones we bought at this store. Both times with different sales people we had many issues. This last one just a couple of months ago has been a really bad experience. First of all, they offered us promotions that were already expired. When I escalated it to the manager he apologized and basically told me his salesperson was new and was not up to date on the promotions. However, he did not do anything about it. I still bought the IPhone at the store. When we were buying the IPhone. My wife specifically asked about the the activation fee $40. Manny the salesperson told me he will take care of the fee because we have been customers for many years. He even said in front of my wife and daughter “if the fee shows up you can come here and I will remove the fee”. Same day the salesperson sold us some additional accessories. He promised some credits / promotions. Once we were signing the final bill a credit for $20 was not there as promised. I had to ask the manager about it and he denied everything about the credit and without any apology and in a bad manner gave me $20 cash.When my bill arrived the $40 activation fee was there. I called the store and after being on hold for close to 45 minutes without and answer the corporate office picked up. I spoke with Carmen at VZN corporate x100011 at 10:25am 6/22/20. She told me that salespeople should not be offering those credits and that the store needed to fix it. She sent a message to the District manager Nata and to the store manager Thomas asking them to call me back. Nobody did! I called again in the afternoon and gave up after being on hold more than 1 hour. I decided to go to the store inn person. When I arrived Manny was there. He completely denied everything and he said he did not promise to take care of the credit. He called his manager on the other line Thomas. The manager on speaker phone very unprofessional denied the whole thing. He said he listened to the whole conversation the day my wife, daughter and I bought the iPhone with manny! That’s not accurate as he was taking care of customers the whole tome on the other side of the store. On top of that they all wear masks! Hard to understand! He kept raising his voice and toldme he received the email from corporate and read it (he did not call me). He also told me to leave the store and never come back or he will call the Sheriff’s office ! I was just trying to fix the issue. He also in-front of my daughter told me to get the f... out of the store. I left I told him I will file a complaint. He said to file all the complaints I want. I have spend there thousands of dollars over the years. I have a prefect credit score. I always pay off my iPhones early. I don’t need $40! But it’s the principal thing when someone promises something and then they denied it and make you feel that you are doing something wrong! The worst experience in the store. Bad customer service, they hardly ver answer the phone, the salespersons are not trained properly and they will promise things they can’t do. Then they will denied it. We had also issues with our screen protectors we bought. Manny told us he will call when the new screens were in to replace it. He never did! Also the screen protector that they installed on my daughters iPhone had bobbles 2x!I shocked on how they treat loyal customers. I will be calling the corporate office at Verizon and file a complaint. I will also see if the district manager will call me back.

He helped me with all the questions I had and went above and beyond to accommodate me in the best way possible. While I came to the Verizon store dreading the process of getting a new phone, Derek actually made it an enjoyable experience. I walked in right after opening. There was a couple ahead of me looking to switch their service. I stood quietly waiting my turn. After 15 minutes, the sales man and the couple started talking about online games and where their friends live around the world. After another 10 minutes I was about to walk out when another salesman arrived. He helped me immediately. He was very helpful and kind. The staff in this store can be very good and very bad. You just never know. It is under new management so hopefully things will continue to improve.

UPS delivered by phone at 7:45 p.m. It was supposed to be delivered between 10:30-12:30. This is a business phone and very important in my communications with my office and clients. I walked into the store at 7:56 p.m. and was greeted by a very friendly sales person. I explained my situation that I suspended my phone line due to my phone being stolen and could he help me get my phone set back up. I did not get his name but he was very understanding and had awesome customer service. It shows there are still great customer service people. The store was closing at 8:00 p.m. and he stayed to address my issue. Thank you!

I have to start by saying my father and I have been Verizon customers for just at or over 14 years, and normally we have pretty decent experience. There are some stores that obviously are under staffed and not trained very well, but the store on University is normally my go to spot. The staff there is very good.So why two stars then?Im a college student. I have two jobs. And one phone, its in perfect condition. Never been dropped or banged. It still has the factory wrap on it and my two year renewal is mid Jan (remember that).So i have my 40hr a week job then my 20hr a week kitchen job. And for those who have not worked in a kitchen before the first thing anyone wants to do when they get home is wash their clothes and jump in the shower. Which is precisely what I did, with my phone in the pocket. Yeah it happens, but not to me before. After a 12+ hr work day (9am-2am 1hr lunch) Id say its an acceptable mistake.My dad called the *661 number on Dec,7th,and spoke to a woman who told him that yes, our two year agreement was eligible for renewal mid Jan but we could renew a month early. Which brings us to today, after counting down the days and picking out my new phone online (granted not one of the free with renewal phones but one of the ones that is still going to cost me $200), I go to my favorite Verizon store to have my bubble burst.Apparently, the information given to my father was incorrect. The gentlemen in the store said that while that may have the been the policy years ago it not longer holds true. The store manager with whom I was speaking said that we were eligible for 2year renewal one week before or the Edge Program (where the consumer pays the full retail value of the phone over monthly payments- Which I Do Not Want) one month before, which he believed what the phone representative meant. I said thank you and left. Went to my car, and using my fathers phone called *661 and this time spoke to a woman who said That is the policy and there are no exceptions.After 14 years, one mistake and no exceptions. Im more than a little disappointed.

Andrew was fantastic! We were there after we broke a phone screen and he was very knowledgeable on all of the options we could go with. He helped us even put on a “liquid” screen to help get rid of the glass pieces and smooth out the phone so we don’t risk getting glass in our fingers or face. Very friendly was immediately recognized by staff in the store. Had issue with an HTC phone. all three members approached me within a few minutes of waiting. Derek was asked to see if he could resolve the problem. They recommended I go to on of their corporate stores a few minutes away on S University. They printed directions, I got the store. I have been extremely happy with this store for many years. The last time I made a purchase of a Gpad and a LG phone I was completely screwed out of a 300 rebate. It has been 7 months and 1 week and I feel like I have been completely blown off. I waited this long to write this review hoping for some resolve and have received none. What happened to customer service and doing what a company says they will do to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase? I guess those days are long gone. I want what Verizon promised me a 300 dollar rebate and I am sure others would feel the same. Step up Verizon I should not have to babysit you about a rebate do the right thing!

These guys REALLY know how to run a wireless store! I have worked sales, promotions, and customer service for both Verizon and T-Mobile, and let me tell ya- everyone that I have come into contact with at this store has been paramount on all those accounts. This place used to be great when Derek was the manager. I have been dealing with billing issues with them since February 2017. They have been through 2 managers since then. Only 2 people working, when the manager got done with his customers, he asked me what can I do for you. I asked him to pull me the LG 7QThin because I wanted to up upgrade. He went in the back for 5 minutes then came out and said you are going to have to wait another 45 minutes because he was working with another customer. What customer? The only one in the store was being helped by another employee. He said when you come back tomorrow he would help me Ohhh no he wont. TERRIBLE Customer Service. Also terrible customer service over the phone with other stores. I was told by other stores they didnt have the phone I wanted to order it myself off the web site This was before I found out that the store I went to who had it. Anyway, had problems with the web site and no one to call and no response from the email I sent . I figured if I needed help in the future with a phone problem that it would be hell getting it looked at.After 35 years with Verizon, it went down hill I just signed up with Sprint I now have more for less and the LG phone will be delivered Thursday 6/7 What a shame my partnership with Verizon had to end this way Im sure others will experience what I did. I hope they do what I did to prove even major companies cant get away with terrible anymore.. I invite corporate management to find out before their bottom line really does hurt them....

Truly awful customer service at this store. I ordered my new phone and service through another store, but this location is closer to my office. I went in to have them activate the phone and transfer my contacts. I was third in line to be assisted and was browsing patiently when the manager looked over at me and asked what do you need. I quickly explained and his first words were for me to go home and do it myself. I had all the instructions I needed. When I tried to explain I had found the process somewhat confusing, he immediately said he would charge me $20. I know this man is not indicative of Verizon as a whole, but its a lousy taste in my mouth as I begin my service with them.

Walked into this store and was greeted by Anthony, who was incredibly welcoming and very helpful. He was very knowledgable about not only iPhones but all other phones and technology as well. Tony Miskolci helped me tremendously. I came in with a charger issue and walked out with not only a wireless charger and a new tablet with amazing keyboard. He made sure everything was set up and working perfectly.and he made sure the car mount was set up correctly so it wouldnt cause me grief.

Donavin, is,the best salesman I ever dealt with. I got all my toys and he got it hooked up. He has an incredible smile and I even recommend my grandma hangs out with him. We listened to music and jammed out and I wouldnt go anywhwre else!! Highly recommended!

I was already having a horrible day....when my kids killed my phone! Ahhhhh! But then Andrew Castro, Kamil Wolanski, and Jemar Mitchell not only fixed my phone, they helped me get 3 new devices for those crazy kids, and left me with a huge smile. Those 3 are made for customer service!!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

I only write reviews if what I experienced was really good or really bad. Unfortunately Im writing this one because my experience has been REALLY BAD. We went in looking to switch from T-Mobile BACK TO Verizon and so far Id rather have T-Mobiles horrible service over Verizons horrible CUSTOMER service any day. Donovin was a nice guy but has done nothing but create problems. He didnt tell me that Id have to get a new phone after switching from T-Mobile so we went through the whole process and the next day, Verizon called me and said my phone would take about four hours to activate. That was okay, until another four days went by (as Im writing this) and I still dont have a phone. In other words, because of Donavins lack of knowledge, Im being forced to buy a brand new phone. I went back into this Go Wireless store yesterday (three days after the initial visit) and it turns out that Donavin was a no-call no-show two days in a row (and yes, this is according to his fellow co-workers). Two days after my initial visit, I was told to come in the next day (next day meaning three days after the initial visit) and talk to the fill-in District Manager who wasnt even there. So now, Im adding an extra day that I dont have a phone. I was told by the employees in the store, Youre just going to have to wait for the District Manager to call you. Hes a busy guy so we dont know when thatll be. Sorry. To add insult to injury, we specifically told Donavin that we wanted the unlimited plan. He signed us up for the 2GB plan and still charged us for the unlimited one. We were notified three days after visiting that our data was almost gone. THREE DAYS. Keep in mind that Donavin is the MANAGER. Arent managers supposed to know simple things like not being able to use the same phone from one carrier to the next? Gotta love corporate America. Sorry, I cant do that. Im going to need to talk to someone. That someone clearly doesnt care enough to help us out. Whoever runs this place, please, LEARN HOW TO RUN IT. Or, just hire some people that are capable of doing their jobs and doing them right. You guys have ONE JOB TO DO: Make sure people have working phones. Its really not that hard.P.S. - Still waiting on your District Manager to call.Update: Donavin was fired shortly after my experience. Hopefully for all of you reading this, you’ll get luckier than I did. My advice: drive by this place and don’t go any further than looking through the windows.

Custom service in this store varies. I bought a Samsung note 5 at this store last September. I went to the store because the phone was hot and battery drains quick. I am grateful I was helped that time although I waited for my turn for at least half hour. Yesterday, I went to that sore again because, beside from the continuous issues of hot temperature and quick battery drain, my phone stops doing fast charge. A staff had a brief look at my charge and told me one chip in the charger is missing. He brought me a new charger and told me it is $24.00. When I asked for warrant since I only had the phone for 4 months, he told me to open the Samsung website and call for custom service myself. I did as being told, and Samsung finally agreed to have a look at the phone( after >2 hours of explaining everything and wait for response). I called the store back to see if I can have a replace phone or just temporarily close my line during the repair phase, I was told to call Verizon custom service for this. I did again as being told, spending another hour to repeat everything, not yet done and still wait for response. Only if he could have been kind enough telling me to call the Verizon custom cervices to start with! With such a hard process to let people believe that the phone need to be checked, my feeling with Verizon and Samsung is, once you paid for the phone, you are on your own.
