In my opinion, Fumfie.com is a scam company I ordered TG-4 they sent me a TG-5 and when I returned it a few days later they told Google Shopping that it had “heavily used condition” which is a total lie. Dont even try to use Fumfie support they simply do not respond.

Shipping is free and fast. I ordered H-H014A Panasonic lens, they shipped me H-H014 instead, which is about $100+ cheaper in the market. The item is list as NEW on the website, NOT in this case, maybe other new per Ebay standard. For me, this kind of business is very close to SCAM.

I ordered a new product and received one that was not only opened but also defective. I waited a week for my refund to find the full amount was not refunded. Now Im wasting more of my time monitoring my bank account for more weeks to follow.

If I could give them a negative score, I would. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They advertised the wrong product and what I got was not what I ordered. I returned the product and it has been over one month since then and I have not received my refund. The customer service reps say they will figure it out and call back, they never do. They give attitude, and do not try to help rectify the situation. This is extremely disappointing. NEVER ORDER FROM FUMFIE, I LEARNED MY LESSON

I bought a refrigerator for years ago and paid for 10 yr warranty. The freezer stopped working and I tried to call them and have them fix it and they said they no longer sell appliances. I was told they only sell furniture and the appliances was a different apartment it’s no longer with them??? Trying to get a hold of the company I got the runaround and was transferred back-and-forth more than 10 times finally to a nonworking number. Scam! Did you not wanna honor any warranties.

This company sells defective products via mail and then when you return, as the item doesnt give you your money. STAY AWAY.
