Great Store...too bad no desire to work with customer. Went in store for remodel bathroom/ kitchen. Only customer in store. at least 4 staff in store. tried to ask question, two staff walked away from us. Receptionist stated only due appointments. Thank you and good luck. One of my go-to showrooms for my remodeling clients.

The lighting selection (our main reason for shopping) was amazing however we were not greeted at all when we arrived and were completely ignored by the 3/4 staff we encountered during our 30-40 minutes in the store. Too bad as we found several items we were interested in buying if not for feeling like our business wasnt worth their time. Really disappointed.

We had the best experience at Ferguson’s picking out all of our fixtures for our new home. We met with Molly who was very helpful and has great decorating ideas! We also met Ashley who we believe knows every vendor by heart. This place has so many items to choose from and can be a little intimidating to someone like me that didn’t know exactly what they wanted. Both Molly & Ashley had great ideas and made this experience a great one! Thank you both!!!I can’t say enough about the customer service you get from Ferguson’s!!!! I asked to pick up a portion of my order, so Ashley made a phone call & told me it would be ready in an hour. I went to their warehouse where Dave Bradshaw had it waiting for me. He even helped me pack it nicely in my car. You don’t find this kind of caring and helpfulness everyday, so I hope they get the recognition they deserve!!!!

Unhelpful and seems like I was wasting her time on high end shower fixtures. I called as I was just beginning to research and spoke to a sales rep, I told her my perimeters and she rattled off several brand quickly. I asked if she could email me the names and I heard her sigh and just kept telling to me see their showroom. I don’t have time as I work at home. Completely unhelpful and lost an opportunity in over $10k in sales.

Im a tall person, and I like to take baths. They let me climb in the display models till I found the perfect one for me. They also have a very large number of lighting and water fixtures all right near each other so it is easy to compare features/style/price. Sure you can do it online, but in person you can touch it and see the real color and finish.

After several failed attempts at online lighting selections, I went to the experts at Ferguson. Ashley is a lighting wizard and I am thrilled with my selections. She took out the guess work and helped me choose lighting appropriate for my spaces. I thought I would save money by buying online, but after two returns and Ferguson’s competitive pricing, not only are my selections beautiful, they are also fairly priced. Next time you’re in the market for a new light fixture, save some time and head to Ferguson!

Selection and quality is very good but the response to emails and voice mails were poor. We are building a new home and they are the builders preferred supplier. We would not use them again nor recommend to any friends or family.

They lost my warranty an left me to pay for all repairs on my stove witch quit working 19 mounths after purchased kitchen aid is no good anymore an clearly neither are the distributors for them they told me on the phone that sometimes they dont record info correctly an the show room delete all info after one year of purchase so if you dont keep a receipt for almost 2 years they cant help you dont use this company

I was working on my garbage disposal project and ran into an issue, redirection of drainage lines. Went o home depot, Lowes and another store. They all recommended Ferguson. I arrived Ferguson 10 minutes before the plumbing area close, but David answered my questions and presented me the possible configuration with the parts patiently. It saved me a great deal of time and I finished the project the same day. i cant thank him enough for the help. He is knowledgeable and passionate. this store is my favorite now.

I live in Cali but was in town for family and they needed some plumbing repaired. Went here for parts and I was helped by Dave in sales. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was very impressed and will check out your locations in LA. Dave set the bar pretty high and I recommend this location to anyone in Columbus.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Called and was connected to Ashley. The absolute best! Ask for her. She goes above and beyond. Remember what that used to be? Yeah, ask for her, Ashley. Ordered pendants that ended up being back ordered. On multiple occasions she contacted me with updates. Was planning to go to plan B, but she reassured me these pendants would ship. I felt confident they would because of her. Then she called after 3 times and explained they were on their way. My fiancé and I are ecstatic! We wanted them so bad above our kitchen island. Ashley was so on top of our order. Tracking it and giving us updates. I rate this experience 5 out of 5 stars. We are remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom in our house. Went into Fergusons to look at/order new kitchen appliances(fridge,double oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and ice maker) tonight for our remodel project. We walked around the showroom for about 45 minutes and no one came to help us until the store was getting ready to close and then a female associate came to tell us they were closing and we would need to come back. Not, can we get your name and phone number and call you to schedule some time to discuss what you need, but rather we close in 5 minutes. We even told her we had been walking around the showroom and hoping someone would offer to help us. Im not happy.

Great experience back in counter sales. Really helped me out when I was stuck. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

What can I say? I have done construction projects both residential and commercial for over 30 years. I also serve as a professor teaching residential construction at a local community college. Any business can be an order taker. A mark of a true professional is someone who knows what works, what doesnt work, stands behind their product and offers variety as well as depth in their product line. Fergusons has been there with me for little and big jobs, and most recently I had the great opportunity to work with Kaitlyn Pearce on a residential new build.I probably buried the lead in this review, as I should have started out with her name. Kaitlyns patience, product knowledge and making it easy for us has no price tag. You are busy, the job is driving the cost and the time... you need and want someone who meets deadlines, helps you select, fixes problems and does it all with a smile. Kaitlyn is that person.You can buy on Amazon if you view these products as a commodity. Nice show room in that they have lots of product on display, however their desire to have you set up an appointment is inconvenient. We stopped in Bathworks for an impromptu visit and for great service from a knowledgeably sales rep (Barbara). We ended up waiting almost a week to get an appointment with Ferguson. The Ferguson rep didnt seem very knowledgeable.
