Wow what a difference new ownership makes! The store looks so much cleaner and organized. New owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will be making my go to place.

If you are a tourist in Denver, Colorado, I HIGHLY recommend not going to this liquor store. They refused my service even though I was WELL OVER 21 YEARS OLD, all because I had an out-of-state ID!! They do not Carter to tourists. Worst customer experience. DO NOT GO!!

Really nice store. Really good selection of wine. The new owners are really nice and have done a nice job cleaning it and organizing everything. I really recommend visiting the store if you havent been there.

This is a lovely shop, they take very good care of you, Gary the proprietor, and his entire family seem involved, I highly recommend this place.

Extremely poor experience. I called the store to get the exact address as Google was not showing it and I was going to take a Lyft driver to the store and back home. A female answered the phone and asked how she could help me. I ask her for the address of the store and she said she had a long line of customers and would have to put me on hold. When she came back online I ask her the same question. What is your physical address. She told me it was going to take her a while to find it and she would have to put me on hold again and look it up. I asked her didn’t she know the address of where she was working and she said no. So instead of waiting on hold again I told her never mind.I went to a different liquor store to get my case of beer and my 4 bottles of wine.

I love Highlands Ranch Wine & Spirits. The staff are great (owner included). They have a great selection and reasonable prices.

Always helpful and polite. If you shop at King Soopers across the street, there is a 10% discount coupon on the receipt, and I always use it! Conveniently close to my neighborhood.

Wasn’t able to find the wine that I needed but the owner was very knowledgeable and friendly when I asked about it. Will definitely swing by again sometime!
