This have been an experience from hell. I was in a car accident in Feb 2021. The car was taken to Joe Hudson in Hilton Head, SC. This was something the other driver insurance was covering. They called me Mid April to say the car was ready. I arrived i gave them the money the insurance company gave me, i called hertz to come get the rental as instructed. I went from Hilton head to Charlotte and by the time i got there the hubcaps that THEY replaced were all gone! I called immediately to inform them that the hubcaps were gone. They agree to replace them. They did this time i went from their office to my moms house which is in Savannah BEFORE i got to Savannah before i left the island coming cross the bridge all the hubcaps were rolling in the road. I sent an email cause they were closed to let them know hey maybe you all should read the directions when placing the hubcaps because they are gone! The next day i get a charge from hertz so now I’m angry. I called the insurance company they emailed me saying that the shop (Joe Hudson) is responsible for that transaction they agreed to pay the rental for 3 days because of the time it took the car to be finished. NO one ever thought to tell me that when i picked the car up. I immediately emailed the shop asking to be reimbursed and about the hubcaps. It’s been over 2 weeks since i heard something. First it was they had to order the hubcaps for me to come back that Monday i waited an additional week before going still no check no hubcaps. I asked for corporate number no response! Now if i was to show up to the shop acting a fool i will be wrong? But it’s ok to screw people out of there hard earned money and not replace things that they messed up! I’m angry!! It’s been over a month and nothing has been resolved! Terrible business.

Excellent service. I had pulled to close to a parking block and it tore a plastic guard under my car half way off and it was dragging. We had a 10 hour trip ahead of us and they got us back on the road in record time. Professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This is the business you want to use . I wish they were in Nashville!

My family 2 children 8 & 4 my wife and I are from Atlanta. We came down for a visit and our car driver side widow wouldn’t work and was down. Of Course this was our last day as we were checking out the hotel and rainy!We stop by H&H to see if they could be of service even though this was a last minute. From the very beginning these men treated us as if they’ve known our family our whole life. They figured the issue out it was a special order and of course we were heading back to Atlanta so we couldn’t wait so they took our door off got our window up disconnected the motor so we couldn’t accidentally roll it back down.It took them about 45 minutes out of their time they told us we were ready to go again explain to us what the issue was tell me my keys are in the car and I was ready to go… I looked at him as what do I owe you and he smiled and said have a nice day there was no way in hell I was going to let those babies ride back to Atlanta with the window down and you owe me nothing!!I at least wanted to buy them lunch but of course I didn’t have cash only a card and he refused to take a cent from me!The whole staff at H&H are heaven sent and my family appreciates them more than they could ever imagine!Thank You H&H🙏🏾

Originally, my vehicle was on the flatbed to go to Advanced Auto body as it was the only All-State preferred shop on Hilton Head. I was very apprehensive because I have heard from numerous people how shoddy their work is and how unprofessional they are, starting with the owner. Well, luckily, they were above capacity (whatever that is), so All-State called me to pick another Body Shop and the flat bed was rerouted. I am so glad that happened. Bruce at H & H was beyond helpful, pleasant, professional and had complete full follow thru. When I received my vehicle, the work they did was second to none and the car looked bran new again. They even give you flowers. So glad I didnt get stuck with Advanced Auto Body! Too many horror stories! Thank you H & H for such great care and quality!

We had an incident in a parking lot that resulted in some damage to our car. We were really stressed out since we were on vacation and were worried about a 5 hour drive home with the condition of the car. H&H were able to get us in right away and got us patched up and ready for the drive home. We went from bottom panels scraping on the ground to smooth sailing. From all of our family- thank you so much! A Godsend for a family in need! What a blessing! We will definitely visit if we are in the area and in need of car service again. Great team and wonderful people!

No one wants to have an accident with their auto. But if you do - I cannot think there would be a better auto repair shop than H and H Auto Body. Their service from your first phone call to them, to the representative assessing damage and repair need, discussing it with you and then in more detail with your insurance company eliminates time and possible grief on your part.H and H on Hilton Head works everything out for you properly. And when their repair work is finished - you dont know you had an accident. My repair work was perfect.New parts were used when needed and all else was repaired to new. The paint job was matched to a t.While the work was being done, I was called to tell me when parts arrived, status of repair and when the car would be ready. It was!Call for an appointment for an estimate and go to H and H for repair. You wont be disappointed.

I owned my Audi less than two months and it was pounded by a hail storm. Just Lovely. Tons of dents everywhere on my car. Being new to the area and very particular, I researched a handful of options, and landed on H&H. Dale, at H&H, made me feel very comfortable and confident the job would be done flawlessly. And, it was! They are total perfectionist. My type of people. Everyone I interacted with, including the service manager, took great pride in the quality of their work. Plus, they cleaned my windshield from the inside and capped off my windshield fluid without me asking. Nice touch! I cant stand cleaning the inside windshield; nor adding fluid to the car. Not only did they fix what needed to fix, but they took it further helping take care of the other things needing attention. Treated it like it was their own car. Thats awesome service. Hands down, you can feel confident this is the right place to take your car. Thanks for the flowers!

After a deer and I had a difference of opinion on who had the right-of-way I had to find a body shop...which is kinda like finding a dentist, its not something that we look forward to at all. Well, I can state with promise and confidence that Tina and the front office and all of the techs in the back are professional and honest. My car was returned on time and it looks brand new. I had my truck in there for a drivers side collision repair and also had them repaint the passenger side doors while it was in their shop. They did an awesome job and were easy to deal with when I noticed a couple of flaws after the repair. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but I’ll be a repeat customer if I need any repair service.

Im so happy that I chose H&H. Not only did Bruce go above and beyond to find the right after market part, but he made sure that my car was repaired exactly as it was before the accident. I thought that good workmanship and service was like getting a gift, but what was even more of a wonderful surprise was receiving a vase of cut flowers when they were finished. Thank you H&H!!

BIG shoutout to Bruce at H & H Auto Body! I knocked my driver’s side mirror off on Monday and he quickly located me a used one for a great price and had it installed in 15 minutes by Friday. Highly recommend getting in to see them for all your auto body needs!

This is the first time I had anything to do with a body shop, let alone the process. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service I received. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and pleasant, but they went above and beyond what they are supposed to do without charge! My experience with H & H Auto Body was terrific! They took care of absolutely everything including the rental car pick up and drop off. And when I got in the car to leave, they gave me a vase of flowers that sat in my cupholder until I got home and this made me smile all day. They were so nice and I could follow my cars progress online. Cant get much better!

I went in to get my Camaro fixed and painted by Hilton Head Auto Body on Cardinal Road. Not only did they try to charge me $200 over the estimated price, but when I did get in my vehicle they had put on 100 miles since I dropped it off. I am just letting you know, in case this happens to you. If you use them, document your mileage. Please be aware.

This company is absolutely wonderful! We are on the island for the winter and were not sure where to go when someone hit my car in a parking lot, damaging the front end. H&H worked with me at every step. Dealt with the insurance company and kept me updated on the repairs. Tina was easy to work with, always pleasant and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Even a vase of flowers in my cup holder when we picked up the car. Would recommend this company 100%.

Great customer service!

I was the client that put that there was a discrepancy of 100 miles on my Camaro. The owners passed it off as saying that I used the mileage when I got the estimate which was 18,825 miles. I did not. At 8:01 on Monday, July 15th, I dropped off my Camaro and I took a picture of my mileage which was 19,031. On Friday when I picked it up at 4:46 PM I took another picture of my odometer and it showed 19,131. I did not make up those numbers. I will be pursuing this to find out where the miles were driven. I did not have the wrong numbers. Glad the name has changed from Hilton Head Auto Body.

I thought that my corvette was totaled after my husband rear-ended someone. Wrong! H and H did an excellent repair; you cannot tell that the car was in an accident. I am giving this company 4 stars because of the cheesy flower that is sent home with each customer.

Having to repair my car bumper I went straight to H&H Auto Body and sure enough Bruce came right out, assessed the damage, and scheduled the car for the repair. What a terrific job they did as you cannot see any marks or indication of a repair. I fully recommend H& H Auto Body as the ONLY place to take a car in need of body repair.
