Ashley is the best! She is always super friendly and knowledgeable about where to find things in the store.

Never had a problem with this store in particular until today. I came in and immediately recognized the store Manger at the front of the store. I found it kind of odd that he had a coat on. I proceeded to walk up one aisle and stopped to look at an item. Now I notice the Manager peaking at me from around the corner of the end of the aisle. Now the Manager is standing next trying to appear as a customer. ( I figured he was trying to appear as a customer because his jacket was now zipped up and he stopped and reached for an item and read it as if he had been looking for it.) I asked him arent you the manager he said yes. I proceeded to leave the store. Im usually not bothered but when your profiled in a walgreens of all places by someone who fits the description as me rubbed me the wrong way.

I just went into Walgreens yesterday and I must say friendly service people here would help you no matter what it is. Also its very organized environment

I wish i could give NO stars at all!! There is a super rude pharmacist, actually im not even sure if she is the pharmacist or just the assistant. Never the less this woman has got to go! I came in to pick up and purschase something as well, she rung up my items but i noticed there was an item on the screen that wasnt mine. I asked her about it and shes like dont worry about it in an extremely dismissive manner .. So i ask her well what does that mean because youre not going to charge me for something i didnt purchase. She rolls here eyes and says i said dont worry about it clearly im not charging you .. UMMMMM excuse me?!?!?! My husband is telling me to chill, so i calm down and just tell her to bag my stuff so I can go. She tells me I have points that I can use, so I decide to do so. Im prompted to enter my zip code, which I do.. she says you have 2 more attempts to enter your zip code.. confused i enter it again and it prompts me for 1 more entry. I enter it and she says well now u lost your points so im not using your card. At this point, Im PISSED!!!! what do u mean I lost my points?!?! Im new to the area and was entering my new zip code, not realizing I needed to use the one from my previous address ( as explained to me once I spoke to the manager). The assistant didnt say anything besides I lost my points ( which i thought meant they were lost for good). She was just horrible!! Dissmissive and rude and like she didnt want to be there! Not to mention, once I spoke to the manager I was told the girl just started her shift, as if that should mean bad customer service because she just arrived. Ughh so annoyed because this is now the closest Walgreens to my home and Im going to have to deal with this woman when I go in. Please get your staff a crash course in customer service!!
