Horrible! Customer service is lacking. They are WAY overpriced on many items that other Hallmark stores have as well and up to $10 cheaper sometimes! They fail to disclose that ANY product containing an orange sticker is non-returnable. It does not say this anywhere on the receipt, it says returns accepted with receipt within 30 days, so this is there own stores made up policy but they will not tell you that when you purchase the item! It would be nice to have a friendly reminder when you check out to say, Just so your aware all orange tag items are final sale and cannot be returned. Just saying. Kind of rude to have receipt give one policy and an employee state another! Also overheard a discussion while shopping in the store between employees on what NOT to inform a costumer which is super shady as well. So will no longer shop at this Hallmark location. There are plenty others with good costumer service, awesome policies, and friendly conversation. People here are rude! Plus save your money and shop the other stores! You will find better prices anyways!

Its really a pleasure to go into an independent Hallmark store. And the manager who has been there at least 10 years, is so delightful and helpful. My neighbor and I drive up from Castle Rock quite often just to go there.

This store is AMAZING! It has a wonderful selection and the staff is so helpful. They have unique items that you cannot find anywhere else. I came to this store because my favorite store in Thornton unfortunately closed. I feel that Julies Halmark stores are more friendly and attentive than Halmark corporate stores. They really made me feel like family. It is a longer drive for me coming from Northglenn but well worth it!
