I have Palmetto Champ and the last few service requests they have sent Appliances By Design out for the service call. Each time they have come out very quickly. They communicate so well too. The service techs are knowledgeable and professional. I would call them even if I did not have Champ.

Just had our second claim through the Palmetto Electric Co-op Champs warranty program. They sent the team from Appliances by Design to the rescue. What a great experience. On both occasions, Appliances by Design sent out knowledgeable, polite and friendly service technicians who did a great job. Called first, showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and were off to the next call. Great experience!

We purchased a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, vent and stove. We could not be more pleased with Jeremy and his service. He listened to my needs and made recommendations based upon what I shared. He answered every question thoughtfully and honestly. When the appliances were delivered, each appliance was as represented. Jeremy takes great pride in his integrity, the quality of the products he represents, his customer service and his follow through. After delivery he returned my telephone calls and answered questions. He isnt interested in just making a sale - hes interested in developing a relationship. He and his team are the best!
