Smooth bowl was ok, not thick. Go to Healthy Habit or Al’s Aloha for an acai bowl instead.

Interesting attitude and medical advice when asking for celery juice. I was told why I shouldnt drink it and was told he didnt want to make it but would. Still tasted as if he put a lemon in the juice. if I wanted medical advice, I would have seen a doctor!

Thanks Fith for amazing beet, Apple, ginger smoothies.. this is the best place to visit in Hilton Head for fresh juices and smoothies.. too bad we couldnt go back more often..

We have gone there three times this week on our vacation for smoothies and wellness shots. Everything has been absolutely amazing and the service is outstanding.

The smoothie was just ok. Too small for the price. The man behind the counter expressed inconvenience at having to take an order because he was giving a piano lesson. Too bad the other place was closed.

Nice place very clean helpful as I didn’t know what to order for my condition. Very tasty I’ll be back .

I wouldn’t bother selling an acai bowl when it doesn’t taste like açaí, just go to the grocery store and get anything else

Phenomenal place to kick beach and have a smoothie, soft serve, and healthy shots.

I orderd and açaí bowl and ended up with liquid. The bowl was also topped with canned and mushy fruit. I was also very surprised when the employee was not wearing a mask. very unsanitary in this time and greatly not appreciate since they were preparing food.

This is the spot. Forget all other smoothie or health drink places. Fith will treat you to the best and freshest ingredients. If you need he can even tailor a juice cleanse just for you if thats your thing. Very nice inside with some cool games to pass the time. Best atmosphere you could ask for

The storefront has a mandatory mask sign on the door, but the staff member behind the counter, without a mask, was “ready” to take orders. I really wanted to support this small business. They may have a good, healthy smoothie, but their infection control practices during a pandemic are disappointing and concerning.

Worst açaí bowl i have ever had. not even açaí. “fresh fruit” on top was canned and the base was watery. employee didn’t even have a mask on

No mask= no return customer. Arrogant for food service.

My wife and I visited Smooth several times on our vacation. Every time was great. Loved the vibe. Customer service was excellent - Brendon made good conversation and better carrot drinks. Will be there daily on next trip. And to the guy w Asian wife that commented below, I think you were at a different place cause we were there long enough each time to see what was going on, and it was all good. Peace.

I went in to Smooth trying to boost my immune system because I felt I was coming down with a cold and I left feeling better! The owner was extremely kind and knowledge. The prices are the most reasonable that I have ever seen in a juicing shop. Great staff and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this to new juicers looking to start a detox and experienced juicers the same. They also had smoothies that looked delicious if you are looking for a healthy snacks in Hilton Head.

Today I decided to eat healthy but was instead treated rudely for asking to try a sample of the remaining of a smoothie made for the customer before me... I was then ask am I going to buy something.🤔 Of course that was the reason for me visiting the establishment. I happen to be a black Male standing next to my white business partner.... She refused to address my concerns and proceeded to ask him was he next!!!! We both looked at each other in disbelief! He then said 😮WOW!!! She said Im glade I could wow you... Just not sure why people have to be so rude.

Love going here every time I visit Hilton Head! I love that they have the tumeric shots etc and all the smoothies are made fresh! Love that it’s simple ingredients and no added sugar. You can even substitute if you’d like. Friendly staff and love the old games that they have set out now.

Fresh pressed juice right in front of my eyes. The worker let me use my own cup. Paper straws available too. Juice tasted wonderful! There was a large menu including acai bowls, smoothies, shots and juices. Overall a great experience

Do not get an “acai bowl” from this place. canned pineapple on top, extremely liquidy, i don’t think there was actual acai in the smoothie, bad granola, topped it with blueberries when it was supposed to be strawberries. They also used a blender that had smoothie from the customer before to blend mine.

Perfect juice and smoothie bar. Just what you could need or want. The single elixir shots are great too! Truly healthy. No sugar added stuff.

The customer service is great...very nice people.However, we visited Smooth on 4/2.The girl (only employee working & was fairly busy), was taking customers money & credit cards & returning to juicing & cutting fruits & veggies WITHOUT washing her hands!!!!! Yikes!!!!Will not return.Wouldnt that be a health code violation???

I was just in a bought a tumeric shot. I’ve been in a lot of shoulder pain all week . The owner was right, and it went straight to my blood stream. I had instant relief. Amazing! I will definitely be back often for more products of Smooth! Thank you!

Best Smoothies and health shots on the Island! I personally like to drop by for turmeric and wheatgrass shots and my favorite espresso smoothie! Staff is efficient and very friendly!

I like the owners and people that work here! If I could suggest a menu revamp - making the smoothies more superfood filled/creating more options. A list of ingredients and encouraging a Make Your Own would be great. Finally, the acai bowls are NOT acai bowls, they are just a pink smoothie in a bowl, I dont think it had acai in it. And there was canned Dole pineapple in mine... Not fresh or good whatsoever.. Still like to support this small business though.

This place is innovative in its payment policy. Its a pay what you want concept and the smoothies, juices and kombucha are worth a generous donation. The only complaint is that the last few times Ive been in some of the employees act like they dont want to be there.

If you like your juice with a shot of the confederate flag, this is the place for you. They were hesitant at best to serve my wife who is of Asian decent. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

Was incredible! Had 4 of the remedy shots (kombucha, ginger, Muscadine, and thyme) and could not be happier! Highly recommend the hawaiian or green 202.Also had the Kickstarter juice!The customer service was incredible! I talked to an employee about the different things that were in the drinks and he very clearly explained each and answered my questions! They clearly love their job and welcomed people by name when they had been repeat customers. I wish I wasnt here only for vacation! Overall a great experience!!
