I visited this store twice. The first time was to pick up a phone order and it was such a quick process. The store was really clean and organized. The second time I visited this store was due to being unsatisfied with the length of the cord included with my new Note 20 (by the way it had nothing to do with the store) however after being told by Samsung that it was nothing they could do, I spoke with a gentleman at the store who offered to swap my charger cord for a longer cord. I went in to switch out the cords and was given a brand new phone charger and was offered to keep the old cord as a spare. I cant even tell you how much I felt like a valued customer especially after being turned down by the manufacturer. I will most definitely do business with this store again! This store exemplifies what good customer service is! Kudos to Robert!!

Matt provided all the info I needed to purchase my new iPhone 12. He was patient in explaining all the different programs and usage of the new phone. He helped me set up my monthly auto payments, discontinued my old hotspot, upgrade to the new one. While Matt was setting up the new iPhone, Jay helped me choose a new case. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Matt (manager)did a great job. We had to switch 3 lines from Tmobile to Verizon. (coverage with Tmobile sucked). It took a few hours due to trade in and new phones etc. Matt soldiered through it and even let us order take out while we waited. (We cleaned up our mess.) I told my wife we should eat at Verizon more often.

My phone was totally screwed up! Out of the blue, it stopped receiving and making calls. It said, I needed an update - no problem; I click: “install update” and then, my phone basically crashed! I couldn’t figure it out! I couldn’t send texts, receive calls... I spent an hour on the phone with Apple, and decided to just get a new phone. My salesman, Matt actually knew all about this issue, and explained it. Then, he set me up with a new phone; and he walked me through every set up stage. He was knowledgeable and patient. Robert at the Hinsdale IL store was so patient and helpful on Saturday April 17th. My old phone was completely dead and buried. Robert tried valiantly to bring it back to life. I came in to the Hinsdale Verizon location with a phone that was experiencing system failures, frequently rebooting itself, making it difficult to use. I was getting quite frustrated with my phone and Matt offered me many options that worked well with my budget. He offered me information about my old phone, letting me know that Samsung will not be offering any more updates for my phone. That said, I knew I needed a new phone, but I didnt want to break the bank. The staff are very helpful at Verizon in Hinsdale. First bought our phones in November and have made a few trips back for screen saver replacements. They helped me resolve a Face ID issue so it saved me a trip to the Apple Store for support. 😊👍🏼

Great service in and out in 20 min after replacing my cracked phone with another one

Having had US Cellular service back in Wisconsin, when we moved we found that it doesnt work in Illinois area or for that matter anywhere I went. Trying to get a good deal with the other service providers with better coverage, I settled for Verizon Wireless.It took 2+ hours for the switch with the payoff of outstanding money to the previous provider and activation of new service. Also got the protection plan for $15 each but Eduardo never explained about the deductible part. I had to call them to check out the deductible part. Otherwise I think we got a very good deal though two days earlier they had much better deals.

Matt was outstanding! The service was outstanding and took the time to explain everything.Also, extremely happy with how he helped us getting what we needed. His suggestion of getting a jet pack was great.

Charged my wife $180 extra for the promotion bundle which is bunch of over-price accessories she didnt need. I went back to question the charge and there was a sign saying face masks required after May 1. I asked the store clerk why he wasnt wearing one and he said he didnt have to. Stay away from this place if possible! Apple and Verizon stores are shut down due to the pandemic so these folks are taking advantage of the situation.

I am use to going to the corporate store in willow brook but I decided to give my local Verizon a try in Hinsdale and it was a great experience! I walked in and Mike the manager greeted me right away. I had a cracked screen and he was happy to give me some options I could choose from not only was Mike friendly and very knowledgeable he was also quick and efficient with everything! I never been taken care of so quickly and with no problems all my information was transferred and I was able to have everything I needed to make sure my new phone was protected! Just received my new iPhone X and was really pleased on how fast I got in and out of the store. Michael, the store manager, was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the features of the new phone. I had some problems restoring the backup on my phone when I got home but I gave him a call and he walked me through it over the phone. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service at this Verizon location.
