Always get what I need. i may not have the money to buy what i really want and they offer good will do for now small project items. i do love the air tools. NEVER had an issue with a single one of them. all work fantastic and Ive never had to take one back.

Went in to just browse. They had a sale on something I wanted, but none on the shelf. The young lady I talked to went and looked in the back (she knew exactly what she was looking for) and unfortunately they didnt have any more. But she was more than happy to help even after a demanding customer before me.

It’s harbor freight h they don’t have everything but they do have a lot and cheap as china can make it. To be honest if you need a one time use tool this is the place to go. The staff is helpful and checkout is quick enough.

Harbor Freight Tools is THE place to just walk around and find tools you didn’t even knew that you needed :-). The prices are great for the expected quality. The place is clean, the people who work there are super friendly and they have all the right precautions for COVID.

Went around 4:00 pm and the store was rather empty, which was rather nice. I could go in, get what I needed and get out. They always have fast service anyway. The store layout is changing for the better. Better sightlines make it seem larger and brighter.

Great selection of low priced hardware. Decent products, too. The LED lights are trash. Just got a 750 watt power inverter for $30! (Clearance item.)

I just called this location and the lady who answered the phone was very very rude!!! She answered “harbor freight” which i thought was pretty informal being that I’ve worked in customer service all my life. But i didn’t let that get to me, so i replied “hello how are you today” and this lady had the nerve to reply with “I’m busy, what do you need!” At that point i looked at my phone and said “have a great day” and disconnected the call. I understand that it can get “busy” at work, especially working in a store or anyplace that you have to deal with the public. But you being a professional should know how to handle situations like that. She has left a terrible impression and i will now never go to that store and will tell everyone how rude she was as well…

Had to buy oscillating multi tool for a diy project. Had some questions and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding the best fit for me. They didnt try to upsell to most expensive model. Just what was best for the way, and how often, I need tools.

Harbor Freight is a great place for contractor or DIYer on a budget. I have all dewalt tools yet will still visit and get things like breaker bars for a fraction of the price. These tools aren’t the best but you get more out of them than black and decker and are within the same price.I’ve used their tile saw and didn’t have any issues other than a small bump at the end of the slide that caused minor issues with cutting straight lines.

Great place for discount tools. We all know that. Be choosy though, some things are too cheap.

Great prices, not all tools are great quality but for the average consumer most will work. Still, dont just buy cheap, sometimes spend the money and get something that will last and work better. Harbor freight has new lines of tools coming in all the time and the quality is excellent but they are more on the pricey side but you wont care as it shows when you use them.

I went here for caution tape, which an employee had to help me find. The prices here cant be beat, but the customer service is really lacking, as it took me several minutes to fin anyone who could help me. On top of it all, I realized after I left that I had been charged double on my most recent purchase. Frustrating!

I went to HF today to buy a couple amazing deals. I missed the fine print on the coupons stating you needed to buy $50 worth of stuff before the coupon price was honored. I ended up making a trip for nothing. 😟

Discount pricing does not mean you should expect low service quality. Everyone there helped and provided a positive experience.

Nit a bad place for tools!

They have items displayed that are not available and you will only find this out after you wait in line and have them check it. Will not order for you in-store, wont sell you the model item either. They cannot tell you when they will get a new expected shipment. Their excuse is they are a Mom and Pop joint. My suggestion is to maybe put a sold out sign or backorder note on items so customers dont waste their time.

I want to go back in and buy a few repeats (gifts) of the awesome 588 lumen, 538 foot range flashlight they had on special for $10.00. The coupon says I can have up to four of them at the great price. I made a stop sign reflect from so far away I did not think that was possible for so inexpensively.

I love Harbor Freight. They cater to those of us who arent necessarily pros and we just need a tool that well use several times over a few years. Sure, some of the tool quality is bad, but most of the time I can find something that will work without costing an arm and a leg. Recently, they have also started carrying more premium items, some of which are actually quite good. The thing that annoys me about this store in particular is that they put me on hold for a half hour before I finally hung up. So YMMV if you call. Best to just go in if you can.

Whats not to love when you can purchase good quality electric power tools as well as Ion battery rechargeable power tools. Sale prices AND discounts are reasonable and often.

When you need a tool, a tarp, or gloves this place is wonderful to shop. They carry quality products but comparable to dewalt and other top name brand products. Low on cash

Most tool items either out of stock, or was told was being discontinued. Made trip in from coast, only to find every special of vise, sanding material, chucks, lathe items, driver etc were gone. Most are being discontinued I am told.

Stopped in to ask a question- sales supervisor was at the front door and I approached him. He said “You can see me in a second”. He wasn’t doing anything but waiting for another man to bring a truck up to load something. Just stood by him while he gazed out the window. He wouldn’t look at me or talk to me. Awkward. Finally, I walked away and left after a couple minutes of just standing with him. Won’t shop here. Creepy!!!

They always have good deals. I like that they have cheap tools. I tend to be rough on them and misuse them. For this I dont like to buy expensive tools.That is not to say they are bad quality. They are decent quality and excellent quality for the price.I really love the free coupons they have, you can never have tool many flashlights, tape measures or screws drivers. And the 20% off coupon, I get them in the mail, magazines ads, newspapers and they are emailed to me.I never go without one. I sometimes will hold off on buying something till tomorrow, just so I can use another coupon.Sometimes the 20% off coupon wont work because the item you are buying is excluding. But using they have a coupon just for that item, and it is better then 20%offYou really cant go wrong here.

Cheap and semi-reliable tools, flashlights for 50€ents, I thought wonderland nickel arcade was the only place to get a flashlight for less then 70€ents. Good to know!!!

Good place to find almost any inexpensive tools to get most jobs done with no problems. Its definitely a you get what you pay for type of place but if you only need something for one job its the perfect place to go.

Love the place. They have so much stuff. Not super high quality, but often I need something and it doesnt have to be the best. It just has to get the job done. They have many items at reasonable prices. My next generator will be from there.

Manager seems helpful if you can reach him but the old guy that works there is useless. Never wants to help answer any questions. Wont even go look for the manager just says hes not available asks to take your number then never calls back. Pure laziness

Love this store. Fun to browse. Great prices. Be aware that some of the tools are cheaply made, which is how the prices are so low. But if youre only going to use it a few times, it can be worth the trade-off.

I know you get what you pay for, but I still feel like a kid running around the store and seeing what I couldnt live without because it seemed like everything was on sale.

Normally I walk in the store and they have what is in the ads, but this time I didnt think about calling before I drove 45 minutes to get a 6×8 greenhouse, they dont have and it looks like none available on west coast.

Only thing I needed today was zip ties but they are easy to find and a good price

OK merchandise but I truly dislike the way the staff always demands your personal contact information. I refuse to give mine. On one visit THREE staff members ganged up to obtain my information. I refused. It really soured my opinion of Harbor Freight.

Clean and considerably less busy than most I have been to.

The first thing I noticed upon entering Harbor Freight Tools is the oppressive, pervasive smell of off-gassing plastic. Its just fine for a quick visit, I hope, but I cant imagine what its like working here, day after day, month after month, ...For me, personally, tools are things to be bought only when needed and then cherished and taken care of for a long, long time. If you dont need it, borrow it.Everything at which I looked was of such poor quality and materials that Id be wary to use them in the first place, and nothing seemed like itd last for very long. Its almost as though the entire store is dedicated to planned obsolescence and disposable tools.I was hoping to find well-sourced, interesting things at an inexpensive price, but what I found was a deeply depressing selection of tool-like garbage that soon will be befouling the landfill. Ugh.
