An employee here helped me to find a highlighter and she was kind and knowledgeable! Inventory was great and I also found an awesome eye puff reduced by the Ulta brand that I absolutely love!

Ultra is like paradise for anyone who enjoys beauty products. Their selection of both high end and drug store products cant be found at any other single store. Everything is organized impeccably and this location has the majority of products stocked that are available in store.

Far by best ulta Ive ever been to! I traveled straight from my overnight job in cambridge to come here and it was worth it. The customer service was spectacular and everything was in stock!!!! I will gladly take the long trip again just to shop here. Thank you guys for being so accommodating and sweet. Definitely goes a long way

I loved visiting Ulta. All of the employees were super helpful and really nice. I also really like what theyre doing for pandemic accommodation. There is no sampling of products and one way isles which is very good. Theyre also now doing a curbside pickup for folks who order online! I love visiting Ulta and will be back soon

I only came here to get a hairbrush, and its so annoying! The employee at the cash register signed me up for their rewards program when I would probably never come here and I never wanted to join the rewards program, she dint even ask. Its so annoying, this happened to my friend too! Luckily I told her and she told the cash register not to sign her up too!

I am not really a regular customer to Ulta, but I’ve been to a few others around the South Shore area. This is the FIRST time I had a welcoming experience in Ulta. From the time I entered the door to the time I exited, I felt comfortable. The energy was very positive. I interacted with three women and all three women were kind and helpful. I will make this my go to Ulta from here on out. Great customer service! Thanks ladies!!!

I had my makeup done here and decided to visit the salon again for a haircut and blowout. Houda was VERY helpful and was able to take me in right away. My experience was amazing and my haircut and blow out came out amazing. The shampoo and conditioning experience was extremely relaxing and I loved the massage. She took off just the right length, not too much.Houda is extremely professional and great at what she does!!! Will be back again!!

I went in this afternoon for a return and I wanted to give credit to the two women helping me, who were exceptionally accommodating and kind. Brecah gladly helped me replace my product while providing me with some useful information about the brand. My cashier, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, made my return so quick and easy, and was a pleasure to chat with! Thank you both!

Came here a few months ago with my mom this white lady with a brown bob kept following my mother and i around the store, everything i touched she would make sure to make sure it was still there. we were the only black people in the store,along with 1 white woman . When we finally got up the register the old woman kinda ignore us untill i made noise. Not sure if shes racist, or just ignorant but ill make sure to never come back and also warn all my friends about this disgusting behavior.

Helpful staff. I wanted to use my points but they didnt deduct. Have to save for next time. Coupon i received in mail wasnt good for merchandise I purchased. Too many exclusions on coupon use.

I visited the Hair Salon today . Had a fabulous experience with Janique & McKayla for my hair extension installation, cut & color consultation. I also couldn’t resist making a few purchases in the beauty department . The salon is clean tidy & very modern. The atmosphere is fun friendly & customer service is exceptional. I purchased the wrong Madisonreed hair color in my normal Ulta in Plymouth. Was in Hingham so I thought I could just exchange it, cashier didn’t both to tell me that they did t carry hair color at this store just returned it and gave me my money back. I kept saying that I just wanted to get the right color and she said you can now. So now I am walking around the store with my 5 year old looking for the hair color that they don’t carry!!! NEVER AGAIN Hingham!! Thanks for nothing Liva
