Very busy, but the customer service rep was outstanding!! She tolerated customers treating her poorly, and just remained positive and upbeat. She was a pleasure to deal with.
The clerk at this location was by far one of the most rude people I have met. Not a good reflection of the company. I hope she has a better day tomorrow

They dont answer the phone which would have been nice before I drove all the way there for them to tell me they couldnt ship.
They were very helpful to me deciding the method to send my two packages and when they might arrive. They limit the number of people inside to two and there is no need for you to touch anything inside. I felt they were doing all they could to be safe for everyone. Much better than going into the crowded post office. I was surprised how reasonable their prices were .

This is the worst customer service experience Ive had in my life.The asian lady (whose I dont know the name) was very rude from the beginning talking to me sarcastically.Instead of helping me with my questions and needs she made feel as if I was stupid.I cant believe that a company such as FedEx can hire such unprofessional people.I work in customer service myself, and would never make someone feel uncomfortable like this.The lady that helped me on Saturday at this same Location was however more polite and professional.

Horrible costumer service. Short heavy set woman was rude and obnoxious. I was the first customer of the day and apparently she was already having a bad one.
Customer service is awful. Employees don’t listen to your needs and get information you tell them incorrect.Has incorrect store hours and doesn’t open on time.Tried to ship international package and was unable to ship, as station employee didn’t knowwhat specific prompts from the computer system meant.Will plan to use DHL in the future as their customer service is excellent.

Please save your time and go to the UPS store instead where they will pack, answer questions and ship the box for you.I wasted 2 trips to this Fedex location, and still could not send an urgent package because they did not have the correct labels required for shipping a laptop battery. I was rudely told to call 1800 fedex to get more information. When trying to get more accurate information about what this meant, I was told they “have customers to attend to and work to do.” There was one other customer in the store.Not only this, the store hours are 10am not 9.30am as is incorrectly stated on the site.Fedex management: Please also clearly tell customers that all you do here is accept boxes with labels and nothing else. This is a massive waste of time for customers who are not aware of the arbitrary fedex stores rules. Better yet, provide a printer for customers to print labels at this store.

Although I didnt receive a package today, the sweet woman driving her route in my neighborhood stopped to say good morning and passed over a couple of treats to my dogs... Its the simple things... She just made our day, bright and early!
My parcels never made it to Canada because the FedEx people did not provide the correct paperwork. The boxes were returned from Detroit and were dumped at my rental front door after being promised they would go to the Hilton Head office where the correct paperwork was waiting, A few days later I would have been driving back to Canada and the boxes would be sitting there.Oh - the tracking number on the web site said they would be delivered in Canada tomorrow when in fact they were dropped of at Condo while we were sitting inside with no door bell to let us know.Horrible service - use UPS next door.

Overnighted an important package, never delivered and no updates as to why (even upon request). Starting to feel like hitching to Tennessee and catching a ride from an old Chevy panel van with free candy on the side would have been more reliable.
I love this group of people!I have sent no less than 100 packages from this location and have always been presented with hospitality!
The lady who helped me was so nice, went out of her way to help me save some money.

Terrible customer service the blonde heavy set women at the desk was increadably rude and condescending, on top of the fact that she was completely useless, my package was not deliver to my house because the driver wasnt smart enough to find my front door so i was told it would be redelivered, which was a lie they took it back to the store, they told me it was because the driver was part time but on the office door it says you make deliveries until 6pm on wednesdays, they told me id get it tomorrow well i need it today so i try to get the package at fedex store front, like the 1800 number said i could and the thot informs me that because my billing address is different from my mailing address i cannot pick up my package, this is ridiculous its a federal id with my name on it same as the package, unfortunately i had to go above this insignificant women to figure this problem out because she had no answers for me and obviously doesnt have the proper problem solving capabilities to be a successful individual

Totally defeats the purpose of shipping something when you have to chase the package down when they don’t leave it if you aren’t home. Packages that don’t require signatures should be left at the address. Most inconvenient shipping company ever.
Ordered a item to be signed for on delivery, driver dropped a tag that said we missed delivery. Took the tag in the next day and they claimed they had delivered package and was signed for and couldnt figure out why I had a tag. I told them I never signed for anything and there only response was that I should take out a claim. All I can figure is they have some theives working for them.
I was told i was supposed to be getting my phone on Friday from FedEx and i never got it I`ve called twice and nothing new i live in Beaufort people its only a 46 minute ride i mean come on

Disgusting, I ordered an important order that had to arrive on a date and it never came and the previous times they left at the neighbors house and I had a lot of problems because of that until when we have to put up with this !!!!!
