Great service. I went up to a manager and asked about a specific type of paper. Even though they didnt have the type of paper he guided me to a parallel solution that granted just as much quality. I selected my packet of paper after a thorough education, I headed to the sales desk. I came up to the brightest smile in the room, the young lady greeted me with a smile and asked about my day. She checked me out quickly and I left in a great mood. Shout out to Megan with her awesome hair 💇 for the great customer service. Give that girl a raise!

One of the few local places that I can find good quality photo paper without having to go online. The staff are friendly without being pushy like similar stores.

What a joke store. I was there looking at printers when some crazy associate came to me and asked me what I was doing. I just used their color copiers to make copies that I paid for, so I had my flash drive with me so I printed one, yes one picture. Ole crazy started going to all the printers and taking the 3 sheets of paper each printer had in them! How on earth are you supposed to know if the printer is the right one for the person buying it? Lol. I would never buy anything from them again. Even if it was half price. Stupid!!

I bought toner online from Office Depot and got the wrong type accidentally. I brought it in, they looked me up by phone number and got the invoice, credited my PayPal, and brought the right type out. Whole process took about five minutes and was totally painless. Easy and better than buying through Amazon! Will do again for sure.

Had a really great experience with their printing department.... Leo took my complex order & everything turned out great.... said it would take 1 week it was done in less than 5 days! Leo was very helpful!

Store was very clean and all products were faces. Customer service from creating check out was 100%. Only disappointment was inventory was off. Showed items out of stock online but associate was helpful on finding in store.

OfficeMax’s prices seem to have increased significantly over the past few years. Any time I’ve visited to buy something, I have opted not to because it’s cheaper elsewhere. It’s no surprise that when I have visited there have been very few if any other customers.

Called Sunday to ask hours & phone guy said they were open until 9 (closes at 6). I had to return a product that didn’t fit my version of software (no mention of that on front of pkg) which was hidden in small print on a corner of the pkg. I told the phone guy to check if the had the correct version & was told I would have to come & dig thru them all. I didn’t want to drive all the way & they wouldn’t have it . And they wouldn’t have been open anyway since he doesn’t know his store hours!! Terrible service!!

The store is fine. The printing services are terrible. Over the last year I have had serveral printing jobs there and they are always messed up somehow. Last year I had the seating chart for my wedding done and they did such a poor job I had it redone elsewhere. I needed something easy printed, seriously one page so I placed an order online yesterday. I got a text and email saying they were ready yesterday at 3:30. Today I go in at 9 am and its no where to be found. This seems to be a common problem as this has happen on my previous orders as well. The customer service is terrible. They mess up and make you feel like an inconvenience.

I hate this location. Wildly understaffed, and the staff they do have never know anything when you ask them a question. Assuming you can even find anyone to ask. At least one of the self serve printers is always down, and one of the print staff didnt even seem to know what a flash drive is, when I explained that was what I was trying to print from. They apparently put all their stock out on the floor, so if youre lucky enough to find what you need on their half empty shelves, good on you! I hate having to go here and am just going to go across town to staples from now on.

Came in to get an office chair they did not have the one I wanted in stock so I tried to get another one and they did not have that one in stock either and they would not let buy the one in the store it just sucks everyone lets you buy floor models

NRG wasted so much of my time here. Gave me a $10 gift card and ended up taking it back......

The jerks at the hilliard rome location printed hundreds of pages and now Im out 33 dollars when I only needed 7 pages. They never thought to ask if I wanted the whole document printed. I didnt realize it was so long. Will never come here again and Im making sure that all of education friends (columbus city schools teacher) know how these people like to take advantage the horrible customer service I experienced.

Went to this store with a box to send back AT&T equipment. Instructions from AT&T were to take equipment to a FEDEX store and they will pack and ship it. When I got to this OfficeMax store, which ships FedEx, the girl said this is OfficeMax and you need a different box. I walked out and told her I would go to a FedEx store.

I really do not care for this particular store. It always seems dark and dingy & uninviting. As for the complaint from the woman concerning the cell phone babe who hoarded the check out. Thats the oldest scam in the book. The woman on the cell shoplifts -filling her pockets & purse with merchandise. Then starts an argument with another customer - making it look like whatever happened was the other persons fault. Usually the cell phone babe agitates the other person to a breaking point. Of course the cashier rushes to the cell phone babes defense & during all the chaos she has created neglects to notice all the unpaid items she has stashed in her purse & clothing. Usually the scam artist is female, under 30 and ethic or appears to have problems with the english language. The language problem is just another added feature of the scam to make her look like the victim.

If I could give this visit out here zero stars I would. The Shelves with the on the ink on them where all mist labeled and the worker were no help.

Terrible place to shop/ Only 3 people in the store me, a pig talking on her cell phone while gazing at candy bars. since she wasnt up at the cash out counter I breezed past her only to be told by her I was cutting in front of her. I immediately told her to make up her mind - either get off the cell & stop the candy bar gazing & check out or I was going to stay ahead of her. All hell broke loose basically because the woman couldnt keep her mouth shut and started mumbling obscenities to me. the cashier of course took that candy bar pigs part. I left and have no intention of going back ever. Stores cannot expect people to stand around and wait while some airhead is gabbing on her phone and looking at candy bars.

While I waited for my print job the never called me to say was finished, I watched the only person maning the counter doing stretches and smoking in front of the window. How unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude cashier. Rolled her eyes when we tried to explain that she rang up an extra item and then threw the bag up on the countertop when we said just forget and we will just let ut go.

Went in to get prints done and the lady was hesitant to help me, talked on the phone while helping me and made me feel like an annoyance. I walked out, finding somewhere else for prints.
