The gentlemen that work there were very very helpful respectful and kind they did everything they could to accommodate me and my needs . The only thing they could not help me with was I was told by Corporate office that my mattress that I was replacing was obsolete so I could dispose of it any way I wanted. So I made arrangements but was told at the store the delivery crew was to take the original mattress when they delivered the new one So as I said I made my own arrangements to dispose of obsolete mattress as I did with the last purchase . So what am I to do? Can you send a reply ASAP and as I said the two gentlemen were a pleasure to do business with . I have family members looking to buy new mattresses and told them to go to mattress firm, they would not regret it thank you J.O.

Austin was so helpful and very honest.. I bought a mattress there 4 months ago and came in to buy 3 more guest room mattresses. Conversationally I brought up that I wasn’t crazy about my prior purchase from 4 months ago and felt it was too much money. Austin explained I was in the 120 day window of either returning it or getting a price comparison refund. I didn’t know this option was available to me.. so appreciative of this stores and Austin’s honesty!

I helped my mother buy three mattresses from this shop in September 2021. I was surprised by the local shop kind of attention we got from such a large chain. The assistant manager Austin listened to exactly what we needed and directed us to the best options at the right price without trying to upsell us. I was very impressed by his knowledge and bedside manner. It was also a super efficient process; we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with the mattresses set for delivery within a week.

They were fine. It is a little similar to going to a car salesman, though! They try to upsell you! I understand theyre job is to make money for the company. We were treated well and I have no complaints 👍

The first store we went to we had problems. When I notified the store.. they referred us to the district flagship store and we dealt directly with the assistant manager and the store manager. It was a much different experience and we ended up purchasing a mattress .

Excellent experience buying a mattress. Had not bought a mattress in 20 years. My back is dying for the new one to show up. Two car accidents have taken their toll. I did not feel it on the mattress I choose!! And I did not tell Jerry S. about the bad back until AFTER.The only complaint is that the store needs a sun shade to keep the sun out of the salesmans eyes so he can look and converse with me the customer when he is trying to ring up the sale!! NOT a good setup for anyone.

Went into the store unexpectedly when visiting other shops in the plaza, tried out a bed that we really liked but would never go back to this particular Mattress Firm based on the sales persons reaction to us telling him we werent buying a bre today. If youre in sales you should expect to hear no, more than yes. It was unprofessional and it made us both feel uncomfortable.

In and out in under twenty minutes with a knowledgeable sales manager, Kenny who did a firmness test for my son and had him try out firm medium and soft beds by lying in different positions, he even dispensed a little medical advice about him not sleeping on his stomach. He excused himself to greet another customer and we decided quickly on one of a few samples as we had plans to meet a friend for tacos down the street. National Taco Day! We waited a short time as he dealt with the other customer and told Kenny about the tacos and he suggested a few accessories. We bought a memory foam mattress, with a free electric adjustable inclining platform bed frame and a ten year warranty plus SAME DAY delivery. Waiting on delivery now and they are supposed to take the boy’s childhood bed away as part of the deal. I am very satisfied with this transaction. I hope the delivery goes as well.

I went to mattress Firm this weekend in Hingham to look for a new king bed set and I was referred to speak to Amy Pothier by a friend. I had an amazing experience from the minute we entered the door we were greeted by Amy and another associate who were both very pleasant. She knew her stuff on the differences between the mattresses and what was best for our needs and what we could afford. We were taken care of with such professionalism as well she was very nice and we left there with more than what we expected but we also got an amazing price!!!! I would with out a doubt go back there as well as refer friends and family.
