DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PHONE! I brought my phone here to have the screen replace. The tech replaced the screen and charged me $100. Before I left I noticed the screen was discolored and I questioned the tech, he apologized and switched out the the screen. Three weeks later the screen went completely black. I went back and told them and the tech said that he would fix it but would only charge me $75. I didn’t think I should pay anything since a was there 3 weeks ago. It’s sad they don’t guarantee their work. I went to Ubreakifix in Capitol Hill and they said it was a bad screen. They charged me $150 but the guarantee their work for 90 days as long as there’s no damage. Phone Repair Center might be less expensive but you’ll pay more in the long run. SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH COMPANIES THAT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.

It is the worst place I have ever visited. I bought a screensaver and in 5 minutes it took off when you claim They said it will do my problem. I do not recommend it at any time. El peor lugar

I brought my iPhone XR screen to be replace and when the work was completed my Face ID wasn’t working. The staff stated that it’s not working do to the screen being replace and something must be wrong with my camera. I told them it was working prior to me coming in and the staff couldn’t come up with an answer and instead switch the problem to me saying it’s no longer their problem. While discussing the issue trying to get them to fix the Face ID feature the screen up and stop responding in the staff member hand, so they went and replace the screen and check the cables and the new screen was installed and responsive but no Face ID still. The staff did not find a solution to the issue so they took off the replace screen and installed my original screen that was crack and refunded my money and what do you know my Face ID is back working. I went to another repair shop and they replace my screen and they told me the issues I was having at the other store is due to them using cheap LCD replacement screens that’s not Apple capable it’s a hit and miss with cheap products he stated. So now my screen is perfectly fine along with my Face ID working correctly. I won’t step foot in to this store. You get what you pay for.

There business is highly terrible there phones screens are not reliable they break and stop working not even a . Whole month I’ve gotten my phone fixed 3 times and the screen will freeze after a couple of weeks DO NOT GO TO THEM YOUR PHONE WILL BE PERFECT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THEN FREEZE ON YOU AND NOT WORK they do not have good quality yall ARE better off going to apple then having to get your phone fixed over and over it’s so sad how much money I spent when I could have went to apple from the start

I came here to get my screen fixed now my phone won’t charge and it’s constantly hot and they charge $5.76 for tax save your money go to the one around the corner

This place was Amazing! It only took 10 minutes to fix my screen. They are all very professional and friendly!!!!!! This place is located in Iverson Mall at the main entrance. I will definitely come back anytime. The prices are also extremely reasonable. Great team of guys.

Renovated and under new management, this phone fixing place definitely a great add to The Shops at iverson mall.They were able to fix my broken iPhone 8 plus screen less than 15 minutes for a better price than nearby phone repair shops.Will be back if I need to fix again in future.

I came in to have my cracked iPhone X screen repaired and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Both employees were extremely inviting and helpful. They also advised me to bring my older iPhone 6s, and 7plus back to them, so they can do water damage diagnostic on it. They said it most probably needs the screen replacement or lcd fix, they also told me they will check the phones with brand new iPhone battery to see if there is any problem with my battery. They also fix Samsung phones, Galaxy Phones, LG phones, Zte phones, tablets, iPad screen replacement, laptop screen and various other phone repair services. I brought the phone in with a broken screen and they eere able to replace the screen on my broken phone within 10 mins the customer service was great the sales associates were very friendly!
