While working on the car, they left the keys in the seat and the door wide open. Someone walked buy and stole the keys.When I told the technician that he had a responsibility to keep by my keys secure in his possession, he said he had nothing to do with it and became belligerent.When I refused to pay until we had come to an agreement on the key situation, he cursed me, got up in my face and THREATENED ME WITH A HAMMER.He took out the new window he had just installed and put the broken one back in. I asked him to stay while the police arrived, but he refused and nearly ran me over.I know this sounds wild and sensational, but its true. A truly frightening experience is an obviously unstable man.
