Called Precision at 6:25 a.m. told them my garage door was operating erratically. Gave them the model & garage door opener motor head part number. Brad Blankenship calls me at 9:16 a m. to tell me he is on the way, will arrive in 30 minutes. 9:45 a.m. Brad arrives and evaluates the garage opener. There was a part that regulates the opening and closing the garage door that failed. I agreed replacing the entire motor head was best. Brad installed and adjusted new springs, installed a new garage door motor head and the job was completed 11:05 a m. I felt the pricing was a little strong but getting the issue resolved with one visit and in a timely fashion was worth it. Brad was professional, courteous and thorough.

I have 2 outstanding experiences with these folks. When we moved in a couple of years ago, they installed new motor / working pieces for our garage door. My garage door would only go up about 12” when I came home Thursday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door Service, spoke to a person who scheduled my service for the next day between 12-4. On the next day, the technician, Brian, called to see if he could come a little early. He told me it would be about 45 minutes and he was there promptly.He diagnosed the problem with the door—the long “spring” had broken. He rebuilt the torsion spring in about an hour and the door now works perfectly! Somehow my remote and keypad deprogrammed, and when I calledHim about that, he was able to tell me quickly how to reprogram that as well! He certainly went above and beyond in helping me. Moved to the Hilton Head area from out of state back in February. My 18 year old garage door and opener were definitely showing signs of years of negligence from the previous owner of my house. Called Precision and they dispatched Brian Flower to my house the next day.....and in the end I was so glad they did! Thought he was just going to give me an estimate, but instead he came fully equipped and ready to handle any repair situation and request I threw at him.He was able to repair my misaligned door, fix the hinges and tracks, replace the rollers, and bottom weatherstripping, and replace the opener with the Liftmaster Model WLED I requested. Soooo nice and quiet! Also installed and set up my new external remote pad and two new remotes as well as the Homelink in my vehicle, all within a couple of hours, which was a pleasant surprise. And never once did he try or suggest doing any further work which was not necessary at the time.So now I have a new company and specifically a new tech whenever I need garage door service, I will definitely ask for Brian whenever the need arises.....professional, knowledgeable, prepared and most of all, honest, with all the old school values!

Brian and Anthony did a wonderful job in installing a new opener along with all new parts needed to get my garage door working quietly and smoothly. They had everything needed to do the job on the spot when it was determined that my original builder installed opener and parts were on their last legs. They also had the materials to install new stripping on the bottom of my existing door. I a very pleased with them and my new Liftmaster opener.
