They have the most up to date information that my local parts stores and sometimes even the dealerships have trouble pinpointing. Didn’t receive my items together. Called customer service and didn’t hear anything back right away so I called the company they ordered it from and got more help in 5 minutes than I did in my numerous phone calls with Idparts. Would not recommend. Tried discussing the issue with customer service and was told “we don’t know what to do to help you” how about you do your job and provide proper customer service. This wouldn’t have been an issue if you did your job properly.

Owner and staff are more concerned with profit over customer retention. Poor business management, will cease to do business with.

They are selling Chinese parts and refusing to take them back unless the buyer agrees to a 10% restocking fee. I am trying to dispute my purchase with them right now, in no way I wouldve bought anything from this deceptive site knowing that they sell Chinese parts. I’ve been using the IDParts online store for years. Pricing is excellent and they have almost anything you could ask for. The mobile website makes ordering super easy and it’s much cheaper than buying through VW or driving around town to find the right oil for my TDI.

A place thats hard to find but once you do, youll go back again. Its nice to have the maintenance packages for diesel vehicles. Look for the parking signs and then walk up there path. Open the first door and walk in.

After selling me two wrong hoses and giving me poor advise on a fix after a thousand dollar order (upgraded turbo), I was about done with ID Parts. My project came to need a $4 clip and so I called asking if they would make me a happy customer and just send me the clip and they said you can go else where. I am done with ID Parts forever.

Quality parts but unreliable shipping, which has proved quite inconvenient. Standard shipping is supposed to take 5-7 business days. On two separate occasions it has taken more than 2 weeks for me to receive my parts.One time was due to a website flaw, where they charged me the full 50$ but didnt send the part, because no shipping option was selected. They sent an email, to await my response, but the email didnt show up in my email inbox and I returned 2 weeks after being out of the country later and had to log into the website to find that I needed to select an option before they would even ship the item. They took no action to try and mitigate this inconvenience and expedite my parts or cover shipping costs. Instead they recommended I pay extra for the expedited shipping.

Ordered an oil change kit 10 days ago three days after ordering they said they didnt have my oil filter fine give me the more expensive one 10 days later I call them they said the invoice wasnt paid but I got a receipt through my email no one told me I had to pursue anything I would not waste my time with these guys again they wasted mine
