We drove from Vancouver to check out a vehicle that had been listed through the Carfax website. We met with Christian C. at the door upon our arrival. He had the vehicle that was for sale parked in the front lot for us to inspect. While we were looking the vehicle over, Christian went back inside the office and returned with a printout of the Carfax. When we indicated our interest, he offered a test drive. During the test drive, Christian was very helpful in answering all our questions and made us feel at ease. It was a pleasure meeting him. After we returned to the office, Christian had our trade in appraised. As the purchase process continued, we met Patrick A. (either the sales of finance manager). He provided us with a very fair trade in offer. While he did offer other add-ons, he did not pressure us to buy something that we did not want.This is the first time we have bought a vehicle form Royal Moore. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience. Unlike several dealerships we have dealt with before, we left feeling very good about our purchase. We never felt overwhelmed or pressured during the entire process, We appreciate the time and effort that Christian and Patrick took to make us feel welcome and for for insuring we were happy with our purchase.

Had a great experience with Sam as I was looking for an Acadia at the Royal Moore GMC Dealership. He went the extra mile to find me a great car as they were disappearing left and right. Unfortunately, another sales person sold the car online as I was waiting for it to clear inspection and become available for a test drive, before I purchased it. The floor manager (not sure of his actual title) was going to text me as soon as it become available after the required inspection - he said some time in the afternoon. As I was waiting for the text, I stopped by again later in the morning to see if it cleared inspection only to have the same manager tell me, oh it sold online, its no longer available. That was very frustrating. I am posting this 5 star rating for Sam. Please look him up at the Royal Moore GMC Buick dealership. He provided excellent service and deserved the sale today.

I was lied to and duped by the staff and particularly the manager and especially the finance manger. Salem men would not show me any vehicles because of a light drizzle. They are not trust worthy . I wrote a review before but they took it down. After I wrote theReview about my experience the manager from Royal Moore Buick sold me my car. I gave trust in what they promised and the manager called me and said they would not be held hostage from reviews …. Whatever that means. He kept talking over me and raising his voice on the phone. He told me to come back an they would sell me something new! OfCourse they would love to put meIn more debt. I will never go her again .

I typically consider buying a new car an adversarial situation. In all seriousness, I found my buying experience refreshingly unconfrontational. I believe I got the best price possible on a new 2021 Outback. Everyone I dealt with was respectful and, while working for the best interest of Royal Moore, willing to negotiate to the point that I was satisfied with the bottom line. Props to Johnny and Derek for being easy to work with. Really, if youre thinking about a new Subaru, check out Royal Moore. Better deal (at least for me) than that No Bull dealership.

I had a good and bad experience with this dealership. First, I inquired about a 2018 Toyota Prius Prime with them. I dont have the best credit in the world but with my partner as a co-signer we got approved with a pretty good rate. Taylor is a great sales person and she was awesome to work with and a great people person. Ronnie was pretty cool too.Where things went wrong was a week or so later after we had taken the car home. We received a letter in the mail from the finance company saying we were not approved for financing, that they had sent a counter offer to the dealer, which they declined. Well, this is a problem. Now we have a car and no creditor to pay for it. Back to the dealer we go to sign papers again, and the cool thing was they gave us another tank of gas. They sent us on their way.More weeks went by and the first payment due date is approaching. Another letter from the finance company saying we werent approved. Back to the dealership for a third time!I was offered an extended service plan for a little over $4,000 which I had declined the first time, but on the second set of papers that we signed we saw that the service plan and some VIN etching had been added to the paperwork. Im glad I caught this because the THIRD time I went back to the dealership, I told them to remove both of them, which they agreed to. I re-signed again, got another thank of gas, and got an even better monthly payment without the VIN etching and service plan.Im very happy with the car I purchased. When you go to buy a car, even if you decline something, read what you are signing VERY carefully. I never felt like they were swindling me but the issues of having to go back many times was somewhat frustrating as they are in Hillsboro and I live in Tigard.

Milei (sounds like Millie) knocked it out of the park with her exceptional quality service!! I hunted mostly low for a blue Prius Prime Limited, but I live in WA state where the plug in models are not available at all. After speaking with numerous dealers in Oregon I was ready to stick with my ride and wait. They were selling while i was negotiating and one even told me they weren’t doing “remote sales” right now. I got an offer on my trade in that was both acceptable and honored when I arrived. I was concerned about making the drive and having the car sell before I arrived, but was given the option to place a deposit to lock down the vehicle. She was super quick to answer any questions I had, address any concerns I had, and even took time to sit in the car with me and walk me through some of the features. This was the best dealership experience I have ever had and I would definitely recommend a day trip to Royal Moore Toyota for positive car purchase!! If you’re looking for a Toyota, call over and talk to Milei. She will jump through hoops to get you what you’re looking for!!

Spoke with an agent about a specific car. Gave all the info & vin # about the car.. I then drove from Portland to Hillsboro only to be told the car doesn’t exist.. the sales agent didn’t double check the vin, only assumed it was there.. poor attention to details here, I was offered a different car but they wouldn’t change the price even tho it’s a same type of car. Did not leave there happy.

He was very friendly, helpful, and when it came to explaining the vehicle issues they found as well as the costs associated with them. Car was still available & it went down hill from there the E350 4matic Mercedes was in service & they blew the motor but to oil filter not put on right. I purchased an SUV recently through Royal Moore after finding it advertised online. I live in Colorado, but the folks at Royal Moore made the buying process easy. I worked with Andres (salesman) and Lee (finance)--they both were honest and down to earth guys. We arranged financing remotely, and a few days later I flew into Portland. We did the paperwork that day and I drove the car off the lot. It performed flawlessly on the 1200 mile trip back to Denver. A few days later I took it to our mechanic for an oil change. He said it was beautiful and I had found a really great deal. I had reservations about purchasing a car online and working with a dealership a thousand miles away, but it turned out to be a great experience. Two months later, I can confidently say that whether you live a thousand miles away or just across town in Portland, youll find a great deal and wonderful folks to work with at Royal Moore.

Greedy people who care only about making money, change prices often, most of the time up, dont care about their customers only profits, would rather leave there cars on the lot for over 120 days! In that time raising the price of the car I was looking at by almost $2000. Because prices fluctuate! Baist on Kelly blue book, they dont tell you much about their cars, for instance the one I looked at was a rental vehicle and was missing the tire and jack. Do your self a favor steer clear of these theives unless you want to get fleeced.

The sales lady was nice. But thats about it. It took 45 minutes for them to find the car that I came to look at. I test drove the car. I asked them about the price and they said that they would not come down. The car was not perfect it has scratches and dings, it was a used car. The key was broken. They would not even come down $500 off the price. They acted like they were going to lose money if they did. I called first before I drove an hour and a half to come see the car. The sales guy on the phone told me, that if I show up they can probably talk price because it shows that Im interested in the car. So I just wasted 4 hours of my time. They could have sold a car if they would have came down $500. I wasnt even going to finance through them. Im already approved through my bank and all they would do is cut a check. Oh well.

Came to get my vehicle serviced because the check engine light was on. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was always kept in the loop as far as where my vehicle was at in the process. I had to come back for another appointment because they had to order the part. On my return visit I was told it would take longer than it did. Its great because I would much rather them over estimate then under.

I was only going to leave a 4 star rating simply because of the amount of time it took, but when I look back on it with them being short staffed and the whole Covid thing, I really dont see how it could have gone any faster. Therefore I changed it to a 5 star.I bought my car on Sunday and worked with a salesman named Ryker. This kid was awesome! Hes young, laid back, soft spoken & not pushy at all. The complete opposite to what I was expecting. While we were looking & going for a test drive, he did little talking & let me ask all the questions. What he didnt know, he didnt try to BS me, he went and found out the answer for me. Hard to find these days. Anyway, if your headed to Royal Moore to look at a rig, give Ryker a shot. Date Car Purchased: Nov 2019We were so happy with the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by Bob Porter at Royal Moore Toyota, that when it came time for us to trade in our 17 year old 2002 Chrysler T&C, we particularly specified that we wanted to work with Mr. Bob Porter. Again, we had pre-selected 3 cars to test drive. Bob found 2 of them which we test drove, but couldnt find the 3rd one. While my wife & I were discussing which of the 2 to make an offer on, Bob disappeared for a good 30 minutes and then returned with the 3rd car !!! In the end we test drove the 3rd car and made an offer and closed on car#3. But for Bobs persistence, we would have had to choose between the 1st 2 cars we drove and having forever thought about the one we did not get to test drive. Thats a great example of going the extra mile to meet the customers need. Royal Moore dealership is great. The manager there plays fair, the cars are very fairly priced, and the dealership is clean, neat & efficient. So if youre looking to buy a car, go to Royal Moore & ask for Mr. Bob Porter to help you & you will be guranteed to be a happy customer. Thank you Bob & Royal Moore Auto Center !!

I would never ever go back to this dealership and I hope that anyone reading this review seriously reconsiders and runs the opposite direction of this place. Not only was I treated really bad, insulted, yelled at, called names, bullied, presented with misrepresentation of a legal document, high pressure to sign a document I didn’t have to sign and didn’t feel comfortable with, zero customer service, and the list goes on. I have a feeling this organization will be under investigation by the Better Business Bureau.

Car purchase went smoothly, like most any dealer selling you a car! The service then dropped off after we had already made the purchase. During the sale, we were talked into getting an extended warranty that was no hassle, and could be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days. Spent 2 weeks calling and emailing trying to get the warranty cancelled, however no one responded back. Avoid this place if possible, they are still an old school Haggle type of dealer, of if you cant then opt to avoid any extras they try to sell you even though they say you can cancel any time.

I had a terrible experience at Royal Moore. I went to view a car and test drove it. They went over financials (even though I was already pre-approved for a loan through my credit union) and they literally had us sitting there over 2 hours waiting to hear about payment options. After so much time sitting there we decided to leave and have them call if they figured things out. I didnt hear back so I called the next day to check in, a few hours later I made contact and heard someone else just signed on the car and were purchasing it (at this point I was not sold on the car so I wasnt upset). However, the very next day that same car shows up with a new listing for $500 more, LOL! Shady business practices. The salesman, Christian who helped me was friendly, I do not have hard feelings for him since hes just trying to do his job. But we met the sales manager and did not get a good first impression from him, he had more of the shady salesperson persona. Upon reading through their reviews on different websites it looks like I was right about him. I would not recommend Royal Moore.

Good honest people. Met Daniel the sales Manager and Jim a salesman who took me around the car lots.Got immediate quotes and Daniel showed me the comparison of their new car pricing to used pricing. New is a no brainer due to all the manufacturer givebacks. My wife ended up purchasing from another dealership but Daniel ....and Jim reviewed the deal confirming she got a fair shake. I am so impressed with Daniel and Jim I wil be purchasing our next Subaru from them in a few months

We were in on 4/12/19 to look at a 2013 Nissan Sentra for our daughter everything went fine until 4/13/19 when they sold the car to someone else when our deal was still going. Be careful buying from Royal Moore.

We were looking at a high end Sienna and spent over 45 minutes in the showroom. Not one salesman approach us or even greeted us. There were 4-5 sales men around us and not one made eye contact or even asked if we need help. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. If I could give zero stars I would, there reply is automatically generated and is not a true reply.We went to Beaverton Toyota and purchased a 2018 Limited Premium Sienna.
