They dont have a floral designers anymore 😔 I love buying my arrangements there.

My husband an i absolutely love this store. For us. For each other. For the kids. Iit lets us get things to spend time together and get creative and try new things see what we just might have a keen eye for. My kids too also love this store so many things for them to choose from as far as activities and decorating. Great place for whole family.

I would like to say I usually love the staff here I recently have gotten into my new hobby with my cricut.. I have bought Atleast $1,000 worth of items from this Michael’s store alone in the last couple months to start my business.. but recently I have been made felt uncomfortable for attempting to shop and followed out the store after I was leaving because I wasn’t getting anything at that moment. As I tell you I’m making a formal complaint as I never been treated that way here as I spend way to much money at one location. As I say every other staff member knows my face at that location as I am in this store Atleast 3/5 days buying materials and supporting this store

I come here regularly for any framing work I need done for artwork and/or photography. Matt is the best in his field. Hes extremely friendly, fun to talk to, and most of all knowledgeable. He makes every piece something Im proud to hang in my home.

Okay so a friend and I had a resent experience at this location. I wont blame it on being black or African American. Maybe its because I have dreadlocks or that I stand just barely over 6 foot tall and wear baggy clothing which according to American Profiling I fit the description. My friend and I were not greeted by any of the employees coming or going. The store however was very tidy and presentable. 4Dont take this the wrong way because they were very friendly with the other costumers. So

I love the organization of the place for so many various items, although this particular Michaels location was lacking the tiny seed beds which is the only item ill have to go back out for in order to complete my collection so I can really get started!

The staff if very helpful and Matt in framing is great at creating the perfect look for your work of art or photo.Also if you are part of thier rewards program it makes returns or exchanges easier because the system tracks your purchases. I try to keep track of my receipts but sometimes I loose them so the rewards program has helped a few times.

Over priced. Cashier was odd, he talked with one customer for like 15 minutes, so a line backed up and 2 other girls had to come and help him. He seemed clueless. But other than that, it was fine.

Always fun to look around. I rarely leave with only the items I went for!

Small Michaels. Has gone down over the years. Staff is available to point in a certain direction if you ask where something is located, but they dont seem too knowledgeable about the crafts they sell. They do do nice work on framing, but are quite pricey so dont forget your coupons.

Very disappointed. Used to be my favorite go to store for crafts and accessories. Not anymore, selection is sparse, not much to choose from.

They refused to give me a refund when I had the receipt and the product I was returning was intact and and UN opened. I am now awaiting a call from the district manager. The store manager and the CEM manager said that they would not give the refun. There was nothing wrong with the receipt it was clean untorn in very legible.

Wonderful shopping experience. Employees were friendly and said hello upon entering their store. I will shop there again.

The wife was able to find what she needed. When we were in there the store was being switched over from Christmas so there were a number of clearance items.

They have so much in terms of art supplies. Fun place to go.

Employees are rude, rarely have a good selection of items in stock, really slow check out. They have reduced hours now, but don’t have that posted anywhere at the store. I arrived 5 minutes past 7 to pick up an online order thinking they were still open, the employee at the door was snippy about “we’re closed like everything else, you can’t come in”. I was late, I understand, but be a little less rude. Every time I encounter this employee I groan inside because he is awful at customer service. I’m gonna try the Dublin location from now on.

This is the best local Michaels and its because of the people. The manager is a wonderful guy. He always takes time to speak to myself and my service dog when we come in. The staff is always kind and helpful. Ive never not been able to find what I am looking for or get help reaching items.

Its a bit expensive and if you arent a rewards member they will drone on trying to convince you to sign up. Otherwise, they have a good variety of art supplies

Great place to get crafting supplies. They have anything from scrapbooking to knitting to doing crafts with your kids.they always have good seasonal stuff and if you go there early enough you can get a lot of deals before the season is over. They have a teacher discount of 15%. I really like the fact that I can get things up my child that I can do together.

Friendly service, standard selection. Run of the Michaels. Go here instead if hobby lobby. Better quality. You will pay more however.

Friendly staff makes me feel valued as a customer! Store is well-organized, and sections are labeled with large signs so it is easy to find the section you want. Also on their website and on the app, you can see where to find items in the store. I highly recommend the rewards program!

Great sales the day I was there

Favorite one in the city. Always seems to be stocked with whatever I need. The store lends its self a very easy to follow layout and I can spot all of the sections from anywhere in the store VERY easily with out getting lost.

Went in to get some elastic store is closed. But you can order online. I asked the lady if they had any elastic in. She wouldnt even answer the question so I know that its available online.

I would not like to admit how much time I spend at this Michael’s! My children love crafts and of course there are school projects to do too and Michael’s has everything we need. The staff are so friendly here! They will not only tell you where to find something but also give tips on perfecting the project. It’s worth it to sign up for the email coupons and you can often combine deals. I only wish this location had fabric!

Nice place for lots of crafts

10-30-19, approximately 6pm.They dont have as good of a selection of yarn and yarn craft products that other craft stores have, but they had a decent little selection of clearance items including yarn so I didnt leave empty-handed.Seems a lot of things theyre selling here are more premade items and less craft supplies, and I feel it should be the other way around.The store also seemed like it was less open to shop in, like they were trying to cram as many items as possible into any space they could, which gave it a cluttered and messy feeling.Checkout was pleasant and both cashiers were friendly.

I went to Michaels today with my mom and just, wow. I’ve never seen a store torn so upside down. Lots of large metal carts that you had to move out of the way to just get by, some empty some filled with boxes. Obviously the employees love leaving emptying Starbucks coffee cups just sit around on their empty work carts-which was just gross. We tried speaking to four (4) different employees to find an item we were looking for and not a single one of them stopped what they were doing to even acknowledge one of us. As if they were robots and unable to have human contact, it was very disappointing. I guess this store was just having a totally off day.

Lot of cool stuff. Had to use restroom here, because famous footwear did NOT have one for public. Wanted to buy something, but the line was to long for me to wait, because left grandson next door @ F F. Ill go back here, unbelievable selection of really nice stuff.

Katelynd Sidney. Supposedly a manager. Is extremely rude and didn’t want to help locate a item. I asked if she could see if they had anymore in stock or online to get it shipped to my home. She rudely said I’m busy and walked away. I go here all the tome for my wife. I don’t think I’ll be returning there.

Michaels has just about anything you could ever want when it comes to arts and crafts supplies. Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly but this area could use a little improvement. Or maybe she was just having a bad day!

As someone who has spent way too much time in various Michaels stores, this one disappoints me. There always seems to be stocking happening, boxes on the floor and a difficult to navigate main aisle. Many of the drive aisles are constantly empty or disorganized. And I have stood in lines as long as 5-6 customers with one cashier on register, and floor associates standing near the putback baskets chatting and laughing. The cashiers never call for backup, and nobody else gets on register...so my wait times have been longer than ten minutes several times. I love that they leave 90% off stock out on the floor for months though!

I was like a kid in a candy store... There are so many things to look at and most things are decently priced. I was able to find most of the items we needed to make her valentines box. I even signed up for their rewards program with the cashiers suggestion. Glad we have a craft store to go to bc we went to target afterwards and their stock was mostly gone! Thanks Michaels!

Michaels has a fabulous selection of beads and paper crafting supplies. They dont have as many home decor products as Hobby Lobby but I feel their products may be a little more high class.

Had lots of fun. I make necklaces and ther was so many beads to pick from. Love it. The people was so friendly. Nice and qiuit

Had Christmas trees 60% off. Ordered online and had a easy pickup. The manager was even nice enough to load in car for me.

A little on the smaller side but still has a lovely selection of many different sizes types, and brands of yarn, nice selection of crochet hooks, HUGE selection of craft books and I only saw the crochet and knit ones. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well organized store with huge signs hung from the ceiling that make it easy to navigate the store and get where you want to be. Decent prices, really good prices with a sale or coupons. Located in a easily accessible area with decent parking. Definitely going o return for some of the crochet stitch and pattern books I saw while I was there, as well as more yarn.

The store has a large variety of goods. If you have a smart phone, the wed site always has a 40% off coupon. Dont forget to use that if you buy anything

Awesome place for crafts great employees

I can get into trouble in this store. They have just about everything I could need. The employees were very nice and they didnt mind helping customers, they did it with a smile. All of the employees I encountered with, had positive attitudes. I would love to visit this and any other Michaels in the future.

Would not honor 50% off coupon because elmers glue is apparently an everyday value item. This is not posted where the glue is stocked where you walk in, and the buyer is not aware of it until checkout. Despite the lack of the label, store employees did nothing to honor the coupon for this product. It was explained that an everyday value item is a product that cannot be sold for less than the tag shows. Therefore, any other item in the store that is not an everyday value item is apparently overpriced.

I LOVE this Michaels. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they always have what I am looking for. They have the fall/halloween items out already and they are on sale! The girl at the register knew I had a coupon when I was only holding my phone. She was on top of it! The place is always clean and tidy and people are always willing to help you out here.

I love crafting and Michaels is the place to shop. They always have coupons available and will even take competitors coupons. I like Hobby Lobbys selection better that the closest one is quite a ways away.
