Best fitting my 6 year old has ever had! She has flat wide feet and sandals do not fit her so it was so nice for her to walk out with a cute pair that actually work for her feet...

Kinga shoes is absolutely amazing. Its the only store in all of the US that I could find that has a quality shoe and quality customer service. They truly care about their customers and have such a strong quality of shoe selection. These shoes are not cheap for a reason. And, they are worth every penny. Im in Texas and Im so glad they are able to help me find the right shoes, the right fit for my precious daughter. Thank you Kinga staff!

Kinga was extremely professional, polite and willing to accommodate my nephew and family while in search for some orthopedic toddlers shoes for him. Kinga made us all feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable in her craft. If you’re not ready to invest in your child’s shoes, please don’t waste her time.. since all of her shoes are extremely high quality, yet very affordable! I will visit again.

It is quite fulfilling to know that someone can keep their word. I visited this store about 2 years ago when my children had the first signs of pigeon toes. I was greeted and assisted by friendly staff, and I left skeptical. However, I am happy to inform you that after about 5 months my children were overcoming their foot condition. Currently, I make semiannual visits to this store and stock up on shoes, boots, and sandals for my 3 children. Every time I visit I am pleased, and leave knowing I am helping my children. I have learned that cheap shoes from Walmart, target, and even name-brands like Nike are horrible for our childrens developing feet. I will continue returning here as they are honest, and they truly saved my childrens feet.

This is an amazing store that has saved my daughter from a horrific foot disorder. I am so grateful that I came in last month. I purchased two pairs of shoes for my 3 year old daughter which have completely corrected her orthopedic abnormality. These people have my sincere gratitude. I want to especially thank Dorothy who helped me pick out the shoes and advised/educated me on this subject. You guys are lifesavers.

This store is a true MIRACLE. I have 3 children who have had problems walking since they were infants. I make sure to run to this store when they need shoes EVERY time. Not only was the service professional and exact, my childrens walking has been corrected within a few months. I have been to every podiatrist in Willowbrook and Burr Ridge, and received the same pseudoscience answer: it will fix itself with time, however these expensive orthotics will especially help. I am so thankful and glad I was lead to this store by a friend who had similar issues. These people have done more good for my children than all these physicians. I STRONGLY recommend this establishment because they deliver what they promise.

Came here today with my little one and I was so amazed at the selection of QUALITY kids shoes! These are the same shoes I wore when I was a little kid in Europe and I have not been able to find that quality anywhere else but here. These are specialized shoes for proper biomechanics and growth (BUT THEY ARE SUPER CUTE AS WELL so mommies will be happy :) and my husband being a chiropractor especially is focused on good quality for our growing child. I will be back every season! Thank you

This place is a miracle! Their shoes have completely improved my sons crooked walk, which I thought he would be stuck with forever. Thank you for the amazing shoes and boots. I will definitely be returning!

This is the best store to find good quality shoes for children. Dorothy was very kind and informative about the need to switch to higher quality shoes. I had no idea my childrens feet required such needed care and attention. My youngest daughter, who just turned two, has a foot abnormality which was starting to worsen as she was growing. I received the best service and shoes for my money. When I came back a year later, my daughters orthopedic abnormality had decreased significantly to the point where she could walk straight. I have sincere gratitude toward these people for helping my daughter overcome her ailment. Thank you.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I bought shoes that were $90 thinking they were good quality shoes. My 2 year old daughter has a scar left on her leg from the shoe. I went in today to exchange for a different shoe type and the lady, Dorthy told me she would not allow me to get a different shoe because my daughter wore them. I’m extremely unsatisfied with this stores customer service and the quality of shoes. Dorthy was talking over me and kept telling me how Europeans wear shoes like this and us Americans don’t know what we’re talking about. I’m so disgusted with this store. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not buy shoes from this store, you will save your money and time.

Waited 15min past their opening time of 11am. While I waited I called the store phone number but no answer. After waiting for over 15 min I decided to leave. 30 minutes later I get a call from shop returning my call person only said returning your call, you left a message or something, I told them I had called because I was waiting outside and store was not open but I have since left. Person replied with a simple ok. This establishment is NOT professional at all.

I stumbled across Kinga European Childrens Shoes website this week. I was so impressed with the selection and large amount of sale items. I placed an order but then changed my mind, and Kinga worked with me via email to change the order. My shoes came so quickly in the mail, and I am highly impressed with the quality. I cannot go back to cheap shoes for my children again !Very much worth the money to spend on footwear, great customer service experience

Bought there 2 pairs of wonderful shoes for both grandchildren and will take them to Miami with us since we going for a visit. Those girls working there are amazing and know everything about the fit, size and width child need at any given age. The shoes wear fantastic and are all with profiled soles and the best brands from Europe. They import the shoes themselves and maybe that is why there is so many options - thousands, you will never see anything like it - even in the stores in Europe. We travel a lot so we have something to compare it to...there is nothing like that store in Hinsdale. We are clients till our grandchildren grow up plus we have a new grand baby boy on the way so more shoes in a future!

We heard about this place from friends/professionals, so decided to go there to see if they have a good pair of shoes that work for our daughter, with orthotic support. We got there over 30minutes before store closing (we arrived close to 1:25pm, they were supposed to close at 2pm). They were closed way before their posted store-closing time; this is unfortunate because we made a 50minute trip, only for them to be closed during business hours.Update: Made another trip out to the store (this time called ahead to make sure they were going to stay open during business hours). Lady at the store was very knowledgeable. She provided us lots of guidance and information on what types of shoes would work for our daughter. She also showed us lots of selections that we could choose from. Due to improved experience the second time around changing the rating from 1star to 4 stars.

This is one “TOP SHOP” if you looking for leather, supportive and truly European made shoes for a child. They stock there any kind of style you would like and in any color. The place is packed with thousands of shoes. They have shoes for any type of foot since my daughter has narrow feet and she needs fitted shoes. We got some cute boots and pair of slippers for our 2 years old daughter. Well, after 6 month of wear they look almost like new. We wore them quite a bit but still they look pretty good. Most importantly the orthopedic support in those little shoes is amazing, since her ankles, joints and arch support is fully lined. We got great service from girls that work there since they truly know their kraft. We been there twice and every time great experience. I am deducting one star for the price since those shoes are not that cheap, they come from Europe so import cost must be high but they do have so many shoes on sale since they never keep single sizes, they just get rid of them all year long so you can find fantastic shoes for $50. We go one on sale and one at regural price and we walk out quite happy. We will be back for Spring

My son is only 17 months old but from the 1st day Im buying shoes from Kingas store and thx to that hes walking great. I love their selection and let me tell you they have lots of shoes. Plus amazing styles! I love quality. Maybe they are pricey but I paid for what I got. And if my son is happy Im happy too. He loves shoes from Kinga.Amazing store!!!!!!

I traveled to this store 20 miles. I called before coming and left a message. The store was CLOSEd! It was Friday and the map showed the store is open until 6 pm. Not to mention that I waited there for 2 hours and called over 10 times. I’m very disappointed. Never coming back

I gave it a 1 because negative 1star was not an option. Lets start out with how their website states they open at 10am, i am from Chicago 45 minutes away, i drive down there and arrive 15 minutes after 10. There was a sign on the door that said will return at 10am, the business hours posted on the door state they open at 11am, i wait until 11:30 and still no one opened the store. What kind of business is this, so unorganized, so unprofessional. Needless to say I had to leave before they even opened. I wasted time and gas and didnt get the orthopedic shoes my daughter needs. I will never return and shoe sue for wasting my time. Horrible business i will never recommend. By the way I called 5 times when I got there and no one answered the phone either.

It is difficult to find toddler shoes with arch support for my daughter, but this store has plenty to choose from! These shoes are imported from Europe, so they are a bit pricey. It did take a couple of trips to this store to find them open during business hours.

This store is top notch for kids....they carry the most amazing shoes for kids from various countries. All supportive, all orthopedic, top quality only. Place is filled with so many options that would make your head spin what to choose. We visited the place on Saturday and bought few pairs of shoes, one pair of boots and slippers. My babys feet begun to turn due to cheap shoes she have been wearing since I had no clue who important the shoes were for kids. My mother in law is Italian and when she saw my baby Sue with cheap none supportive shoes on, she literally scream on my during Christmas Dinner. Immediately after return to Chicago I searched for stores with quality shoes for kids. I could not find one locally so I drove to Hinsdale.Service in the store is top notch...honestly, you will not walk out of there with too small, too big or too wide shoes. They know what they doing exactly and explain you all about the shoes when measuring them. I learned more then I even taught was possible. I definitely will be coming back in a Spring. Call them first if you coming in January or February to make sure they open as they have weird hours during those two months....their season starts in March 1, and then they open 7 days a week. I did called them before driving from Northbrook.

All I can say those shoes aligned my child’s feet…they truly did!. We noticed that right foot begun to turn inwards when our son was walking and we become concerned. I kind of suspected it was shoe related since local shoes sold in Nordstroom for example are not supportive at all and over time deform child’s foot. Shoes made in China deform kids feet and every European will tell you that, we just do not know that in USA since it is not enforced by doctors.I can confirm that after wearing shoes we got and sandals over summer my toddler walks normal and his feet did line up. We only used the shoes we got from that store and will never buy any other shoes but European made for him. I do see a clear difference now how he walks, how feet are supported and how they affect his gait when walking. It is all about the good shoes for your child folks! This store is phenomenal since they will fit your baby to perfection and sell you quality shoes that fit and does have positive affect on your child’s feet and posture. Save your money for going to podiatrists later, since when you reach orthodics stage child’s feet are already deformed. Ask the folks in the store they know everything about the shoes they sell. I am regural client now….

I found that store due to recommendation of one mom from our play group in Brookfield. Her son had the most cute, stable, top leather shoes on so I had to ask her where she got them and of course comment on them. She directed me to the store in Hinsdale. I went there the next day since my son needed good walking, stable shoes with actual profiled soles. I ordered few times from online but the shoes were nothing like described. Those are truly supportive, orthopedic shoes that child does need when they learning to walk and their feet are growing. I never new that such store existed in South Suburbs! I shall return for sure since service in the place is exceptional and they offer literally thousands of shoes for every type of foot. Those people know everything is to know about shoes and what they do to children feet. Very pleasant experience. I decided on those beige walking summer shoes and they truly great. My son walks in them well and they support his feet. I love the fact that this place has only shoes imported from Europe and not chinese ones mixed in between. Great store and I will return in a Fall for sure.
