We worked with Courtney at Distinctive Granite & Marble. She was wonderful to assist us with all we had to work on, and was most attentive to the specifications of our request. We had granite placed in 5 sections of our condo - the kitchen, wet bar, two bathrooms, and a built-in dresser. The granite looks amazing! We could not be more pleased with our overall outcome and the collaboration with Distinctive Granite & Marble throughout the process. Everything flowed smoothly and the end result is great. A small pocket of excellence in the low country.I live in Atlanta and have a small short term rental condo in Hilton head Island South Carolina. We chose to remodel our kitchen and I had a vision of a certain type of granite that I wanted to use in my rental. I went to two different granite companies in Hilton Head and I was not finding what I wanted. One gal told me they would not order anything off the lot and I could not tell them where to seam. I told my contractor that they didn’t want to work with me and he suggested that I go to the distributor AGM. I went to them but you need to work with somebody in a local shop and so they recommended Courtney Jansen at Distinctive granite and stone. I called Courtney and told her I found the right granite and she signed me up for it to be held for template. I never met Courtney we only talked over the phone but this is definitely excellence in customer service and that’s something that’s hard to say in these days and times. Everywhere you go there doesn’t seem to be enough help or quality help but, that is not true it Distinctive granite and stone. Courtney Jansen will give you three different options of how to lay out your granite. She’ll schedule everything. It will go in perfectly. We forgot to add granite to the back of the stove. And they came back and did that for us. This was a wonderful experience and I’m so glad that Courtney was recommended because she was just the right gal to help us.
