I came in to look at a used car from inventory. When I arrived I found that the car I was interested in had been pulled to the front of the lot. I was able to take a look on my own, no one hovering the instant I got out of my car was nice. After a few minutes the salesman came out to answer questions but again, no pushy behavior. Sam was very professional through the process with a genuine concern for transparency regarding the vehicle history. I didnt need to ask about Carfax, it was given and any questions regarding mechanical concerns were easily answered.I would recommend this dealership. The staff are respectful, not pushy, knowledgeable and you wont end up in an uncomfortable sales pitch.

I had a great experience replacing my car at Royal Moore. Sam was one of the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with... it almost seems like an insult to label him car salesman 😂 He was interested in understanding what I was looking for and did not try pushing me into whatever needed to be sold. I was also impressed with the financing department, which was so much quicker than the glacial pace I suffered through during my last purchase. In the end, I drove away with a quality used car at terms I am very happy with.

Purchased our CX-3 from Royal Moore in 2019. Recently, we stopped by to see about trading in our CX-3 for a CX-5. While providing our info to the salesperson, she let us know that my husbands info was entered into the system as Peewee. How unprofessional to mention that! I would have kept that to myself if it were me. Then, after waiting quite a while for them to get the KBB value on our vehicle, they finally brought us the numbers. They valued our vehicle thousands of dollars less than the KBB value. Upon leaving I asked for our KBB report. Once the sales manager saw I had the actual trade in value in my hands only then did he bump up the value of our trade in. Shady! By then, it was too late, they had lost our trust completely. So happy to have gotten our CX-5 elsewhere! I have now been trying to get in touch with someone to assist with a question re a refund we are due for the GAP coverage to no avail. I would not purchase from this dealership.

I personally would not come back to this dealership. It was good customer service while looking at the car. I decided to purchase the vehicle. It has took 5 days to get my car delivered. The dealership and detail shop have poor communication about timeframes. This has just been a very poor experience. I was not offered any apology for the delay. I had to ask for some sort of compensation. I understand the pandemic has caused delays and so forth. But the lack of communication has been so off putting I don’t even want to do an oil change here.

He let me know when my car (dream color and everything) was available. When I got here (an hour late and after 3 reschedules, which were out of my control unfortunately) he had my cars ready and had all the info I needed! So easy to work it and so wonderful. Be prepared to wait if you are scheduling service. This is the second time I have made an appointment and my time has been disregarded because I am told it will take one hour and it has taken 3 hours each time. The reason they give is they are not fully staffed. It costs nothing to prepare the customer about an actual wait time. I would have left a second positive review, had they be upfront, or at the hour mark, let me know it would take longer. Once you are seated, they are uncommunative unless you seek them out. I truly am very disappointed.
