They recommended the 3 Way for my raised beds. Large, rock like chunks that are impossible to break apart. Just don’t! Waste of my money and time.

The staff here was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The proof of the pudding will be in how our delivery goes, but that should be fine. The only negative is their parking lot, which is also used by their trucks, their front-end loader and customers pickups picking up loads--a little too busy!

We ordered 3.5 yard red fir bark. It looked smaller quantity then what we get every year from s and h. When we started filling wheelbarrow, it filled about 15 loads. ( 8 loads will usually mean 1yard).We called the store and told them our suspicion and asked them to do the right thing. The person said their son loaded the truck and it is 3.5 yard exact. Expected little honesty but disappointed in receiving less material.

I just purchased my second order of 20 cubic yards of cedar bark chips in the past couple of months today. I have also used American Landscape Supply for many years. They are always prompt in delivering the material and more friendly than other local landscape supply places. Today, Oliver was able to deliver my bark chips exactly where I needed them which saved me a lot of time and energy in having to wheelbarrow them across my yard. It is always a pleasure to purchase material from A.L.S.!

I am currently giving my front yard an entire facelift and have needed a lot of rocks of all different sizes. The folks at American Landscape Supply are by far the most friendliest you will work with. My experience there has been fantastic! Not only are their customer service top notch, their prices are also very reasonable. I will continue to go to them to finish my project and for other landscape supply needs in the future.

I have been going to this place for 10 years and everytime I leave the place I am very happy and always excited to go back and make my yard look that much better. There prices are affordable and being a single mom of 3 and pinching by every dollar counts to me. The customer service inside and outside is beyond welcoming and nice feeling instead of just walking in like you are some regular customer ready to take your money. There stuff is very good quality and very nice and there quick and helpful. I will go out of my way to go to these guys, to those of you who had bad experiences it sounds like your complaining about someone not liking you.. not their prices, efficiency or products.Yeah it can suck when you feel underappreciated but we all have our days...More often than not these guys are polite, joke a round a bit and happy to see a customer walk in the door. so take your one-time lack of politeness with a grain of salt... I mean have you ever worked customer service? If you have you know there will always be a time that patience runs short.

No longer the company they once were. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!For 15 years I have been buying from and sending people to American Landscape Supply for soil. You will never hear me recommend them again. Their product has changed over the years along with their service and today they flat out told me they do not care about customers like myself who have been supporting them for years! So I am taking my business else where. I do not understand companies that dont reward loyalty and customer who bring them more business. I have spent at least $6000 there and probably more, but oh well...

They had some really nice boulders and I needed 6. I was the only person there, the father in-law was about to load my truck up when their buddy came in for bark. He told me he decided he couldnt sell them to me because he was too busy and loaded up their buddy with bark. So I left. Then I came back a different day to purchase 10-12 boulders - I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE AGAIN - The owner Jim, told me he wasnt selling me the boulders because he didnt feel like loading them and told me to go somewhere else... ??? Huh? My customer already went there and took pictures of the ones they liked. This is the fourth or fifth time they has been rude to me and my employees.

Theyve got the lowest prices that Ive found and were very fast. I was there for less than five minutes to get a yard of gravel.
