Had 3 blow tires on my boat trailer from an object on the road on the first day of our family vacation trip when we pulled in the shop talk to a nice lady at service desk once she found out we were out of towners and on vacation she got the guys to stop working on brake job and get the tires on our boat on in less than 20 minutes and we was on they A MAJOR THUMBS UP THE CRES AT BILL DUCKWORTH TIRE

Wonderful staff, wonderful quick and efficient service, took my boat trailer in with a bad bearing. Drove it that way for 30 miles, had no choice as I had my Ill wife with me. Wanted to take her fishing but couldnt. We had to go home and left my boat and trailer with them. They had it repaired so I could take her the next day. Very compassionate and caring people. Highly recommend them for your auto and trailer repairs. Finally a company that actually CARES about their customers. I meant ill wife, darn spell ✔

Duckworth fixed a tire that kept leaking air. I took it to 3 other places and the tire kept leaking.I was so stressed about it because it is my only vehicle and I need it to run . I dropped off the tire after work (after they aired up my other tires ). When they called for me to pick it up, they put the tire on my truck. It has been perfect since then..This was months ago. I am so thankful for reliable work. They were very kind to this old lady! Now I need them to make the other 3 tires not leak!!

I have been a customer with Duckworth Tire in Hinesville for years. The service is great and the employees are very friendly. They always have time to give each customer individual attention. I went to Bill Duckworth to have an exhaust put on my 2016 Ford F-150. My experience was awesome I only met 2 out of the 3 people working there. Adam and Chris are two down to earth people, great southern hospitality and the environment made me feel as if I was back home. Adam told me they would get me in first thing in the morning and they sure did. Had my truck finished in about 3 hours. All the welds and brackets were solid. Truck sounds awesome and the attention they paid to make sure that the tips were evenly spaced couldn’t have been more spot on. I’m extremely satisfied and will continue to go there for everything I need mechanically for my vehicles.

Took in my 1971 Chevelle to have a few things worked on and the crew there was so amazing! Great work, honest people and done correctly! They will get my business for as long as I live here! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

I usually go to Walmart for a tire change . But the wait is ALWAYS long no matter how early you go in, ridiculous. My first time going here. I came in in the morning needing 2 tires to be changed, I was in and out within an hour. The customer service is amazing the manager was really helpful and the prices are really good. Friday they are willing to help put up my exhaust. Next Monday I return with a new Catalytic converter and muffler and suddenly they dont want to work on it. Excuse is they are not in the habit of making an exhaust. 2 pipes and it seemed that suddenly they did not have the expertise required. Fair when I needed tires on my other vehicle. If you need an exhaust go somewhere else. Suddenly wasted my time.st didnt want to work with

Very bad business. Charge outrageous for inspection that I was told was “free”. Too good to be true. Ended up charging me $45 for just looking at my brakes and they said they didn’t have to tell me there was an inspection fee. If your going to charge someone and keep their car from them then at least tell them before what the cost will be. Absolutely uncalled for.

These guys are great. They are friendly and courteous. The prices are the most reasonable in the area. Most important, they area quick. Youre not sitting there all day for a simple oil change.

This place is a total scam.I took the car after being recommended by a good mechanic to have my ball joint pressed in and an alignment.ADAM then tells me they cant do it now because it will take 3 hours even though the place was empty. (( I now know why))He then tells me there will be other things to replace when he takes it apart even though everything but the ball joint was just replaced today.. Without even seeing it he said there would be things to replace.When I told him this he then said he doesnt want to touch it then.This is because they cant squeeze any more money from you, for things that dont need doing. Beware of this scam.If youre a woman STAY AWAY. They want to make up a list of things you dont need. .Update 27 November 2018Supplied my email as requested and as I thought no contact made. Just ignored my points...

Great guys, we blew two trailer tires and were from North GA, gave them a call 25 minutes before closing and they stayed late and got 4 new ones on in less than 30 minutes!! Very happy. Thanks again!

I had a flat tire and pulled in to speak with someone I didnt park in a parking spot I just needed to speak with someone to see if they were able to do this but none of the 3 outside personnel spoke to me when I pulled up so I went inside and when I was being asked about what I needed by the receptionist, Adam said I needed to move my vehicle, when they lady asked again he rudely responded you need to move it now, as I decided instead of going back and forth I decided to go down the road and even paid the other person more than asked. Be nice to the next customer and veteran it would have took a 10 sec conversation to get to what I needed and why I wasnt parked completely.

Great service got me in and out quick for a damaged TMS sensor. They were extremely reasonable on price and very respectful.

Had four tires replaced today. Adam and his team give great professional customer service. I had a rear tire pressure reading saying sensor was not working on back left tire. I had checked with dealership onhow much to replace it. They quoted over $100.00. Adam quoted $75.00 to replace, but when they scanned on machine, it showed all was well. Whatever they did to fix it, It worked! Saved me $75.00! They could have easily scammed me and I woud have been none the wiser! Thanks again and I highly recommend this business!

Better then last time the head manager is back he is more willing to juggle appointments to fit in walk ins the younger guy wont even try. Other then that the work is very good and cheeper then their competition

I have been to this place MULTIPLE times for years. To see negative reviews because they dont work on corvettes or they ask you to properly park seems so petty.These guys are top-notch! They are REALLY concern on fixing your car and rates are very reasonable. Just good, decent people.I have been in Hinesville for 17 years, BEST place to take your vehicle!!!

Did an alignment on my truck it cost 78 dollars and they needed to make very minor adjustments. Changed my front shocks and upper control arms, which didnt change my ride height only my alignment. It needed an alignment pretty bad so I went back since they had done one only weeks before. They guy said my truck was too jacked up and refused to align the vehicle. Said its too high, I dont want to deal with that headache basically they will only align your vehicle if its and easy job and then they will overcharge you for that to boot. Look elsewhere if thats what you need.

My husband and I took my vehicle to a dealership in town that was highly recommended by the dealership we purchased it from. They quoted us a price for a new tire, to have the tire mounted and all tires balanced. They claimed that there wasnt a nail in the old tire and could not be patched. Also, we were told that we would need to leave my vehicle overnight. My husband purchased a tire online, took it to Mr. Duckworth and was told hed have the vehicle done within the hour. For nearly HALF of the cost! We appreciate their job well done and will certainly be using them for all future vehicle repairs! Thank you!

Horrible experience here. They overcharge for oil changes and alignments. I paid $180 for an alignment and they messed up my alignment even worse than in already was. My tires wore completely unevenly, reducing their lifespan significantly. Would not recommend bill duckworth to anyone.

Best tire shop in Hinesvill!!! I needed tires on my 5th wheel camper before I pulled it 300 miles back home not only did they stay back from going to lunch to get it done they where also cheaper than every one else I called by $250!!! Love these guys great job!!!

They quickly repaired a tire for me at a reasonable rate. However they literally tossed my tire in the trunk, on my personal belongings, instead of taking an extra minute to store it correctly. That shows me their lack of pride and professionalism!

Brought it to Bill Duckworth Tire, They took the time to completely inspect the tire found two nails, repaired both holes, was ricky tick fast and great customer service. Went in to get correction done to my tire after it left the there getting fixed and they were very racist and I felt out of place there and the front desk guy was really unprofessional I wouldnt recommend this place at all Im 22 and is in the military I was over hearing him telling some person on the phone that they do military discounts but when I came in uniform he never said any thing about it worst experience ever
