Joseph was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. He made sure we got the best price. We bought the bed on Friday and it was delivered and set up the next day. The delivery men were also great. Only compliments. No regrets!

We had a great experience from ordering to delivery. Our property management company, Be Our Guest Property Services, ordered a mattress for a vacation rental home in HHI. Joseph was very helpful on the phone as to what mattress we needed for our needs. Delivery was the exact date that was quoted on the phone. The delivery guys were great in removing the old mattress and bringing in the new and setting it up. We will definitely use mattress firm, hilton head again in the future!

Worst experience ever. Mattress felt great in store and is horrible at home. We purchased from Mattress Firm due to the warranty they have where you can get a new mattress if not satisfied. We went back to HH store to activate warranty. HH employee was clueless, admitted he’s only been working there a week and said there were no king sized beds left in their store (which I find hard to believe) and referred us to Bluffton because he didn’t know what to do. We purchased in HH because we live here and did not want to go to Bluffton. We spoke to Manager Adam at Bluffton and he was rude, disrespectful and refused to honor the contract. In an attempt to scare us he also said it would cost more in fees than the contract said. We are being forced to use our credit card company to fight Mattress Firm to honor their own contract. It is a nightmare.

I just moved into my new apartment and never had to buy a mattress before so I was super nervous to go by myself. I went into the Mattress Firm in Hilton Head and the sales representative, Aubrey, helped me find the perfect mattress after about twenty minutes of testing and laying on them. He called his manager and got me a great deal on the one that I wanted and made the process so easy. Now Im just waiting for it to be delivered to my apartment!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this store if youre looking for a mattress!!

I went in thinking I would buy a mattress and be on my way. Instead, Kimberly helped me pick out which bed would actually be best for me. She had me lay on different ones and compare them until I found one in my budget that I loved. The other great part was how willing she was to work with my rather low budget. I think I was able to get a bed I love in my price range was because they had so many to choose from. I had never seen that many beds!Great experience, great staff, and now I sleep like a baby.
