The owner was professional, courteous, and honest. Yes, I found him on google. I was reluctant, because when using a company without a reliable reference is a gamble. I was extremely happy with the service - he installed the windshield to my Audi within 1 hour. He was able to accommodate me, even though he had a full schedule. I am very appreciative, because it is supposed to rain the next day. This maybe the 3rd review I have written. I wrote it because of the professionalism that the owner showed - i contacted over 1/2 dozen other companies, but his timing and price was competitive

I strongly believe that not all the 5-star reviews given to this business are genuine. I did talk to this guy on Oct 17th and agreed upon price to fix my Windshield chip the next day. He asked me to call about an hour in advance before coming to his shop. I called him several times the next day and also leave him voice mail. Finally I decided to go to his place anyways. This is his side business (spoke to his neighbors). He lives in basement and neighbors told me he is home. I on basement doors and windows, no answer. I called him one last time to tell him I am at his place. Until now, I havent heard from him. One of my colleague at work (in Kenilworth) also told me about how much unreliable this guy is. Dont go by all 5-star ratings (they are very likely not real).
