I have had extreme hearing loss for a long time, using hearing aids for about 12 years. I was lucky to answer a mailer through Elite Hearing Centers. This has been the best experience, friendly service, very understanding, competent and fitted me with the best possible hearing aids at a very reasonable price. Laura at the front counter is definitely the best Patient Care Coordinator. I would strongly recommend Elite Hearing to anyone that suffers hearing loss.

Laura was not only cheerful but sooooo helpful! She was kind and encouraged us to come into the office to see if she could repair the hearing. We are elderly and out of town and hoped to get the aid repaired rather than wait to return home. She did it! Laura certainly save our vacation! Cannot say enough good about Laura! Elite is so fortunate to have such an employee!

Carolyn Jones is wonderful! Very kind, patient, thorough with both my parents. Her product recommendations were great, very reasonably priced, and the service has been excellent. Having been to another place that instantly started the hard sell, I can strongly recommend Carolyn for her professionalism and service.

This office is staffed by an amazingly professional and astute audiologist, Carolyn, and her proficient assistant Laura. Together they are a team of client-pleasing problem-solvers.If you have a hearing challenge they will work to produce the solution and not stop until it is completed to the clients satisfaction. My custom aids needed some fitting adjustments, and they worked with the manufacturer to ensure success.

Both Laura at the front desk and of course Carolyn Jones were wonderfully helpful in all aspects of my visits to the Hilton Head office.If I had questions they would always find the answers which made me feel very comfortable about getting hearing aids for the first time.I would highly recommend them to all!

Stopped by for a small repair while vacationing in Hilton Head. I was greeted by the very friendly girl at the front desk and was quickly seen by the specialist. They were more than happy to assist me with my broken aid even though I was not a patient. I would highly recommend their services.

Unbelievably rare customer service! Carolyn and Laura make the whole experience delightful as they ensured my hearing needs were met. I heard about a new CIC product line, and Carolyn responded in 20 minutes with sure we can get that and meet the competitive pricing.The hearing exam was the most comprehensive Ive ever had, and the programed hearing aids were the best by far of the three other brands I have used over the past decade.I highly recommend Elite Hearing Center conveniently located in the center of Hilton Head.

Extremely pleased with the professional staff and outcome of my experience obtaining hearing aids. Numerous options were presented after thorough hearing tests. Staff was not satisfied with results until I was satisfied. Shemeka has made the entire experience a pleasure. Highly recommend products, service, and dependability.

I must commend the staff at Elite Hearing Centers of America here on Hilton Head, SC for their professionalism and support in helping me transition to accepting and then using hearing aids. I wished Elite Hearing Center was here when I bought my first pair. Eric is kind, patient and thorough explaining my Signia, rechargeable, water resistant devices. Music never sounded so great!! These new aids will Bluetooth connect to my TV and the sound is right in my ear, amazing. I keep telling friends, go see Eric! Thank you sir. I am one happy man.

I had the pleasure of visiting Elite Hearing Centers in Hilton Head.I currently wear hearing aids (5+ years), but recently have been having difficulty with them. I decided it was time to get them updated, but I wanted to see what type would best fit my ears.Eric was very personable and I felt comfortable with everything he was telling me about updated technology available nowadays. I decided that I would try a rechargeable model. I LOVE MY HEARING AIDS.This was the most comprehensive hearing evaluation I ever had. Eric explained to me in detail, my hearing loss, and which letters I was having trouble hearing. They asked me to bring my wife, and I am glad I did. She participated in the test, reading words and Eric adjusted the Hearing Aids right away to hear her more clearly.Thank you Eric, and Shameka - Thank you Shameka for the GREAT CANDY!!!

Stopped by while vacationing because grandmothers batteries stopped working in her hearing aids. We got first class service, Shameka took amazing care of us and even offered to clean her Hearing aids.
