Came in to get an inspection. Was fast and easy, they even filled both my tires with air for me because they were a bit low. Was also given insight on how to maintain the bike. Overall very pleased, I will be returning in the future.
Strait up kind of people and family owned. Came in for new wheels and tires for a GSXR and was well taken care of. There is only one mechanic so sometimes the phone rings, but its understandable. Would come here again.
I dropped my bike off for an oil change, a new rear tire, and a new drive belt. After a week of not hearing back I called the shop and they said the bike would be done later that day. I went there prior to them closing and they stated they were staying late to finish the bike and that they would call me when it was done. I went to Hingham shipyard to eat and wait for a phone call. Never received a phone call. The next day I picked up my bike and they overcharged me and also didnt apologize for what happened the day prior. The following year I took my bike to have the oil changed at another shop. That shop told me whoever changed my drive belt last stripped all the bolts. I will NEVER return to Hingham cycle. Stay Far away!
Small shop. Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful even when they dont have the parts.
Stay away from this place. I made an appointment 3 weeks prior to bringing my bike in. Needed new tires to go to Laconia on the 20th of June. Was told by them that the bike would be ready. They had the bike a week longer and did not complete the work I had asked to have performed. Asked for all of the fluids to be changed, change the air filter, and replace the tires. They did the oil change and changed the tires. Thats it. They stole the chrome caps out of my foot pegs. They are liars. I paid 680.00 for 2 tires and an oil change and to have the caps stolen that only cost 5 bucks.
Kinda disapointed they have had my bike all summer and still dont have it back 3 and a half months
Poor customer service from the guy who does inspections
