Sonya was very helpful at the Hillsboro location. She made the process easy to understand and helped me be able to have a payment plan so I could walk out the door with everything I needed. Excited to be walking long periods without pain and the lifetime warranty on the inserts is amazing and definitely helps overcome the cost.

I have used Good feet arch supports for many years after experiencing planter fasciitis due to walking in heels on concrete for so many years. I would highly recommend them and have all three of the supports for flats boots and tennis shoes

Very disappointed in The Good Feet Store. Price is outrageous!! They are there to sale not to evaluate your problem. The sale clerk was very nice and personable but never was the price discussed until she rang up the order. I do take full responsibility though for not asking but I never dreamed that my purchase would be $1369.00!!!! I was in total shock and just handed her my credit card. I was frozen in place. Of course they have a No Return policy!!I am a senior citizen on a fixed income so this amount of money is outrageous for plastic inserts. I will never return and will not recommend the store to anyone without telling them how much they charge!! It has been over a month since my purchase and I still cant believe that I spent this money without thinking it over. Do I wear the inserts...yes. Do I like the inserts...not really. They are not doing the job I was lead to believe they would do!

It was a positive, inviting, and relaxing store. They had great customer service, and I felt like I could relax and have fun while I was there. The only thing that I wasnt happy about was that the pricing for 2 inputs was almost $1,000 which for me is a lot. I only work part time and Im in collage. Wish it was more affordable.

Nice lady in her 30,s -forgot her name. It just felt like a sales place. Nothing special. Some good info but I’m pretty knowledgeable myself. Just trying different options for comfort. Also they don’t offer many styles if you have smaller wide feet. Just had one shoe in my size which works out since it’s for work, don’t care what it looks like for work.

Showed up for scheduled appointment. One worker there, helping someone else. He said the other worker would be back in 15 minutes. I finally gave up a little over half an hour after the appointment.Edit to add:They called me almost 2 hours later and were very apologetic. I have another appointment set up, we will see how it goes.Edited again:Went back, and they were amazing. Didnt try to hard sell me anything, tried very much to make things right. Very nice.

The Good Feet Consult:The free consult is scheduled for half an hour but takes about an hour. They fit you initially by having you step on a pressure pad that shows where your foot puts pressure when walking. They then measure your feet (size, width, arch) and provide you with three levels of arch support based on this. One is to be worn for short periods of time to strengthen/ correct the feet in your muscles. The second is to be worn most of the day that provides a lighter version of the first. Third pair is to be worn in the mornings and evenings as an even lighter support version. You also get three soft insoles to place over the arch supports. The total cost of the standard system (3 arch supports + flat insole covers) I was quoted was $1200.Sonya, my consultant:Sonya was knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I just want to say that I appreciate her taking the time to do my consult. This year has been stressful with covid, I cant imagine that its easy to have to come to work everyday and interact with people during a pandemic. Especially a job that requires you to be happy and personable when most are dealing with a lot of stress. Selling a product that is $1200 I cant imagine is easy either. Rep at store could not answer general questions I had based on the information she provided. She became frustrated with me and was passively rude showing her frustration (deep breathes, eye rolling). Felt like it was a sales pitch & she didnt know more than her rehearsed lines so I walked out. Never to return again! Decided to see a real specialist instead.

Stopped by the Good Feet Store to get some prices. Will get with my insurance and see if these are covered. A little pricey for the entire set.

I walked into this location looking for a pair of off the rack inserts, I’d never been in before, but they happened to have time for a consult. I had a fantastic experience, Raul spent over an hour talking with me, joking, and telling me about the different insert options they provided and how they work. It’s not cheap, but my feet feel fantastic and I could tell the difference by the time I left the store.

Semi-returning customer, as my spouse is/was a customer for about a year before I went in.The entire store was configured for COVID safety concerns and was quite clean and neat. Plexiglas shields and facemasks, as expected, but also hand sanitizer and distance requirements marked out.Crystal was amazing - she walked me through the entire concept/process - not really needed as Id been here before, but she adapted her style when I mentioned that to just hit the salient points.Overall, a great experience - 10/10 would repeat as needed.

I walked into the good feet store limping because my flat feet had caused such a severe sharp pain in my shin bone, ankles, and calves. The insoles I got caused immediate relief of the sharp pain and i was able to walk out of the store upright. I also came in only being able to spend $400 and the insole set was $1200 which i wouldnt be able to afford but the good feet store signed me up for care credit and I was able to get all 3 insoles I needed on the spot with no appointment. I wish I could give 10/5 stars because Ive been suffering with my flat feet for 5 years now.

I previously posted a positive review, but Im not happy with my purchase. The orthotics hurt my feet so bad they would ache for hours. I followed the instructions to get used to them and it never happened. I gave up and feel like I wasted a lot of money on something that didnt help my foot issues at all.

Easy to get fitted. Full experience with foot care. My arch supports will last a lifetime. Greg marcy conceived me with the prints of my feet! Took a few minutes to get the right shoes, but overall Im set for good. My feet thank me!

Always very helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped my Sons flat feet and he now hows some arches. The thing I dont like is they keep raising the price of the cushions that go over the arch supports. We have spent hundreds of dollars buying them for my sons shoes. He plays sports and goes through them faster than average. They are up to $32/ for one pair.

Went to the Tanasbourne store a few years ago. Spent 1200 on inserts, 140 on shoes and a few hundred on a three year change out warranty, yes the sales people appear to have been train on a used car lot. The right shoe wore funny on the inside. I took those back and they said it should not happen and they gave me a new pair. The same thing happened again and I took them back and they told me my right foot was smaller so that was on me!! Im 56 and never had this happen in my life! Then three months in after many calls and being told to keep wearing them to break them in, I went in and said I wanted my money back because after three months my feet hurt more than they have in years and I was told there was no return, I just needed a different size. After two weeks with the different size ( I presume my change out warranty covered this) I still had sore feet and went back where I was treated like a leech. I never went back to be treated like that again and I suggest all of you stay away. There is no way these products are worth this much, their profit is paying for these 30 minute commercials and I have found their shoes for half as much elsewhere. Fix you feet with a medical professional.

My dad tried it on in the store and you could visibly see his gait become more upright. It’s been a few days while wearing the insoles and he says that his feet and legs feel much stronger. I’m glad we made the decision to purchase at The Good Feet. Raul was very patient and very knowledgeable. He was very professional and made us at ease with conversation.

My first visit to the Good Feet store was a pleasant one- helpful to have appointment do I had full support of their staff! 1week later and I am very pleased with results so far- feet aren’t killing me! Only wish would be for more literature or online support when I comes to finding shoes/slippers/sandal style to fit the third set of inserts for relaxing at home - I normally go barefoot, and knowing this is no longer recommended, I became frustrated trying to find any suggestions on the website for relaxation shoes that could hold the inserts.

I signed up online for what was supposed to be a 20 minute consult. It took an hour. The “system” I was introduced to and fitted for certainly seemed promising but as it took longer than expected I started to wonder if it might be a little more expensive than I anticipated. When I was shown the cost I nearly choked. $1272I make a little over that a month.After a lot of pressure from the salesperson I told her that under no circumstances would I go into debt for shoe inserts and only then was I told about a much less expensive option. By then I had already spent 40 more minutes than I planned and was so disgusted by their tactics that I just left. I will never go back.

These are awful, what a huge ripoff

The staff here is very nice and helpful its unfortunate that the business itself is not so good in my opinion. The inserts are overpriced and you cannot return everything you buy and get your money back, unless you purchase a certain plan which is way out of most peoples price range. Thankfully I was able to get an in store credit and bought a nice pair of shoes. A note of advice from my podiatrist, dont buy an insert that a company wont let you return.

The GOOD FEET Experience was quite pleasant & Crystal was a wonderful associate to work with during my visit. The total cost was more than I expected, for sure, but justifiable. We will see how my treatment goes & I reserve the right to modify my rating at a future time.

When I bought the arches they were 300$ a set. I bought 3. The guy told me they were warrantied for life as long as you didnt loose them thats not true. There are is a lot that are way cheaper

I was at the store because I had provided transportation for my daughter who was interested in the product. However, since I was there and had time I too went through the fitting process. Well while both my daughter and I will be purchasing the products soon we both agreed that my wife needs them immediately. Subsequently I am planning to bring my wife in this weekend for fitting and purchase.

When I walked in I was in pain. I could barely tie my shoes. They actually helped me tie my shoes. I walked out a new man! This is amazing! I cant believe how immediate it is! Anyone who has back, knee or hip pain should try this. In 30 minutes you will walk out as amazed as I am!

Horrible customer service and outrageous prices with no return policy. I came in and waited for 2 people being fitted in front of me. 2 employees and they were very busy. I calmly waited my turn over 30 mins. Just before my turn came, another older customer came in and they bypassed me like I was a ghost. They saw the older gentleman was more likely to pay them money and started fitting him first when I clearly was waiting forever. Left and will never come back. Reading other reviews, their price is over $1,000 for their insole set and no return policy. If youre feet hurt, theres more affordable alternatives with better customer service. These people have an insatiable desire for money and nothing else. Stay away and save your money by buying elsewhere.

The in store experience was very helpful and supportive. Im currently working on the breaking in phase. Im hopeful that this will result in resolution of my plantar fasciitis.

I limped into the Good Feet store with a set of orthotics I bought in Davenport Iowa in 94. They were terribly broken down. Sonya was very helpfull and I could see how much making me feel better made her feel better as well. She resized my feet did impressions and got me a new set that actually made me feel so good my hip popped, audibly loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. I jogged back to my truck feeling better than I have in years, and it was a free visit due to the lifetime warranty. Extremely impressed with the company and Sonya was awesome..

The shoe I bought a week ago has a HOLE in it, they wont replace it or guarantee it. The staff is rude and unhelpful and it is just pay $$$ and get nothing to support the pain in my feet. They called me after reading my review and had me come back in. The parking is bad..there is non in front of their door. The manager replaced the shoe with a hole in it and gave me a coupon to get a better review. If I go back to Good Feet, I will try the Tualatin Store. A review was posted against my business.

I can actually wash dishes at the sink again!!! I know, most people wouldnt be excited about washing dishes but over time, the low backache grew worse and worse as Id be cleaning up after dinner, and now wearing my Good Feet insoles, its gone! I washed dishes for 30 mins and still my back felt amazing! Thank you, Good Feet!

Visited today, we did not purchase due to our budget at this time, however Crystal was very clear and knowledgeable about each support what they do and how they can help with my grandmothers pain.

Staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I had tricky feet, but they were able to figure out what worked best for me. They have a great product, but they are expensive so I will have to save up to get them.
