The young lady that waited on me was very knowledgeable and honest. Actually talked me out of product I was thinking of purchasing. Very efficient and very helpful. She carried my paint purchase to my car and loaded it for me. That was very thoughtful, since Im not as young as I used to be.

Im painting cabinets and the recommended paint you can get at Home Depot (available online). But you dont get custom color selection and you have to buy it in a kit that comes with crappy brushes and rollers.

Truth be told, I had left the Home Depot because they had an overwhelming selection of paints and no one to help me find what I wanted. I left the store and heading back toward Plain City realized how near the Sherwin Williams store was and stopped in. Glad I did.

I got all the paint for painting my kitchen cabinets at Sherwin Williams in Hilliard. The guy that runs the store, Chris, I really trust and he has good people that work there who are helpful. It was an oil paint that I sprayed on. They matched it perfectly to Rustoleums full gloss antique white. It matched the appliances perfectly and I bought it in quarts and it took about 2 gallons so I went back 3 or 4 times. They had each quart tinted perfectly. Also had a 35% off sale on everything else and I got a great Purdy brush and wire brush and some tape and paint thinner at a great discount. I really love this Sherwin Williams. Excellent customer service, competitive prices, good paint.

I was indecisive about the paint colors that I wanted to pick out but the associate that helped me out was incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to me, ask clarifying questions and help me make perfect selections.

Went in to try to try to get help or suggestions for painting the entire interior of our new home. The only employee there handed us a giant block of paint swatches and didnt seem interested in doing anything further. As we looked at some colors in the store she ordered lunch and then left to go pick it up without a word to us. If you really want Sherwin-Williams paint Im going to recommend the 5th Ave store, where the employees really seam to want to help.
