I got backed into and my car was damaged in the front, caliber was able to fix my car in less than a month and get me back on the road feeling confident in the work done. Some of the parts that were ordered came in damaged and I was made aware new parts were ordered and those parts were not used in my vehicle. Jessica and Nick were who helped me the most they were amazing and so friendly. I will be suggesting this shop for any friends that need their car fixed up. Thanks again!

Excellent work, outstanding customer service! They repaired a wheel on my vehicle as part of an insurance claim, and handled everything flawlessly. It was something of an endeavor on their end to source part that met my insurers requirements, but their communication throughout was prompt and very polite. Every piece of relevant information was provided to me before I had to ask, and there were no gotchas or hidden fees. I will go back to this location specifically if the need arises in my future, very satisfied!

Dealing with having to get your car fixed after a car accident is stressful. Working with this company made it stress-free. Davit was assigned to me was professional friendly estimated how long it would take spot on and kept me informed as the car was being repaired. When I picked up the car and saw the beautiful workmanship I was very pleasantly surprised. It was overall one of the better experiences I’ve had dealing with car repair actually the best.

Came in for a hit and run with damage to the front left side of my car. Most of it they said they would replace with the original stock items. Just the fender bumper and a light, great right? For a fender supposed to be made new because of my insurance it had a bad paint job and little dents. On top of that it took them well over a month to do it meanwhile they’re partner rental car company enterprise charged me over $300 because I went over my allowance from my insurance. So I’m left with a bigger bill and a under bare minimum restoration job on my car.

The rear bumper of my Forester was bashed in. GEICO suggested Caliber. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and the job was completed on Friday. Nick kept me informed every step of the way via text message. Would definitely recommend!

Our Lincoln MKC suv was damaged in a parking lot and brought in for repair . Our insurance recommended them but I did my homework and found them to be very good at their job. I waited for an opening and after a week got our vehicle back in as new condition . Dave is a professional and a good person too !

I actually received a repair over a year ago but wanted to be sure to write a review. This place was quick enough with my repair. I will say they were a little slow when I came to pick things up and they left a lot of residue on my bumper which buffed off but was disappointing to see that the finished product wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Other than that the experience was nice.

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Recommended to anyone and everyone!! Nick goes above and beyond to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. I’ve been having tons of insurance issues, and he helped me much more than they did. Even took it upon himself to fix a tiny little thing unrelated to accident damages. I have had a good experience while it was ABBA Auto Body and a not so good experience as Caliber Collision. The communication was poor and I had to take my car back to get them to vacuum out the glass that was left inside the door. Anyone could hear the glass shake when the door was shut, so I am chalking it up to laziness.

Hands down, best auto body repair shop Ive ever been too. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable about the process. The finished product looks just like new!

My Acura was damaged in the rear and my insurance company used Abra as their recommended local shop. I was hesitant to say the least. I did my homework on Abra and decided to use them. Al Palominos was my service rep and he did an outstanding job. He handled communications with my insurance company, communications with me and parts ordering. Abra found additional damage once they took my car apart and handled that with the insurance company as well. Abra also did all of the coordination for my rental car. The experience was seamless and could not have gone better or easier. The finished product was well above expectations! Several people commented that it looks as if it never happened. The paint matching was perfect. I highly recommend this shop. Finally, the communication and customer service was beyond reproach. 5 STARS+!

Called Allstate after I slid into a curb, took my Ford Focus in for repairs, front right suspension repair, rim and tire replacement, and alignment. Took maybe 2 weeks tops. Quick and courteous. Relatively painless. I would definitely recommend to others. Great job. Great business.

They took weeks to repair 2 blown right tires, and a bent rim. They undercarriage took almost a week just to get parts. Then more time to install, then more time for more parts, instead of inspecting all parts needed from the beginning. It smelled like insurance milking to an old Vet like me. Finally when I finally came to pick up my car, the manager didnt bother to inspect the work or car but handed me the exit paperwork saying have a good day Sir. So I went to my car to see how it looked and found new damage. Rear left tail light busted, and left part of bumper smashed in. So I went and got the manager. We looked at the initial inspection pictures on the computer and saw no damage there when I brought in the car. So another week of delay, before the nightmare was over. I will never use Abra again and will warn all my friends and neighbors never to trust them. US Army Vet Thomas Borbon.

Repaired my truck and charged my insurance 6k. Let me drive off with a broken power steering box and bent frame. The truck was deemed totaled a week later by my insurance. My truck bed was clearly bent in more of a diamond pattern then a rectangle and very shotty paint job. Id rate them a minus 10 if that was possible

I was greeted by a gentleman named B.C. who was friendly and helpful. He discussed the cost of fixing the scratches on my car. He then offered to buff and polish the spot for free to see if I was happy enough with the result to avoid the extra cost and time for repairs. It looked 50x better after, with just the two tiny paint chips missing. It was definitely a kind gesture, one that I will remember when it comes time for future body work. I would recommend this company to friends.

Very professional and fixed my damage expertly. They worked with my insurance claim and it was taken care of without much input from me. The also worked with a tint company to have my windows tinted while in their shops, overall very satisfied!

Initial repairs were awful and not thorough at all. Its like quality control took the day off. Had to go back to have them fix their own repairs. They did however do minor extra work for free which was nice but doesnt make up for the botched repairs and shotty work. I would not recommend this body shop.

I went in to get an estimate for a minor dent in my car. Erik Bustamank assisted me and he was FANTASTIC ! Instead of the $1000.00 + quote I had from other body shops, Erik arranged for John Andrus to removed the dent for me at a far less cost.Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond their job description to make my unhappy accident experience much less painless.I would recommend both Kadels and John Andrus to anyone needing auto repairs :)

This place is terrible! They dont call you back, they dont stand behind their work and they did more damage to my vehicle. They tried to play it off and only until the manager stepped in would they fix it... I would not recommend this place. They may seem friendly, but they will give you the runaround of a life time. They say they use new parts but that also is a lie. My wife and I had an issue with a part that if new would not have happened.

Only looking out for their contracts with insurance companies and not the customer.

Been sent to them 2 times and each time they have been uninformed and both times go with what the insurance company says and doesn’t care about the customer..1 time car got fixed and 4 days after I got it back the bumper came loose and instead of fixing it told the insurance company it was in a new accident and had to be from that..had NO regard for the fact that I would know if I was a new accident witch I wasn’t.2 time was just the insurance company mostly. But I will not recommend them or return!!!!!And NO I do not want to call your customer service to get the run around!!!!!THIS COMPANY IS ON THE INSURANCE SIDE NOT THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!

Come to find out my car was a total loss but they replaced everything on the car for close to $4,000. I am still fighting insurance from the other driver over the car being a total loss but they paid this company to fix the car already. 2 years so far on this battle. So messed up.Once my car was fixed by them they had used the wrong color paint too. Took them close to 5 months to get everything finished and done correctly. Avoid!

When I typically think of auto body shops my stomach does a flip flop. Not anymore! My insurance company, Safeco (great company by the way), uses Abra as a preferred shop. Abra Hillsboro has convinced me there is an exception to every rule. I got rear ended in a nearly new Jeep 9 days ago. My fear was that it would be a long time before I was back in my car. I am pleased to say I am already back in my own car today .All of the staff at Abra were superb. Alfredo was great, he assured me that they could get the repairs done in a timely manner. I had barely left the shop when I started receiving texts with updates. By the afternoon of the first day, I had photos showing the damage and an update. Because Abra was a preferred Safeco shop, no estimate pre-approval was needed. Along the way I received great status updates and when Alfredo went on vacation, Michelle stepped in without missing a beat. The shop is clean, obviously well run and all the employees are friendly, professional and helpful.No offense, I hope I dont have to come back in the near future, but if I ever need body work done in the future, this is now my go to location.Well done! Thanks for the superb service.

I went here as a preferred progressive shop only because I was in a hurry to get my car fixed. I should of done more research and found a different shop. The progressive agent that works out of this shop was very unprofessional. He ordered aftermarket parts to fix my car to save the company some money (he actually told me that) the parts ended up not fitting adding 2 days to the repair time while they ordered factory Toyota parts. The shop never updated me when I asked then to on the status. And the quality of the work down was subpar. They also scratched my door. Ill never get my car fixed here again.

Decent job but very poor customer service. Picked up the car after repairs and it was dirtier than when it was dropped off, the clock was not reset and one of the guys CDs was still in my stereo! Needless to say I kept the CD.

Long review incoming.TL;DR: Mixed results with paint, excellent customer service. Addressed my complaints by fixing them without hesitation.I took my 2017 CX-5 in for some repairs and my insurance companies recommendation. Repairs spanned the cosmetic gamut: Removing dents, replacing panels, refinishing (repainting) multiple panels replacing and realigning a headlight.Abra answered all my questions about the repair, and made sure I was kept in the loop about the status of my car with an update every other day or so.My car took a little longer than was originally expected, but they let me know that in advance so that was fine. Everything looked good. Dropped my rental keys with them and then I was on my way.Given our great Oregon weather it was raining and overcast. Over the weekend the sun came out and I noticed there was some bleaching effect on some of my plastic trim, and some paint holograms/scratches left in the refinished areas. They also had Bag disease on the rear of the car. As well as pinholes in the paint.I raised these problems to Erik who urged me to bring it back so they could rectify them. Put me in a rental and I waited. The story sort of repeats itself from here. I pick up my car, there were problems, I bring it back. At this point I realized the refinished paint was actually the wrong color too. Pretty close, but definitely more purple.I started to get pretty discouraged by all this and ended up letting Abra know I did not think they were capable of bringing my car back to factory conditions. Brian Cordua -- the manager at this location -- contacted me at this point to take over.BC didnt want to give me a timeline on a fix for the laundry list of complaints I had, understandably so. He assured me he would see the car through from start to finish to make sure the problems were fixed.It took a few weeks, again for parts and repainting, but the result is much better. Matching paint, huge reduction in number of pinholes (cant expect factory perfection) etc.The only remaining concern are the holograms in my paint. In a dark colored car like this I would expect the paint shop to take a bit more care in how they handle the clearcoat. As such, if I get it corrected at a detailer, BC has graciously offered to cover the cost. I dont know if I will take him up on it.I think that Abra has some work to do with their paint shop. There are small imperfections still, and an increase in holograms and swirls since the first time I brought I got it back. If I were rating this on pure results I think they deserve a lower rating than 4/5. The reason I am rating it higher is because of the lengths the management and staff are willing to go through to get it right.Mistakes will always be made, but their willingness to continuously improve is what makes this location worth going to.

I had my Merc hood repaired after someone backed into me ( so I didnt pay the $900 bill ) but they excelled on the repair job - can't tell the repair was done. I found the service agent Alfredo exceeded expectations - very responsive and helpful. Fabulous job ultimately. Can't say they are the most inexpensive option if you are shelling out of pocket, but I would include them in my list for estimates in the future, simply because of the results.

This is a great place to go when your car needs repairs no matter how small. Ray was exceptionally helpful with our car needs today. Sent my Fiancee to fix our mirror and was greeted with a professional attitude along with great customer service. Was in and out in a very reasonable time. We had a bad experience with this body shop, after getting rear-ended, they replace our bumper, but two days later one of the edges stood out of the body line, something that looks minor but annoying. When we took the car back to the shop, we didnt get a positive response. This was a very disappointing experience I hope you guys wont have enough to go through as well.
