Great knowledge and staff in all of their stores are great. I have a hard time going anywhere else if I have too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been going here regularly for a long time. Huge inventory of products that suit my needs and those of almost anyone who vapes. Prices are a tad high but they make up for it by sending me frequent 20-30% off rewards.

Im conflicted about this little vape shop.The staff have always been extremely polite and willing to help. On the other hand, there have been issues with inconvenient outcomes...First of all, I would not recommend buying mods or really any other hardware from them (unless youre in desperate need) as their prices are about twice as much as what you can find online, and the only ones they seem to have available are the floor models. Their attention to detail and QA isnt the best either. Yesterday, I went in and bought a pack of coils (desperate need situation), and when I got home and opened said coils, one was missing already. Not happy about that.All-in-all, if you dont mind paying more for your vape products, the customer service is great. Selection is decent, and theyre always having sales on liquid (still about 30% – 50% higher cost than pricing you can find online). However, if you want a great customer service experience, this is a good place to get it.

Just drove here apparently for no reason. Supposed to be open from 11am to 7pm for their temporary hours but decided they didnt want to today.

Asked for a pure menthol flavor and I got home to taste it to find its spearment. Tasted like 5 hour old piece of gum.Also the day after I entered my phone number for their rewards Ive gotten 15+ spam calls some at the exact same time. Im angry.Dont give them your number.
