They did a great job on our repair, were willing to look it over when we pointed out concerns and took steps to fix it immediately. Really went above and beyond for us. Great service, great work. Really responsive when contacted as well. I highly recommend them.

My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They replaced my bumper and it looks as good as new. Roger is extremely friendly and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the repair. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

So I didnt actually have any work done there but my company vehicle was taken there because it had been in an accident. It was very new and the insurance company decided to Total it because the airbags are deployed. We had a couple of acessories on the vehicle that we wanted to get off before they towed it away and there were a couple of Fasteners that had stripped. Brad and Shane took time out of their day to come out and get those out for us even to the point of breaking a drill bit in the process. They had nothing to gain as they were going to be doing no work on the car yet still took the time to give us a hand.

Had someone reend me and this place did a fantastic job of repairing it! I got text messages every day with status updates. I was able to leave my rental there when I picked up. They came out as I was left to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I hope o never have to use them but if I do. They will be my go to!

We had nothing but good experiences working with Buckeye Body Shop after my car accident. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dave E. kept us in the loop via email to let us know how the repair was going. Granted, the shop is not open on weekends, so this added a slight delay in the overall process, but the pleasant experience made up for it! Also, their repairs come with a lifetime guarantee!

They did excellent work on my 11 Pilot,they had my lift gate and rear pumper replaced l ...in 3 weeks later after the 1st time snow l had to back to them to fix my rear mirror defrost they fixed it right away ..They are awesomeThank you guys.

My car was hit by an uninsured driver. Most of my entire right side was scuffed pretty visibly. I took my car in to Buckeye Collision Center because that was a preferred vendor of my insurance company -- I had uninsured motorist coverage on my policy, and Im glad that I did! They promised to fix my car in 6 days, and they did just that. My car looked like bran spankin new. They even waxed my tires. I was very pleased with the service.

Was told that my car would be fixed Friday after dropping it off Monday, now having to wait until Wednesday of the next week. Timing was way off the charts, what was i supposed to do if I didnt have a ride for the extra week im waiting?! Unprofessional as all hell.
