Clean & organized store! They had a great selection of drapes, curtains & furniture. I found several things I needed!

We were at the Hillside, IL Homegoods. We wanted to purchased a Table Console. A sales staff took the item to the front, when we were going to pay the item price that was rung up was different than what the floor tag said. The manager proceeded to tell me that it’s my responsibility to check the written price physically in the furniture and therefore the price rung up is the price. Shortly after, when the staff was going to load the piece to my car I noticed that the table was damaged . When I shared this with the manager she proceed to grab a marker and marker in the table to hide the damanged piece and said she would take $10 off. I was immediately shocked at the fact that she colored in the table with marker, which I had already purchased without my permission. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. I returned the piece as she damaged my already purchased piece even more by coloring it without my permission. I have been a continuous shopper at this Homegoods, but with terrible management I will not be returning again.

Well stocked the items are very well put together the isles are clear the people working there are friendly helpful and they are always doing something not standing around and just talking very quick check out they have people in training I enjoy shopping at the store 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Hadnt been here in a while and forgot how much they have in this store... You can spend hours walking through a couple of isles looking for all the perfect decor for your home.

Went to return cups for store credit, because I no longer had the receipt. Called and spoke to the manager and explained that the ink was rubbing off and they are getting sticky. When I got there, the cashier said that they couldnt do it. So whatever, I didnt make a big deal. After that, I went to look around, to see if they had anything I liked. They followed me around the whole time I was there!! Really!!🙄

Im a Caregiver for a sassy 80 year old. We bought a beautiful snow globe that was a gingerbread house. It lit up and played music. Before we could get it upstairs to her apartment it was broken. The Service Desk Manager, Tracey found the globe and kindly held it until I could pick it up the following day. Customer Service means a lot. And I got just that. 🔮🏚️

I went to the store to shop for mothers day. When I was in the check out this lady that works there with blonde hair, glasses who looks very old was not adhering to the social distance guidelines. She invaded my space to reach over me to put brochures by the register. Maybe corporate needs to train her on how to conduct herself with customers in a pandemic.

Always have something to beautify your home. I told one of the workers if I could afford to get rid of all my furniture and start all over again...

Manny was extremely helpful in bringing down the rugs I asked for. He also helped carry the rug on the cart and into my car when finished shopping. The store is very clean and has a big variety of things. My favorite store!!

Was a new site to visit...had been to store in different area ...in bricktownAre...LOVED IT....BUT tried to followed the areas.. like the arrows...wirh the quartine stickers one way on the floor...got a little dizzy.....so I had to leave...lol....But the store is Beautiful..!!!!!

Making people wait outside in the cold is inhumane. Why are you limiting people in your stores again? Big stores like Target and Walmart certainly aren’t doing the same. Consider putting your customers first. Guess who isn’t waiting outside? Our Pritzker, Lightfoot, Pelosi, and Schumer.

They have very nice selection of products and prices are pretty decent.

Love this store. Always have something I want. Never leave without buying something. My mom and I use to go there every time I came down. We spend hours in there.

Home goods is probably my favorite store to visit and browse. It’s a stress reliever! This one though already has a pretty small selection of things and it’s rare for me to find a diamond in the rough. I only come to this one if I know what I need since it’s right off the highway. Deals are pretty bad. And most recently, a sales associate argued with me on the price of an unlabeled item. Is it worth arguing for a few bucks when I brought something comparable (and of higher quality) with me to the cash register and did your job for you?! Left me pretty peeved - certainly NOT a stress reliever this time. I’d recommend the home goods in Wheaton instead

There’s a guy named Mike there he’s extremely nice, great personality but there’s a tall caucasion manager there who attitude sucks I was purchasing stocking holders one was a little off balance so the cashier called her over to see if I could get a discount she said no send it back.. she was also rude and over talked me..I came in 3 days later the same stocking holders were back on the floor damaged and all she didn’t wanna sell them to me in which I feel she profiled me🤷🏾‍♀️😩

Absolutely love this HomeGoods! A guy named Mike? He works there. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. I literally walked out spending more than I intended to. I wanted two mirrors but only found one. He told me to buy it and maybe try to find it at another HG or come back th following week. I bought it and found it the next week! Also Diego helped with carrying my frames and mirrors to the front and also helped me load it to my car.

I can practically live in this store. Theres always a good deal available and with plenty of decorations from various places around the world. Its smaller than others but still has a pretty good selection. Prices are pretty average across the board in comparison to other HomeGoods, and the people are always nice and helpful.

Always fun to sort through various selections & find something that might not be anywhere else.

Its a great place to shop. You may find one of a kind things while shopping. Associate are always helpful.

The 10% clearance discount on severely damaged merchandise is insulting. A broken acrylic organizer with pieces missing for $80? I remember when customers could make an offer on damaged merchandise.

Was there last night sure it was before closing but the lady at the register is like you need to hurry my register will automatically shut down at closing time. Thats probably the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. Another guy came in said he needed one item. The lady said if you come up her with more than one thing I wont ring you out. Mind you this is about 8 minstrel before the closing time. This lady then just grabbed my stuff and threw it in the bag wouldnt use the tissue wrap to wrap my items I had asked to be wrapped. She says theres no time for that.

I almost always find really nice things at this store. The cashiers are friendly.

It was my first time, too full of stuff, nice things, but very hard to move inside, keep backing up, no space for two carts in the aisles.
