We have been shopping for furniture for our living room and stopped in to Moss Creek. So glad we did! They have a great assortment…. We found some awesome Flexsteel Furniture! So comfortable. And the icing on the cake was that the customer service was great from in the store to the delivery to our home! We definitely will be back.

Recently we went furniture shopping for our new home. After checking out several stores we settled on Moss Creek Village Furniture because their quality was far superior to all the others, it turned out to be the best decision we could have ever made as we had the most fantastic experience with them. From the moment we walked into the door we knew we were in good hands. Their sales staff were very personable, polite and professionalism and we never felt any pressure to buy. Linda and Nikki were wonderful and guided us through various concepts and designs, which helped us to decide which pieces would best fit with our home decor. They were very patient with us, ensuring we were were more than happy with our final selections. Throughout the process, from order date through delivery, they kept in touch, giving us updates, as necessary. Brian Saul, Store Manager, we cannot say enough about his professionalism. He was wonderful to us, he personally called us the day prior to delivery, to request our feedback should we have any concerns. The delivery was flawless, the helpers were courteous and friendly and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.We would highly recommend Moss Creek Village for all your furniture needs. Moss Creek Village Furniture is by far the best retailer I have ever done business with. I remodeled my Sea Pines Villa while living 13 hours from Hilton Head, I needed a furniture dealer that was trustworthy, dependable and flexible. I found that and so much more at Moss Creek.I worked with Brian Saul to order a living room full of furniture, rug, art and lamps as well as a full dining room set. Through emails we designed two rooms that are spectacular. My end tables and coffee table havent arrived yet and Brian loaned me a set until they do. I was updated on the delivery status frequently. I was able to visit the showroom before my furniture arrived and selected several accessories. Their showroom is beautiful and their accessories are fabulous. Go to Moss Creek Village Furniture for your decorating needs. You will not be disappointed. They are wonderful!!!

I walked in and immediately found a sectional that would look beautiful in my house. The staff was enthusiastic and helpful. I left getting a quote for the sofa and some other pieces. I also found out that their staff designer will come to my home free of charge to help me design a new look for my den. Loved that! Thank you so much for all your help!

Purchased a couch from this store. The purchase was made the second time I went into the store. The first time I looked at the couch was in the morning where the sales person told me that it would be an additional 10% off when I went in in the afternoon to purchase the couch he said he made a mistake once I told him I was interested. We continued with the purchase the couch was on the floor and it was discounted so we bought it we let the sales person know that we are looking for the matching loveseat. He never got back to us I called the store at least two times spoke to him he said he would look see what he can do and nothing not even a courtesy call saying he could not find it. This is for a vacation home that we dont really visit during the winter the couch wrapped and never used. I called to speak to the manager to see what options we had with this couch and boy did he get nasty. If you know what youre purchasing, do your homework there are much better options in Hilton head with better reviews. if youre into high quality and good service then stay away especially from the manager Brian. Brian is just as nasty as can be. There is nothing wrong with him saying nothing can be done but his attitude is disgusting, disrespectful and condescending. Beware!

Zero Stars, actually. Absolutely horrible customer service. Nice high-end things, but all they seem interested in is a sale at the end of the day--NOT your satisfaction. They rush and push you into a sale, very high pressure. I purchased from them and while the delivery was great, and the quality is great (not because they have anything to do with the build, thanks goes to FlexSteel) the sales staff gets annoyed with your questions about the products after awhile. This shouldnt be. They should be more than eager to answer any and all questions you have, even if you walk out without buying anything that trip and return several more times. Each visit should feel like its the first visit, and for the money we pay these sales people the expectation is clear. Do your jobs well or get out of the people business. Also, the owner Brian is a real piece of work. He is Not aligned with customer service whatsoever. Uses vulgar language towards the paying customer when that customer isnt satisfied.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in this store. When things go smoothly, it is easy to rave. Sometimes a transaction becomes challenging for a variety of reasons, and that is when you learn what a store is made of! After 40 years of marriage, we bought our first sectional -- a much more complicated purchase than we had anticipated. Amidst our own indecision, an honest error in ordering it and a manufacturers issue with the fabric, we met with the manager, Brian Saul, who bent over backwards to please us and make everything right. He is a first class gentleman and a skilled manager who treated us with kindness and respect. We love what we bought and I cannot recommend more highly dealing with Moss Creek Village Furniture -- its salespeople and management.

Moss Creek Village Furniture is always our first and only stop when we are looking to purchase furniture. We highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Nikki and Linda were a pleasure to work with and are extremely knowledgeable and patient! We are very happy with our FLEXSTEEL purchase.
