I bought a dinning set there after a lot of places told me everything on back order, i dont usually buy furniture in those small stores but surprisingly i got it in 2 days. the owner was very nice and funny it was my first time buying there and i wouldnt mind to go there again. fyi i love the dinning room set

Never bye furniture there I had nothing but problems.I waited 3 months and they delivered the wrong furniture.I waited another 2 months to deliver the right one and they still failed. Do your self a favor go any place else but DON’T bye there.BE WARE!!!!

We were looking for dining room chairs and didnt find what we were looking for, but we were very impressed with the young lady, Migdalia, who helped us. She knew her stock and her catalogs, and she understood what we were looking for. On a rainy day of going from furniture store to furniture store, she stood out.

Definitely recommend this furniture store, the sales people are so polite and well mannered. They actually have very good prices if you were to compare them with other stores. I recommend that people come here because I had a very pleasant experience. If you do come ask for Atala or Migdalia because they are very nice people.

This is by far one of the best furniture stores I’ve visited. Previously we went to another furniture store and the service sucked. Magdalia, the sales person was so nice! She was very patient with us and she took the time in explaining everything to us. Not only was she patient but she made us felt very welcomed! I would definitely recommend this place. Is worse place I had buying. Delivery people just drop off the box, and dont bulding the furniture,I bought and the dont have and you have to got another one because they dont give your money back. I really dont recommend.

Have been waiting since June for a furniture it is now august. They refuse to cancel order and give my money back. They are very rude when talking to the manager she kept telling me she’s writing an email I’m now waiting till the end of august to see if they give me the table I order no choice ofChanging or returning. Would not recommend anyone.

Where can we start. We originally went to Ashley furniture showroom looking for living room and dining room furniture in Brunswick and after seeing what we wanted we ran to 22 furniture gallery. Came in with my wife and they handle everything we needed especially being very very competitive on price. Since Im a Staten islander they offered me shipping as well. There turn around time was prompt and very professional and we were very happy with the installation as they helped us move our old furniture down stairs. Very courtesy and friendly. We will come in for the bar stools for our island and mirrors and curio cabinet, since we are happy will all services we are forever Loyal and will highlyRecommend you and 22furniture gallery. My couch was treated for bedbug infestation. I tried to save it by getting it exterminated but after the exterminator broke the the bottom sheet of the couch to spray inside, there were too many inside. I had to end up discarding the couch. I didnt think I would have to check a brand new couch after it being discarded. The exterminator concluded they came from the couch.In addition the manager blamed me stating someone I knew brought them there even after I told him the exterminator said the couch was the only infested furniture in my apartment. I will never shop here again and I will never recommend anyone here.I only left a comment because I dont want anyone to ever go through this. I have spent so much money on getting the couch exterminated and bagging my entire apartment to avoid anything traveling to other parts of the apartment. It has been hell. My apartment waa treated 3 times just for the couch and me trying to save it. In the end I chose my sanity and ended up getting rid of it which was even more of an expense.Just like many of the reviews I called and called to get my couch delivered and the manager always said call back. So you spend your money on furniture and you have to call back. Its unbelievable.Just some advice. Always check your couch when you receive it. Even if its brand new.I brought my couch in February. It was delivered March 22 after many many calls of asking when I would receive it.*See the attached receipt*Ordered Feb 15th 2019 Not A made of Date of Dec 2018As you can see he makes up dates, read his response below.Do not trust this company. Has a good inventory

I came to this store sometime between late 2013 and early 2014 to purchase a bunk bed with a third bed underneath. We saw one that is full size on the lower bunk and twin on top but it only has drawers underneath. The sales person asked me who will use this bed. I said me, my wife (pregnant at that time) and my daughter, thats why I need the bed underneath so that when my wife gives birth I can take the bed underneath. He said this bed will be good for me and he can give me the bed underneath instead of the drawer so I said thats perfect. I purchased the bed and set a delivery date. The bed came when it was suppose to be delivered but the problem was it came with the drawers, not the bed. Also the support under the bed is weak, it was cracking and breaking every time I sit on it so I called the store to tell them about the problem. They asked me why am I sitting on it? He said that bed is for kids only. So I said I dont want this. He went from nice to rude in an instant! He said I cant return it. I said Im angry and very unhappy. You will not believe what he said. He said I am not here to make you happy then he hanged up on me. I called so many times but they always avoid me. They said they will deliver the bed in exchange for the drawer so I said ok. It is now 2015 and still no bed. These people will be nice to you and lie to you just to sell. after you pay, the horns comes out. I stopped calling them just to avoid the possibility of me going to jail and just let karma do the work. I will not tell anyone not to buy from them but I hope no one else goes through what Ive been through with them. Im being generous for that 1 star I gave them.

I ordered furniture from this place which the guy Cal claimed was all in stock and we would have within the same week. This was paid for UPFRONT, there was no financing or anything, almost $3,000 CASH! The day of delivery he calls to say Oh we dont have your dining room table in stock only the chairs. He claimed it would be in next week. I was upset, but I said ok because at this point the delivery guys was already setting up everything. Not only did it not come in that next week, but the salesperson never called to give an update. We had to keep calling him only for him to say Oh, I dont know when its coming in. Im waiting for them to ship it Then he gives me a date, not only did he not call me on that date, but he never answered my calls or returned them when I left a message. I called from a different number, he called that number back, but didnt expect it to be me. Again he said I dont know, Im still waiting. Weve been very busy. Let me call them & Ill give you a call back Never called back! Then it’s “oh it’s stuck at customs” Not my problem! Go order it off of wayfair or something! You don’t have a paying customer waiting a month for a table you claimed was in stock. Horrible customer service! Its been a month & I still have no dining room table or my money! I will never shop here again! He doesnt care about the customer & is very unprofessional.

This is the worst place to do business, please be warn! purchase a set of living room chairs from here, and a coffee table. items wasn`t deliver until 2 weeks later, upon which one was damage call the store, and they said they were going to come and get it to replace it. they did not show up for up to a week. came got the chairs and was to return the chair. its been a week and no chair. rude manager, will be nice until purchase is over. dont go there!!!!!!!

Honestly, the worse store Ive dealt with in my life. Not only was the service horrible but I also ended up with the lowest quality furniture imaginable. 2 months in and the coffee table I purchased is already broken. Mind you, theres hardly any traffic in our home and we have a baby. I cant believe that I landed here of all places. Urghhh! Can someone shut them down?

Purchased and picked up 3 items in store. Found out at home...First, bed frame rails are damaged. Waiting for exchange. We asked and paid for a new one. But it seems like the exhibition in the store.Second, wrong color dinner table. Waiting for exchange.Third, one box with two pieces of chairs. However, there are 4 R legs.Unbelievable!

The store sells you cheap furniture at high end prices, then they offer you warranties that are completely useless as the company will not honor the warranty and state the damages are normal wear and tear. I made the mistake once of buying from this business and I rather spend extra money at the Ashelys.

The service sucked. The guy waited at the desk on phone as you walk in. No one greets you. The guy didn’t engage in conversation about the furniture until I mentioned I had money and that I have a job. Then after purchase I was told tues at the latest. Tues I was told something came up and delivery would be Wednesday. I fussed a bit and bed delivered tues. Now I get bed and it’s the wrong color! Horrible service will not go back or refer anyone!

DONT SHOP HERE, it is a scam, we have been waiting over a year for some furniture and the dude keeps saying that he is going to ship in next week but never ships it.

Went there this past Monday 1/2/2017 had a wonderful experience my family and I went there with a budget and they told us what we can buy for the budget we went there for. Couldnt be any happier with the costumer service that they gave us!
