Everything about this place is amazing! The second you walk in the door you are greeted by one of the fantastic employees that work there. They are very attentive and beyond polite. Karen goes above and beyond for her customers and meet your needs. Their ice cream is rich and creamy and their ice cream cake is the best I have ever tasted. This place is a diamond in the rough! You wont be disappointed!

Great ice cream and novelties store. The owners and staff couldnt be nicer. The ice cream is home made with many flavors from which to choose. And every week has a different whip soft ice cream twist. Sprinkles is the perfect place for kids party. The little ones will love the rocking horses.

If you are looking for a birthday party idea work with Karen from Sprinklez! They did our daughter’s first birthday. They were there early to set up. They took care of the pizza, dessert with make your own ice cream sundaes and kept the kids busy with games and crafts! Karen is fantastic with kids . You won’t find a nicer person to work with ! Located in Hillsdale @ 130 Broadway avenue, the experience is akin to yesteryear. The selection is phenomenal, the ice cream is all home made and the topping combinations are limitless. The only thing better than the ice cream is the service! Family owned and it shows.

A very good creamy ice cream. If I recall correctly, they offer 10 different flavors, most of them geared towards kids, I think. They also offer a wide variety of toppings like gummies, M&Ms, sprinkles, etc.During our visit, 2 young and very courteous girls were working in the store which made the experience that much nicer, thanks to great service.

We came down from Spring Valley because we heard such good things about Sprinklez. Let me tell you this place is completely worth the trip. First of all the owners and staff are amazing, super sweet and super attentive to their customers. Second the ice cream is amazing! The presentation is unique with the rainbow waffle cones and bubble cones. We sat outside because of the COVID but inside is so clean.Highly recommend the trip!

Was looking for a personalized birthday cake for a themed party! A friend suggested Sprinklez, when I called I knew this was the place to do it. Super friendly, great costumer service. Amazing ice cream-homemade delicious flavors that cant be beat served with smiles from the sweetest ladies. Their ice cream cakes are TO. DIE. FOR. They have become a new staple in our family for every birthday. I was never a fan of ice cream cakes before I tried Sprinklez ice cream cakes. I wont get them anywhere else-ever. Some combos we loved...strawberry and banana pudding, pumpkin and nutella, chocolate fudge crunch amd banana oreo, and chocolate and smores. GET A CAKE.

I work in the area, and have had the opportunity to try a bunch of different flavors, as well as a couple of their cakes. Their ice cream is out of this world, and I love that they have such a great selection of flavors. Its also a huge plus that they offer vegan selections as well, for my wife. They always seem to be trying something new, and creative. I got to chat with the owner a bit, and she told me about how the ice cream is all home-made, as well as how they come up with some of their flavors. She let me know that the banana ice cream I was enjoying was actually made with real bananas! The last thing that blew my mind was Grapenuts ice cream. It sounded weird until I tried it with a couple of friends, and we all loved it. The shop has such a fun, inviting aesthetic, and friendly service, too. If youre in the mood for your standard ice cream, or youre looking for something a little more creative, you wont find a better place!

Sprinklez has the best ice cream and cakes! I’ve needed 3 cakes in the past month which I got all from Sprinklez and everyone said it’s the best ice cream cake they ever had. It’s delicious! I will definitely keep going back. I highly recommend!!!

If you want delicious homemade ice cream and the best customer service- Sprinklez is the place! We just did a special order ice cream cake and I loved it because I could pick my flavors, toppings etc! Everyone commented how yummy is was and wanted to know where we got it from! Absolutely amazing!!!! I googled custom cakes thats how I found out about Sprinklez in Hillsdale NJ. I ordered a custom cake for my boss birthday a Florida Gators fanatic all through email. I basically asked for kit kat fill and Florida gators colors. I had no real image for them to work with. when I went in to pick it up the 2 women there were absolutely wonderful felt like I was with family. when she showed me the cake she was just as excited to show me as I was to see it. I had to hold back tears. it was better than I could have ever expected. when everyone saw it they were amazed. Ladies you are OUTSTANDING!!!!! Thank you so much. oh and it was DELICIOUS!!!!!

My friends and I love Sprinklez. We would always go after school. The flavors are the best (cotton candy is my favorite) and the owners and the kids that work there are so nice.

Poor quality and extremely overpriced (at the time of writing, 2 small and 1 medium for ~$14) and not worth your time. Although nice people, you can get better quality ice cream else where. Dont know where all these high reviews came from.

Sprinklez not only has amazing ice cream (see Banana Oreo and Smores) but the owners are SOME OF THE NICEST FOLKS WEVE EVER MET. Every time weve gone there...our kids are treated like royalty and its just a beautiful experience. My wife ordered a cake the other day for daughters birthday. My wife told me to go pick it up and that it would be $72.00. Upon my arrival lady charged me $94.00. I paid and didn’t say anything, just figured I misunderstood my wife. When I got home I told my wife I was charged $94.00. She told me that I was overcharged and she then called to inquire why I was overcharged. My wife spoke with OWNERS daughter who was extremely rude and not understanding. She basically said that my wife misunderstood and the price was final. She never apologized or offered a refund or some kind of store credit. I told my wife, let’s at least see how the cake is before complaining or passing judgement. The following day we had the birthday and the cake was just OK. Nothing special and The Small cones were Soggy and not fresh. So with that said, I would not Reccomend spending $94.00 On a birthday cake that is not even a theme cake. Plenty of other Icecream establishments that are definitely cheaper, better tasting and at minimum the ownership would appreciate their customers and Bussiness. We used to go get ice cream there every once in a awhile but will look elsewhere. Bad customer service!!!! Especially with a pandemic they should learn how to appreciate every single customer and value their customers!! Businesses often cry poverty when they go out of bussiness but if they only knew how to treat there customers!!!

My 8th grader is one of the many children who did not get to celebrate their graduation in the way they had hoped due to Co-Vid/quarantine of 2020. So, we wanted to make sure we ordered a very special cake!My daughter loves cotton candy and shes obsessed with fruit loops and there was only one place that could bring this to fruition: Sprinklez!Just to be clear, not all ice creams are made equal and Im not easily impressed by ice cream/gelato, but wow! My daughter said this was her favorite cake ever! We have never devoured an ice cream cake as quickly as we did. The cake really was so special with strawberry compote and nilla wafers at the center.The service was so friendly and fast. We have already ordered our next cake and cant wait! If you havent tried them then you really are missing out!

I came here when they first opened to support a local business, was not thrilled with the ice cream but decided to recently try it again with my son. It was no better then the first time in fact it was horrible and the girls that were working there were rude and not friendly at all. I will not returning.
