Never a complaint with this store. Had good input. Maybe a little to much stuff checked in the eye exam. I am use to the basics from years ago. Guess I am just getting old...lol. they have a nice variety and is covered with my insurance. So a plus plus. The waiting time is 3 to 10 days to get the glasses, so if you need something right away it probably isnt the place for ya

Pearled Vision offers warm, kind professional service. Dr. Lawson carefully helped me update my prescription. I chose a new pair of glasses from an excellent selection of frames. I highly recommend Pearle Vision.

Dr. Lawson was very thorough in his exam, and was able to explain to me what was going on with my eyes as no eye doctor had every explained. He spent the time to educate me and make sure I understood what he was finding. I have since moved away from CO, and have yet to find an eye doctor who was able to make sure I was cared for the way he did. Thank you Dr. Lawson, wish you the best.

This was my second round of eye exam and lens/frames purchasing from this location and again, I am very happy with Dr. Lawson and his staff. Dr. Lawson assured me my prescription was the same and did not push me to purchase anything unnecessary. I still needed a replacement pair and Danielle was great at helping pick the right frames for me. Nice to have an honest opinion around for this kind of purchase. Thank you!

Id give it 3 1/2 stars if possible but...I have been going to this Pearle location in Highlands Ranch for about 3 years because I like the optometrist (Dr. Lawson, I think his name is.) The first pair of glasses I ordered were absolutely perfect. When I had to change my prescription, I decided to get a pair of computer glasses in addition to my progressive vision lenses. It all went downhill from there. I havent had a pair of glasses since that works right. Either blurry at mid distance (from my chair to monitor) or one lens has been off. I had them changed three times before going in for hip surgery, then Corona hit, and I never got the right prescription which resulted in daily headaches.I decided to start over from scratch and just picked up my new lenses yesterday, and theyre still not right. The manager is sometimes friendly enough and sometimes acts like her customers are intruders. When they called to say my new lenses were in this time (keeping my own frames,) the clerk said the business was open until 5 PM on Friday. She said it would take about an hour to install the lenses. I told her would be in between 3:45 - 4 PM and she said that was perfect.When I arrived at 3:53 PM, the manager said in a snippy tone, You know we close at 4 on Fridays. Do you plan to leave your frame?I explained what I was told on the phone and I wasnt planning to leave the frame. The guy who does the lens install jumped up and said he could get it done in 10-15 minutes, which I was grateful for. The manager said nothing but had a disgusted look on her face.The install guy did a great job but the right lens is still blurry. I really dont want to go through what I did before with changing lenses several times but dont know what else I can do. I dont want to get headaches from wearing a bad prescription.The Optometrist said I have mild cataracts and its impossible to get them exactly right. So honestly, Im not sure whether the place isnt doing a good job, or if its my particular situation. So, Id say I give the optometrist and other staff at least 4 stars, dropped to 3 because of the manager. Well see how it goes in a few days.I suspect I will be having to change out this right lens because Im already getting headaches. I hope others have had better luck at this Pearle location. Ive used others and always been happy with results so it may just be me.

I dont like going shopping for glasses because its so hard for me to get good service usually. Danielle was so incredibly helpful and made me feel unbelievably welcome. She went above and beyond and was very realistic with what my eye glasses needs were. Her knowledge and experience made my visit stress-free and friendly. Thank you so much!!!

I had the same thing happening to me as Anne, they told me that they close a certain time and when I came in, the woman ask what we needed and she said we r closed, she was rude and obviously they were not. We had been customers with them for years and yet she was rude. She lost a sale.. for dumb hours that don’t work for everyone. We went to another location with better hours and they were very nice!

Called first, recording said they were open. Drove over and guess what? Sign on door that they are closed today and tomorrow. Change the recording!!!

Great experience here! Never get my eyes checked, but after a friend highly recommended getting an eye exam, I made an appointment. Dr. Lawson was friendly, professional, and very helpful when it came to answering all my questions. He did my entire exam in half of my lunch break which was awesome because I was a bit pressed for time. Never knew getting a prescription was so easy, but so glad it was. His staff was great with paperwork/insurance, and I got an awesome pair of corrective ray ban sunglasses for a great price! Ive recommended quite a few friends to him and will continue to do so!

Ive been wearing glasses since I was 3 and never knew how well I was capable of seeing until Dr. Lawson did my exam. He took the time to get my prescription 100% and I was legitimately shocked at the difference between my exam the previous years.Danielle, the office manager is so effecient and polite. She also takes the time to help you pick out the best frame for you and happy to give her opinion on how the frame looks, which I personally really appreciate! She is knowledgeable about lenses and options as well.Highly recommend this place! I drive from Arvada, thats how great they are!

I ordered prescription sunglasses a while back and thought the astigmatism correction might be off. I asked them to check and they told me it was right on with the prescription and that the polarization of the lenses sometimes causes things to be blurred. Like a fool, I listened to them until using the sunglasses made my eyes worse to the point that my regular glasses were blurry too. I decided to go elsewhere and have my sunglasses checked and found out they were over 25 degrees off from my prescription. So now I am paying for new glasses and sunglasses out of pocket. The doctor at Pearle is fine, but I wouldnt trust the people out front.

Ive done business with this office twice in the past several years and have been happy with the service from start to finish. The doctor is great but, the front end staff is amazing. The customer service they provide has been great. Ill definitely continue to use them everytime it involves my eyes/eyewear and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs glasses/contacts.

Dr. Lawson is great and works with you to get your lenses correct. He also doesnt push you to purchase new glasses if your prescription doesnt change that much. Everyone is very helpful.

Their frame selection is great and reasonably priced. When i got there for my exam danielle had all of my infomation pulled up so it was nice and painless, Dr. Lawson was very professional but informal and friendly.
